Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a mat, and more particularly to an outdoor-use heating mat.

2. Description of the Prior Art

With the improvement of the economic level, the requirements for the quality of life are getting higher and higher. More and more people choose to do outdoor sports, play or engage in some leisure activities on weekends and holidays, and they are more willing to buy some equipment to enhance their outdoor experience.

For example, some people choose outdoor fishing, sunbathing and other activities that require a long period of sitting and lying, so they can relax and enjoy nature. However, in autumn and winter, the outdoor temperature is low. Outdoor-use chairs are hard and cold, which brings an uncomfortable experience. The design similar to a hand warmer needs to be electrically connected to the mains supply for heating, which has certain safety risks and cannot be used outdoors.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide an outdoor-use heating mat, which has a heating function, is convenient to carry out, and is safe to use and low energy consumption.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

An outdoor-use heating mat comprises a mat body, a water container, a substance container, and a first circulating pump. The water container is disposed in the mat body. The water container has a first inlet and a first outlet. The substance container is configured to hold a substance that can chemically react with water and release thermal energy. The substance container has a second inlet, a second outlet, and a normally closed feed port. A water inlet end of the first circulating pump is in communication with the first outlet. A water outlet end of the first circulating pump is in communication with the second inlet. The second outlet is in communication with the first inlet.

Preferably, the substance container is disposed inside the mat body, and the feed port extends out of the mat body.

Preferably, the substance includes quicklime.

Preferably, the substance container is provided with a detachable cover for covering the feed port.

Preferably, the circulating pump is connected with a power source that is a rechargeable battery or a power bank for supplying power.

Preferably, the outdoor-use heating mat further comprises a second circulating pump. The second circulating pump is disposed between the first inlet and the second outlet.

Preferably, the water container further includes valves respectively disposed at the first inlet and the first outlet for controlling opening and closing of the first inlet and the first outlet.

In the present invention, a substance that can chemically react with water and release thermal energy is placed into the substance container. The first circulating pump enables water to circulate between the water container and the substance container. The thermal energy in the substance container is brought to the water container, thereby heating the mat body and providing the user with a warm and comfortable experience. The substance container and the first circulating pump are compact to meet a small structure design, which is convenient to carry. The thermal energy is generated through chemical reaction, and electricity is used to drive the first circulating pump, which is safe and reliable and consumes less electricity.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention discloses an outdoor-use heating mat, comprising a mat body 1, a water container 2, a substance container 3, and a first circulating pump 4.

The water container 2 is disposed in the mat body 1. The water container 2 has a first inlet 21 and a first outlet 22.

The substance container 3 is configured to hold a substance that can chemically react with water and release thermal energy. The substance container 3 has a second inlet 31, a second outlet 32, and a normally closed feed port 33.

A water inlet end of the first circulating pump 4 is in communication with the first outlet 22, and a water outlet end of the first circulating pump 4 is in communication with the second inlet 31. The second outlet 32 is in communication with the first inlet 21.

Referring to FIG. 1, a specific embodiment of the present invention is shown.

The substance container 3 may be disposed inside or outside the mat body 1. When the substance container 3 is disposed inside the mat body 1, the feed port 33 extends out of the mat body 1 to facilitate replacement of the substance. The substance container 3 and the mat body 1 form a whole, which is convenient to carry out.

The substance includes quicklime, which may be a mixture containing quicklime, magnesium, etc. The process of the chemical reaction between the substance and water does not produce pollutants, so that the product of the present invention is green and environmentally friendly.

The substance container 3 is provided with a detachable cover 5 to realize the normally closed setting of the feed port 33. The cover 5 is only opened when the substance needs to be replaced, so as to avoid water leakage.

The circulating pump 4 is connected with a power source that is a rechargeable battery or a power bank 6 for supplying power. The power source may be other type of power source that is convenient to carry out.

The present invention further comprises a second circulating pump 7. The second circulating pump 7 is disposed between the first inlet 21 and the second outlet 32 to provide more and greater power for circulating the flow of water. The power source of the second circulating pump 7 also may be a rechargeable battery or a power bank 6 for supplying power.

The water container 2 further includes valves 23 respectively disposed at the first inlet 21 and the first outlet 22 for controlling opening and closing of the first inlet 21 and the first outlet 22. When water circulation is not required, the first inlet 21 and the first outlet 22 are closed. A water pipe may be directly connected to the valve 23 to realize a detachable installation.

In the present invention, a substance that can chemically react with water and release thermal energy is placed into the substance container 3. The first circulating pump 4 enables water to circulate between the water container 2 and the substance container 3. The thermal energy in the substance container 3 is brought to the water container 2, thereby heating the mat body 1 and providing the user with a warm and comfortable experience. The substance container 3 and the first circulating pump 4 are compact to meet a small structure design, which is convenient to carry out. The thermal energy is generated through chemical reaction, and electricity is used to drive the first circulating pump 4, which is safe and reliable and consumes less electricity.
