Claims
- 1. An oscillation circuit comprising:
- a first electrostatic protective circuit connected between a signal path of an oscillation circuit and a constant voltage side, for causing any electrostatic voltage of a first polarity that invades said signal path to be diverted selectively to said constant voltage side through a first semiconductor rectifying element; and
- a second electrostatic protective circuit connected between said signal path and a reference potential side, for causing any electrostatic voltage of a second polarity that invades said signal path to be diverted selectively to said reference potential side through a second semiconductor rectifying element.
- 2. The oscillation circuit according to claim 1, wherein said constant voltage is a constant voltage for driving a circuit other than the oscillation circuit.
- 3. The oscillation circuit according to claim 1, wherein said constant voltage is a constant voltage prepared for causing the electrostatic voltage that invades said signal path to be diverted.
- 4. The oscillation circuit according to claim 1, wherein one of a supplied constant voltage from a constant voltage supplying circuit and a divided constant voltage of the supplied constant voltage is used for a constant voltage for driving the oscillation circuit, and the other is used for the constant voltage for causing the electrostatic voltage that invades said signal path to be diverted.
- 5. The oscillation circuit according to claim 1, wherein said first electrostatic protective circuit comprises:
- a third semiconductor rectifying element connected between said signal path of said oscillation circuit and a power source voltage for generating said constant voltage, for causing any electrostatic voltage of the first polarity that invades said signal path to be diverted selectively to said power source voltage.
- 6. The oscillation circuit according to claim 5, wherein a parasitic capacitance of said third semiconductor rectifying element is set to be lower than the parasitic capacitance of said first semiconductor rectifying element.
- 7. The oscillation circuit according to claim 1, wherein a parasitic capacitance of said first and second semiconductor rectifying elements are used as all or part of the capacitance of a phase-compensation capacitance.
- 8. An electronic circuit comprising the oscillation circuit defined in claim 1.
- 9. A semiconductor device comprising the oscillation circuit defined in claim 1.
- 10. A timepiece comprising the oscillation circuit defined in claim 1.
- 11. An electronic device comprising the oscillation circuit defined in claim 1.
