Claims
- 1. An oxothia compound of the formula ##STR10## in which Ph represents 1,2-phenylene or 1,2-phenylene which is substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl and/or nitro, X represents oxygen or sulphur, R.sub.1 represents lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl cycloalkyl-lower alkyl, phenyl-lower alkyl or phenyl-lower alkyl which is substituted in the phenyl part by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl and/or nitro, phenyl or phenyl which is substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl and/or nitro, and R.sub.2 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
- 2. A compound of the formula I as claimed in claim 1, in which Ph represents 1,2-phenylene which is optionally substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen with an atomic number of up to 35 or trifluoromethyl, X represents oxygen, R.sub.1 denotes phenyl which is optionally substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen with an atomic number of up to 35, trifluoromethyl and/or nitro, and R.sub.2 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
- 3. A compound of the formula I as claimed in claim 1, in which Ph represents 1,2-phenylene which can optionally be substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy and/or halogen with an atomic number of up to 35, X represents oxygen, R.sub.1 denotes phenyl which is optionally substituted by lower alkyl, lower alkoxy and/or halogen with an atomic number of up to 35, and R.sub.2 represents hydrogen.
- 4. A compound as claimed in claim 1 and being the N-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-3-benzo[b]thiophenecarboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a base.
- 5. A compound as claimed in claim 1 and being the N-(3-chlorophenyl)-5-chloro-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-3-benzo[b]thiophenecarboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a base.
- 6. A compound as claimed in claim 1 and being the N-(2-fluorophenyl)-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-3-benzo[b]thiophenecarboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a base.
- 7. A compound as claimed in claim 1 and being the N-phenyl-6-chloro-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-3-benzo[b]thiophene-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a base.
- 8. A compound as claimed in claim 1 and being the N-(3-chlorophenyl)-6-chloro-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-3-benzo[b]thiophene-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a base.
- 9. A compound as claimed in claim 1 and being the N-(2-fluorophenyl)-6-chloro-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-3-benzo[b]thiophene-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a base.
