Outdoor heaters are appliance placed out, of rooms for warming in winter from burning of gas. Conventional outdoor heaters have a frame, a control cabinet, an inflammation assembly, a glass tube, a reflect cover and a protective shield. The protective shield is usually fixed to the frame by screws or revit nuts. Therefore, installation is time taking and efficiency is low. Meanwhile, since a periphery of the reflect cover is usually bent downward, a big space will be need in transportation and storage.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main object of the invention is to provide an outdoor heater which is convenient in installation and occupies small space in transportation and storage.

In order to accomplish the above objects, the present invention provides an outdoor heater has a frame, a control cabinet, a glass tube, an inflammation cover and a reflect assembly. The frame has a middle plate having a through hole. The control cabinet is below the middle plate and having an inflammation assembly contained therein right under the through hole of the middle plate. The frame has at least one door installed on one side thereof and side panels installed on the other sides thereof. A protective shield is around an upper portion of the frame. The glass tube is placed on the through holes of the middle plate. The inflammation cover is placed on a top of the glass tubes. The reflect assembly is above the glass tubes. The reflect assembly has a central cover, top cover and four separate side covers. The four separate side covers are respectively connected to the central cover and the central cover is fixed to the top cover. Supporting poles are provided extending out from the protective shield. The top cover is fixed to the protective shield through the supporting poles. A linking pole is respectively provided at each corner of the protective shield extending inward. “L” shaped installation holes are defined in the frame. The linking pole, is able to be inserted in the installation holes and be locked with respect to the frame by a first positioning plate. The reflect assembly further has a protective net provided thereabove. The protective net has a plurality of linking bar each having a hook. The linking bars of the protective net are fixed to a top of the frame.

Three glass tubes, three inflammation assemblies and three through holes of the middle plate are provided.

One end of each first positioning plate has a first positioning slot which is able to engage with the linking pole of the protective shield and the other end of each first positioning plate is fixed to the frame with screws.

“L” shaped installation holes are defined in the frame, and the linking bars of the protective net having hook pass through the installation hole and is fixed to the frame by a second positioning plate fixed to the frame.

The second positioning plate has a second positioning slot at one end thereof. The second positioning slot is able to engage to the linking bar of the protective net. The other end of the second positioning plate is fixed to the frame by screws.

Decoration plates are provided above the middle plate. The decoration plates are fixed to the frame and have three decoration plate holes. The three glass tubes passes through the decoration plate holes and stand on the middle plate. A rubber, ring is able to be provided around each glass tube at the decoration plate holes.

The through holes of the middle plate has a circular flange protruding into an inner hole at a lower portion of the glass tubes.

A roller supporter is provided under the frame, and a roller is installed on each roller supporter.

According to the aforementioned structure, the reflect assembly has a central cover, top cover and four separate side covers respectively connecting to a periphery of the central cover. The central cover is securely fixed to the top cover. The protective shield has supporting poles extending upright. The separate central cover is installed to the protective shield through the supporting poles and is able to be disassembled. The covers are able to be disassembled into five separate panels which provides convenience for transportation and storage and occupies smaller space. And the covers are directly fixed to the protective net which makes the structure stronger. The four corners of the protective net all has linking bars and the “L” shaped installation holes defined in the frame. The linking bars are able to be easily inserted into the installation holes and thus connecting the frame through the positioning plates. In the installation of the protective net, a user is able to just insert the four linking bars into the “L” shaped installation holes and then fix them by locking the positioning plates. The installation will be accurate, convenient and quickly.
