Abstract
Disclosed is a package for a disposable coated acupuncture needle, wherein the package is made up of disposable coated acupuncture needles (1), a packaging box (2) and a sealed bag (3). A vacuum packaging method may be used in the package to seal the packaging box containing the acupuncture needles, so as to perform sterilization via high-energy electron or isotope irradiation. When in use, the seal bag (3) is torn off, a drawing strap (16) is pulled so as to pull out the package box (2), a support (6) is folded to expose an acupuncture needle handle (13), and then the disposable coated acupuncture needle (1) can be used for conducting sterile operation. The disposable coated acupuncture needle has the advantages that multiple acupuncture needles can be packaged in the same package box and can be conveniently taken for use; a user can less contaminate the other needles when taking and using a small number of acupuncture needles in the package box, and the sterile operation is facilitated.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a sterile acupuncture needle package technology, in particular to a package for disposable coated acupuncture needle.


BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

In prior art, the package technology of sterile acupuncture needle is the acupuncture needle is packaged in plastic bubble cap with special dialyzing paper or aluminum foil and sterilization is conducted via high-energy electron or isotope or high-energy electron; the defects are that acupuncture needles are packaged in the plastic bubble cap separately, when in use, it should be unsealed separately, the efficiency is low and it cannot be conveniently taken for use; or multiple acupuncture needles are packaged in the same plastic bubble cap and unsealed times can be reduced, however, a user may contaminate the other needles when taking, and the sterile operation is not facilitated.


SUMMARY OF PRESENT INVENTION

For above problems, the present invention proposes a package for a disposable coated acupuncture needle, wherein the package is made up of disposable coated acupuncture needles (1), a packaging box (2) and a sealed bag (3).


The technical scheme of the disposable coated acupuncture needles (1) is described as Chinese patent application no. 200410104090.5; the package box (2) is generally made of polyethylene, polypropylene or other suitable medical packaging plastics; the sealed bag (3) is generally made of metal foil, plastic or al compound packing film; the package box (2) is made up of a box body (4), a needle support board (5) and a support (6); the box body (4) is provided with a groove (7) or a snap joint (8) or an embedded shaft (17) and a support connecting device (9); the box body (4) is embedded with the needle support board (5) via the groove (7) or the snap joint (8), or the box body (4) is embedded with an embedded hole (19) on the needle support board (5) via the embedded shaft (17); a needle embedding device (10) is arranged on the needle support board (5); an acupuncture needle handle (13) is simply fixed by the needle embedding device (10) in the form of an embedded clamp (11) or an embedded groove (12); the support (6) is provided with a box body connecting device (14); the box body (4) and the support (6) are connected in the combination mode of shaft and hole through the support connecting device (9) and the box body connecting device (14), such that the support (6) can constitute the structure of the packaging box (2) with the box body (4) by transposition; the support (6) can also expose the acupuncture needle handle (13) via transposition, and support the box body (4) for conducting sterile operation; the packaging box (2) containing the disposable coated acupuncture needles (1) adopts a sealed bag (3) to be used as vacuum packaging; for convenient unsealing, the sealing place of one end of the sealed bag (3) is provided with a Y-shaped or V-shaped unsealing notch (15); the unsealing notch (15) end of the packaged box (2) is provided with a drawing strap (16), when the unsealing notch (15) is torn off, the exposed drawing strap (16) is pulled, such that the packaging box (2) in the sealed bag (3) can be pulled out conveniently, and the location of above pair holes and shafts can be exchanged.


A vacuum packaging method may be used in the package to seal the packaging box containing the acupuncture needles, so as to perform sterilization via high-energy electron or isotope irradiation. When in use, the seal bag (3) is torn off, a drawing strap (16) is pulled so as to pull out the package box (2), a support (6) is folded to expose an acupuncture needle handle (13), and then the disposable coated acupuncture needle (1) can be used for conducting sterile operation.


The present invention has the advantages:


1. multiple acupuncture needles can be packaged in the same package box and can be conveniently taken for use; a user can less contaminate the other needles when taking and using a small number of acupuncture needles in the package box, and the sterile operation is facilitated.


2. the coated acupuncture needles are embedded on the needle support board (5), and the sealed bag (3) made up of plastic film or plastic composite film is used as vacuum packaging, such that it has isolation effect as general sealed package, and the film of coated acupuncture needles difficult to be packaged and fixed and the whole coated acupuncture needles can be evenly, smoothly and properly packaged and fixed, which can avoid displacement and disorder of product in transportation process due to improper packaging, and avoid the sharp point of a needle becoming blunt or curving due to collision.


3. the box body (4) and the support (6) are connected via the support connecting device (9), such that the support (6) can constitute the structure of the packaging box (2) with the box body (4) by transposition; the support (6) can also expose the acupuncture needle handle (13) via transposition, and support the box body (4) for conducting sterile operation, which can increase the technical level and efficiency of sterile operation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention is further described with reference to drawings and embodiments.



FIG. 1 is a structure schematic diagram of a disposable coated acupuncture needle, as FIG. 1 shown, the needle point of the disposable coated acupuncture needle is coated, the back end is a acupuncture needle handle (13).



FIG. 2 and FIG. 12 are packaging structure schematic diagrams according to the embodiments of the present invention, as FIG. 2 and FIG. 12 shown, a box body (4), a needle support board (5) and a support (6) are made by injection of polyethylene material, the acupuncture needle handle (13) is embedded on the needle embedding device in the form of an embedding clamp (11); the box body (4) and the support (6) are connected, such that such that the support (6) can constitute the structure of a packaging box (2) with the box body (4) by transposition; the support (6) can also expose the acupuncture needle handle (13) via transposition, and support the box body (4) for conducting sterile operation.



FIG. 3 is another packaging structure schematic diagram according to the embodiments of present invention, which comprises the box body (4), the needle support board (5), the support (6), a groove (7), a needle embedding device (10) and an embedding damp (11).



FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a sealed bag used as vacuum packaging, which comprises a sealed bag (3) and an unsealing notch (15), as FIG. 4 shown, the sealed bag (3) is generally made of metal foil, plastic or al compound packing film, when packaging, the sealed bag (3) is vacuumized by vacuum machine.



FIG. 3, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are structure schematic diagrams of a box body according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises the box body (4), a snap joint (8) and a support connecting device (9). One preferred embodiment of the snap joint (8) is taper or trapezoid, which is convenient for the insertion of the needle support board (5), one preferred embodiment of a support connecting device (9) is cylinder, which is for cooperation with the hole of a box body connecting device (14).



FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 are structure schematic diagrams of a support according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises a support (6) and the box body connecting device (14), as figures shown, the box body (4) and the support (6) are connected in the combination mode of shaft and hole through the support connecting device (9) and the box body connecting device (14), such that the support (6) can constitute the structure of the packaging box (2) with the box body (4) by transposition; the support (6) can also expose the acupuncture needle handle (13) via transposition, and support the box body (4).



FIG. 7 is a structure schematic diagram of a needle support board according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises the needle support board (5), the needle embedding device (10), and the embedding clamp (11), and one preferred embodiment of the needle embedding device (10) is in the form of the embedding clamp (11).



FIG. 8 is another structure schematic diagram of a needle support board according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises the needle support board (5), the needle embedding device (10), and an embedding groove (12), and the other preferred embodiment of the needle embedding device (10) is in the form of the embedding groove (12).



FIG. 9 is a cross-section diagram of a packaging box according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises the box body (4), the groove (7), the needle embedding device (10) and the embedding damp (11), and one preferred embodiment is that the box body (4) is embedded with the needle support board (5) via the groove (7).



FIG. 10 is the other cross-section diagram of a packaging box according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises the box body (4), a snap joint (8) and the needle support board (5), and the other preferred embodiment is that the box body (4) is embedded with the needle support board (5) via the snap joint (8).



FIG. 11 is another cross-section diagram of a packaging box according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises the box body (4), the needle support board (5), the needle embedding device (10), the embedding clamp (11), an embedding shaft (17) and an embedding hole (16), and another preferred embodiment is that the box body (4) is embedded with an embedded hole (19) on the needle support board (5) via the embedded shaft (17).



FIG. 4 and FIG. 12 are a top view of the inner model appearance of a packaging box according to the embodiments of the present invention, which comprises a packaging box (2) and a drawing strap (16), when the unsealing notch (15) is torn off, the exposed drawing strap (16) is pulled, such that the packaging box (2) in the sealed bag (3) can be pulled out conveniently.

Claims
  • 1. A package for disposable coated acupuncture needle, characterized in that it is made up of disposable coated acupuncture needles (1), a packaging box (2) and a sealed bag (3), the packaging box (2) is made up of a box body (4), a needle support board (5) and a support (6), the sealed bag (3) is made of plastic film or plastic composite film which can be used as vacuum packaging.
  • 2. The package for disposable coated acupuncture needle according to claim 1, characterized in that the box body (4) is provided with a groove (7) or a snap joint (8) or an embedded shaft (17) and a support connecting device (9); the box body (4) is embedded with the needle support board (5) via the groove (7) or the snap joint (8), or the box body (4) is embedded with an embedded hole (19) on the needle support board (5) via the embedded shaft (17).
  • 3. The package for disposable coated acupuncture needle according to claim 1, characterized in that a needle embedding device (10) is arranged on the needle support board (5) an acupuncture needle handle (13) is simply fixed by the needle embedding device (10) in the form of an embedded clamp (11) or an embedded groove (12).
  • 4. The package for disposable coated acupuncture needle according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (6) is provided with a box body connecting device (14); the box body (4) and the support (6) are connected in the combination mode of shaft and hole through the support connecting device (9) and the box body connecting device (14), such that the support (6) can constitute the structure of the packaging box (2) with the box body (4) by transposition.
  • 5. The package for disposable coated acupuncture needle according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (6) can also expose the acupuncture needle handle (13) via transposition, and support the box body (4).
  • 6. The package for disposable coated acupuncture needle according to claim 1, characterized in that the packaging box (2) containing the disposable coated acupuncture needles (1) adopts a sealed bag (3) made up of plastic film or plastic composite film which can be used as vacuum packaging to be used as vacuum packaging.
  • 7. The package for disposable coated acupuncture needle according to claim 6, characterized in that the sealing place of one end of the sealed bag (3) is provided with a Y-shaped or V-shaped unsealing notch (15).
  • 8. The package for disposable coated acupuncture needle according to claim 6, characterized in that the unsealing notch (15) end of the packaged box (2) is provided with a drawing strap (16).
