Claims
- 1. A stereoisomerically pure N.sub.1 -(1,2-cis-2-halogenocyclopropyl)-substituted pyridonecarboxylic acid derivative represented by formula (I): ##STR15## wherein R.sup.1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, a hydroxyl group, a thiol group, or a hydrogen atom; R.sup.2 represents a fluorine atom; A represents C--X.sup.3 ; X.sup.1 and X.sup.2, which may be the same or different, each represents a halogen atom; and X.sup.3 represents a methyl group;
- or a BF.sub.2 -chelate or an ester thereof.
- 2. A stereoisomerically pure N.sub.1 -(1,2-cis-2-halogenocyclopropyl)-substituted pyridonecarboxylic acid derivative represented by formula (I): ##STR16## wherein R.sup.1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, a hydroxyl group, a thiol group, or a hydrogen atom; R.sup.2 represents a fluorine atom; A represents C--X.sup.3 ; X.sup.1 and X.sup.2, which may be the same or different, each represents a halogen atom; and X.sup.3 represents a methoxyl group;
- or a BF.sub.2 -chelate or an ester thereof.
- 3. The compound as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carbocyclic acid moiety is a BF.sub.2 -chelate.
- 4. The compound as claimed in claim 2, wherein the carbocyclic acid moiety is a BF.sub.2 -chelate.
- 5. A stereoisomerically pure N.sub.1 -(1,2-cis-2-halogenocyclopropyl)-substituted pyridonecarboxylic acid derivative represented by formula (I): ##STR17## wherein R.sup.1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted amino group; R.sup.2 represents a fluorine atom; A represents C--X.sup.3 ; X.sup.1 and X.sup.2, which may be the same or different, each represents a halogen atom; and X.sup.3 represents a halogen atom, an alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkoxyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a cyano group, a trifluoromethyl group, or a hydrogen atom;
- or a BF.sub.2 -chelate or an ester thereof.
