Claims
- 1. A method of fabricating an oxide superconductor containing a Cu-O atomic layer, comprising the steps of:
- forming an oxide superconductor precursor which forms the oxide superconductor containing a Cu-O atomic layer;
- hydrogenating the oxide superconductor precursor by irradiating the oxide superconductor precursor with reactive hydrogen after the forming step; and
- oxidizing the oxide superconductor precursor after the hydrogenating step;
- wherein the hydrogenating step comprises accelerating hydrogen ions by a voltage of 5 KV or lower, and applying the accelerated hydrogen ions to the oxide to improve current density.
- 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the oxidizing step comprises heating the oxide at a temperature of 400.degree. C. to 900.degree. C.
- 3. A method of fabricating an oxide superconductor containing a Cu-O atomic layer, comprising the steps of:
- forming an oxide superconductor precursor which forms the oxide superconductor containing a Cu-O atomic layer;
- hydrogenating the oxide superconductor precursor by irradiating the oxide superconductor precursor with reactive hydrogen during the forming step; and
- oxidizing the oxide superconductor precursor after the hydrogenating step, wherein the oxidizing step is carried out during or after the forming step;
- wherein the hydrogenating step comprises accelerating hydrogen ions by a voltage of 5 KV or lower, and applying the accelerated hydrogen ions to the .oxide to improve current density.
- 4. The method of claim 3, wherein the oxidizing step comprises heating the oxide at a temperature of 400.degree. C. to 900.degree. C.
