Outstandingly elastic headwear

Abstract

Disclosed is a headwear wherein a user's satisfaction on the elasticity of a headwear may be improved in such a way that an elasticity range of a headwear is increased based on a user's head size by increasing the elasticity of a crown part which corresponds to a main body part of a headwear.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an improved headwear structure, and in particular to a headwear wherein a user's satisfaction on the elasticity of a headwear may be improved in such a way that an elasticity range of a headwear is increased based on a user's head size by increasing the elasticity of a crown part which corresponds to a main body part of a headwear.

2. Description of the Related Art

A headwear in general includes a crown part which is made of a plurality of woven fabrics and corresponds to a main body part of a headwear covering a user's head; a brim part which is attached to a front side of the crown part and is configured to protect a user's face from sunshine; a head band part which is attached to a circumference of an inner lower side of the crown part; and a size adjusting part which is attached to a lower backside of the crown part and is configured to adjust the size of a circumference of the crown part based on a user's head size. Such a headwear may be classified into a baseball cap which is widely used, a hat formed of a visor part attached to a circumference of a lower side of the crown part of the hat based on a style that a user wants, and a sun visor formed of a rim part covering only a user's head part matching with the crown part of the headwear, and a brim part attached to a front side of the rim part, wherein the sun visor in general is used in summer. The above-listed headwear is widely used by athletes as well as men and women of all ages. In case of such a headwear, there is inconvenience wherein it needs to adjust the fitting size of the headwear with the aid of a size adjusting part based on a user's head size. To improve the above-mentioned problem, the size adjusting part is removed, and the woven fabrics forming a crown part is made of an elastic fabric, for example, spandex. To this end, the woven fabric of the crown part can be automatically elastic to match with the head size without using a separate size adjusting part.

In case of a headwear which is manufactured in such a way that the size of the headwear can be adjusted based on the user's head size with the aid of an elastic crown part without using the size adjusting part, the elasticity of the woven fabrics of the crown part made of the spandex may be actually limited due to the use of the head band part which is attached to a lower circumference of the crown part of the headwear. For this reason, the range of the elasticity of the crown part may decrease a bit, so the crown part does not so expand or contract as the user's needs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention is made in an effort to improve the above-mentioned problem, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a significantly elastic headwear wherein a user's satisfaction on the elasticity of a headwear may be improved in such a way that an elasticity range of a headwear is increased based on a user's head size by increasing the elasticity of a crown part which corresponds to a main body part of a headwear.

To achieve the above object, there is provided a significantly elastic headwear which may include, but is not limited to, a crown part of a main body part of a headwear, and a brim part which is attached to a front side of the crown part, wherein a plurality of woven fabrics forming the crown part are made of elastic fabrics, and a sweat absorbing band is attached to an inner front side of the crown part, and a head band part is removed from a circumference of an inner lower side of the crown part, except for the sweat absorbing band attached to an inner front side of the crown part, and a support part is provided on a lower circumference part of the brim part and the crown part.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The outstandingly elastic headwear according to the present invention will be described below.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an inside configuration of an outstandingly elastic headwear according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partial cross sectional view taken along line A-A′ in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view illustrating an example of a headwear according to the present invention.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the outstandingly elastic headwear according to the present invention may include, but is not limited to, a crown part 1 which corresponds to a main body part of a headwear made of a plurality of woven fabrics, and a brim part 2 which is attached to a front side of the crown part 1, wherein a sweat absorbing band part 3 is attached to a front side of the inside of the crown part 1 and is configured to absorb sweat on a user's forehead, and a support part 4 is attached to the lower circumferences of the crown part 1 and of the brim part 2. At least one woven fabric forming the crown part 1 is made of an elastic fabric, and the sweat absorbing band part 3 is configured to be placed only on a front side of the inside of the crown part 1 of the headwear so as to effectively absorb the sweat on a user's forehead. The head band part attached to a circumference of the inside of the crown part 1 is removed, except for the sweat absorbing band 3 disposed in the inside of the crown part 1. Since the head band part is removed, it is possible for the elastic woven fabrics forming the crown part to have the natural elasticity. To this end, when a user wears the headwear of the present invention, the crown part of the headwear can naturally and elastically contract based on the user's head size, so the user can feel comfortable with the aid of natural fitting. For this reason, the user's satisfaction on the use of the headwear can be outstandingly improved. The support part 4 is made of an elastic fabric and is configured to cover the circumferences of the lower sides of the crown part 1 and the brim part 2, thus maintaining elasticity of the crown part 1. The support part 4 may be disposed at a circumference of the lower side of the crown part 1 or the brim part 2, if necessary. Different from a conventional typical sewing, the woven fabrics of the lateral side and the backside except for the front side of the crown part 1 may be connected by a three-needle stitch sewing, thus forming a three-needle sewing line 11 between the woven fabrics of the lateral side and the backside of the crown part 1.

The present invention has been described above only on the above structure, but the present invention may apply to a hat or a sun visor in addition that the above-described baseball cap, and it is obvious that the present invention may be modified into various forms within the concept and scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. An outstandingly elastic headwear, comprising: a crown part which is made of a plurality of woven fabrics; anda brim part which is attached to a front side of the crown part,wherein at least one or more of the woven fabrics forming the crown part is made of an elastic fabric, and a sweat absorbing band part is disposed on a front side of the inside of the crown part, and a head band part is removed from a circumference of the inside of the crown part, and a support configured to cover the inner lower circumferences of the crown part and the brim part is provided thereon.

The headwear of claim 1, wherein the portions between the woven fabrics forming the lateral side and the backside of the crown part are connected by a three-needle sewing, whereupon a three-needle sewing line is formed between the woven fabrics forming the lateral side and the backside of the crown part.
