Abstract
Disclosed is a packaging box including a box body and a box lid, the box lid including a lid body and a first bent portion, the box body having a box opening, the box lid being provided at the box opening, where the box opening is provided with a second bent portion; when the box body and the box lid are closed and looking up the packaging box, a bottom end face of an outer side wall of the first bent portion is invisible; the box lid is provided with a first locked portion, the box body is provided with a second locked portion corresponding to a lower side of the first locked portion; and the lid body is provided with an inspection window. The packaging box solve the problem that the articles in the box would be missing and facilitate the personnel to inspect the articles within the box.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of storage apparatuses, in particular to a packaging box.


BACKGROUND

Today, it is often necessary to use a storage box to store sundries, tools, parts, and other articles in daily work and life. Most of the storage boxes on the market mostly use a full-snap or full-interference hard-press fit between the box body and the box lid. Such a storage box has a common defect that somebody can easily lift the box lid directly from a gap between the box body and the box lid, which can easily lead to the loss or damage of the articles in the box.


SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a packaging box with a new structure, which can improve the phenomenon that the contents of the box are lost, and can be convenient for people to inspect what happens inside the box.


In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, the technical solution adopted by the present application is a packaging box including a box body and a box lid, the box lid including a lid body and a first bent portion provided along an edge of the lid body, the first bent portion being of an n-shape, the box body having a box opening, the box lid being provided at the box opening, where an inner wall surface of an outer side wall of the first bent portion is provided with a clamping block, the box opening is provided with a second bent portion of an n-shape, an outer side wall of the second bent portion is provided with a clamping groove cooperating with the clamping block, a bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion has a blocking rim extending outwards, and the bottom end of the outer side wall of the first bent portion is provided close to a top surface of the blocking rim; when the box body and the box lid are closed and looking up the packaging box, a bottom end face of an outer side wall of the first bent portion is invisible; the box lid is provided with a first locked portion, the box body is provided with a second locked portion corresponding to a lower side of the first locked portion, the first locked portion is provided with a first locked hole, and the second locked portion is provided with a second locked hole corresponding to the first locked hole; and the lid body is provided with an inspection window.


Further, a locking member is further included, which passes through the first and second locked holes to lock the box lid and the box body.


Further, a drop is attached to the locking member.


Further, the locking member is a band, a rope, or a lead sealing ring.


Further, there is a plurality of clamping grooves that are divided into a plurality of clamping areas, at least one of the clamping areas includes the plurality of clamping grooves, the second bent portion has a support rib connecting an outer side wall and an inner side wall of the second bent portion, and the support rib is provided between two adjacent clamping grooves in the clamping area.


Further, the second bent portion has a polygonal frame shape as a whole, and each of the frames of the second bent portion is provided with the clamping area.


Further, at least one of the frames has the plurality of clamping areas spaced apart.


Further, the box body is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs connecting the outer side wall of the second bent portion and the outer wall surface of the box body.


Further, a handle is included, and both ends of the handle are connected to opposite sides of the box body, respectively.


Further, the box body has a mounting plate for mounting the handle, the mounting plate is connected to the bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion and two of the reinforcing ribs, the mounting plate, the outer wall surface of the box body and the two of the reinforcing ribs connected to the mounting plate enclose to form a mounting space, and a clip of the handle extends into the mounting space through the mounting plate.


The beneficial effects of the present application are: the box lid of the packaging box is provided with an inspection window, and when the box lid and the box body are closed, a person can use the inspection window to inspect the articles inside the box body from the outside, so that the person can learn information about the color, model and type of the articles received by the box body. By providing a blocking rim on the box body to block the clamping block and the clamping groove, the box lid cannot be opened directly from the gap by hand, and can only be opened via the first locked portion and the second locked portion; since a locking member is mounted at the first locked hole/the second locked hole, an outsider cannot open the packaging box without damaging the locking member, and the loss of the articles contained in the packaging box is effectively prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to explain the technical contents, the objects, and the effects of the present application in detail, the embodiments will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.


With reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, a packaging box includes a box body 1 and a box lid 2, the box lid 2 including a lid body 21 and a first bent portion 22 provided along an edge of the lid body 21, the first bent portion 22 being of an n-shape, the box body 1 having a box opening, the box lid 2 being provided at the box opening, where an inner wall surface of an outer side wall of the first bent portion 22 is provided with a clamping block 221, the box opening is provided with a second bent portion 11 of an n-shape, an outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 is provided with a clamping groove 111 cooperating with the clamping block 221, a bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 has a blocking rim 12 extending outwards, and the bottom end of the outer side wall of the first bent portion 22 is provided close to a top surface of the blocking rim 12; when the box body 1 and the box lid 2 are closed and looking up the packaging box, a bottom end face of an outer side wall of the first bent portion 22 is invisible; the box lid 2 is provided with a first locked portion 23, the box body 1 is provided with a second locked portion 13 corresponding to a lower side of the first locked portion 23, the first locked portion 23 is provided with a first locked hole, and the second locked portion 13 is provided with a second locked hole corresponding to the first locked hole; and the lid body 21 is provided with an inspection window 24.


It can be seen from the above description that the beneficial effects of the present application are as follows: the box lid 2 of the present packaging box is provided with an inspection window 24, and when the box lid 2 and the box body 1 are closed, a person can use the inspection window 24 to inspect the articles inside the box body 1 from the outside, so that the person can learn information about the color, model and type of the articles received in the box body 1. By providing a blocking rim 12 on the box body 1 to block the clamped clamping block 221 and the clamping groove 111, the box lid 2 cannot be opened directly from the gap by hand, and can only be opened by means of the first locked portion 23 and the second locked portion 13. Since the locking member 3 is mounted at the first locked hole/the second locked hole, an outsider cannot open the packaging box without damaging the locking member 3, and the loss of the articles contained in the packaging box is effectively prevented.


Further, a locking member 3 passing through the first and second locked holes to lock the box lid 2 and the box body 1 is also included.


It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the arrangement of the locking member 3 can lock the box body 1 and the box lid 2, preventing an outsider from opening the packaging box without damaging the locking member 3, and effectively preventing the loss of the articles contained in the packaging box.


Further, a drop 31 is connected to the locking member 3.


It can be seen from the above description that the drop 31 can be marked with a prompt, relevant information about the articles contained in the packaging box, etc.


Further, the locking member 3 is a band, a rope or a lead sealing ring.


As can be seen from the above description, there are many alternatives to the specific configuration of the locking member 3.


Further, there is a plurality of clamping grooves 111 that are divided into a plurality of clamping areas, at least one of the clamping areas includes the plurality of clamping grooves 111, the second bent portion 11 has a support rib 14 connecting an outer side wall and an inner side wall of the second bent portion 11, and the support rib 14 is provided between two adjacent clamping grooves 111 in the clamping area.


It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the arrangement of the clamping groove 111 would lower the structural strength of the clamping area itself, and in order to prevent an outsider from pressing the clamping area so that the second bent portion 11 deforms so as to expose an end portion of the outer side wall of the area corresponding to the first bent portion 22, and then the box lid 2 is opened using this as an operation area, a support rib 14 is intentionally added between two adjacent clamping grooves 111 in the clamping area, thereby effectively improving the structural strength of the clamping area and improving the easy deformation phenomenon of the clamping area.


Further, the second bent portion 11 has a polygonal frame shape as a whole, and each of the frames of the second bent portion 11 is provided with the clamping area.


It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that each side frame of the second bent portion 11 is provided with a clamping area so as to make the connection between the box lid 2 and the box body 1 more stable.


Further, at least one of the rims has the plurality of clamping areas spaced apart.


It can be seen from the above description that the provision of a plurality of clamping areas on a single frame reduces the risk of accidental separation of the frame from the box body 1.


Further, the box body 1 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 15 connecting the outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 and the outer wall surface of the box body 1.


It can be seen from the above description that the reinforcing ribs 15 can improve the structural strength of the second bent portion 11.


Further, a handle 4 is further included, and both ends of the handle 4 are respectively connected to opposite sides of the box body 1.


From the above description from the above description that the handle 4 facilitates a person to transfer the packaging box.


Further, the box body 1 has a mounting plate 16 for mounting the handle 4, the mounting plate 16 is connected to the bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 and two of the reinforcing ribs 15, the mounting plate 16, the outer wall surface of the box body 1 and the two of the reinforcing ribs 15 connected to the mounting plate 16 enclose to form a mounting space 17, and the clip of the handle 4 extends into the mounting space 17 through the mounting plate 16.


It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the reinforcing rib 15 not only serves to reinforce the second bent portion 11, but also provides a mounting space 17 where the mounting plate 16 is provided and forms a clip accommodating the handle 4 in cooperation with the mounting plate 16 and the box body 1.


With reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, the first embodiment of the present application is: a packaging box for containing/packaging various sundries, tools, parts and other articles in daily work and life. This embodiment is described with reference to a packaging box for packaging water pipes.


With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the packaging box includes a box body 1, a box lid 2 and a locking member 3, the box lid 2 including a lid body 21 and a first bent portion 22 provided along an edge of the lid body 21, the first bent portion 22 being of an n-shape, the box body 1 having a box opening, the box lid 2 being provided at the box opening, where an inner wall surface of an outer side wall of the first bent portion 22 is provided with a clamping block 221, the box opening is provided with a second bent portion 11 of an n-shape, an outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 is provided with a clamping groove 111 cooperating with the clamping block 221, a bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 has a blocking rim 12 extending outwards, and the bottom end of the outer side wall of the first bent portion 22 is provided close to a top surface of the blocking rim 12; when the box body 1 and the box lid 2 are closed and looking up the packaging box, a bottom end face of an outer side wall of the first bent portion 22 is invisible; the box lid 2 is provided with a first locked portion 23, the box body 1 is provided with a second locked portion 13 corresponding to a lower side of the first locked portion 23, the first locked portion 23 is provided with a first locked hole, and the second locked portion 13 is provided with a second locked hole corresponding to the first locked hole; the locking member 3 passes through the first locked hole and the second locked hole to lock the box lid 2 and the box body 1, and optionally the locking member 3 is connected with a drop 31; the lid body 21 is provided with an inspection window 24, and the inspection window 24 can be circular, elliptical, arc-shaped, polygonal or have other special shapes.


Preferably, the first bent portion 22 and the box lid 2 are of an integral injection-molded structure, and the second bent portion 11 and the box body 1 are of an integral injection-molded structure; the locking member 3 is a band, a rope, a lead sealing ring, a lock structure, etc.


The first locked portion 23 protrudes outside the second locked portion 13; in this embodiment, the shape of the first locked portion 23 is the same as that of the second locked portion 13, and the size of the first locked portion 23 is greater than that of the second locked portion 13; preferably, the first locked portion 23 and the second locked portion 13 are respectively spherical; and optionally, the edge of the second locked portion 13 and the edge of the first locked portion 23 are respectively provided with a reinforcing portion.


With reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, there is a plurality of clamping grooves 111 that are divided into a plurality of clamping areas, at least one of the clamping areas includes the plurality of clamping grooves 111, the second bent portion 11 has a support rib 14 connecting an outer side wall and an inner side wall of the second bent portion 11, and the support rib 14 is provided between two adjacent clamping grooves 111 in the clamping areas.


The second bent portion 11 has an overall polygonal frame shape, and each of the frames of the second bent portion 11 is provided with the clamping area. Optionally, at least one of the frames has the plurality of clamping areas spaced apart. In this embodiment, the second bent portion 11 has a substantially rectangular frame shape as a whole, and therefore the second bent portion 11 includes four side frames respectively provided with two clamping areas.


As shown in FIG. 4, in order to improve the structural strength of the second bent portion 11, the box body 1 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 15 connecting the outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 and the outer wall surface of the box body 1.


As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, in order to facilitate carrying the packaging box, the packaging box further includes a handle 4, two ends of the handle 4 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the box body 1.


As shown in FIG. 4, in particular, the box body 1 has a mounting plate 16 for mounting the handle 4, the mounting plate 16 is connected to the bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion 11 and two of the reinforcing ribs 15, the mounting plate 16, the outer wall surface of the box body 1 and the two of the reinforcing ribs 15 connected to the mounting plate 16 enclose to form a mounting space 17, and the clip of the handle 4 extends into the mounting space 17 through the mounting plate 16.


In order to prevent the inside of the box body 1 from being wet due to water or the like on the surface of the received article, in this embodiment, the bottom of the box body 1 is provided with a leakage hole 18 for draining water. Alternatively, the bottom of the box body 1 is stepped, and the leakage hole 18 is located at the bottom of the box body 1; in this embodiment, the bottom of the box body 1 is stepped in three layers with the middle high and four sides low, and the leakage hole 18 is located at the bottom of the box body 1 at the lowest position; in other embodiments, the bottom of the box body 1 may also be in another shape with the middle high and four sides low, such as a spherical surface.


In summary, in the packaging box provided in the present application, the box lid is provided with an inspection window, and when the box lid is closed with the box body, a person can use the inspection window to inspect the articles inside the box body from the outside, so that the person can learn information about the color, model and type of the articles contained in the box body. A blocking rim is provided on the box body to block the clamped clamping block and the clamping groove, so that a hand cannot directly lift the box lid from the gap, and the box lid can only be opened via the first locked portion and the second locked portion; since a locking member is mounted at the first locked hole/the second locked hole, an outsider cannot open the packaging box without damaging the locking member, and the loss of the articles contained in the packaging box is effectively prevented; the provision of the support rib in the second bent portion makes it possible to better prevent an outsider from opening the package without damaging the locking element.

  • 1. A packaging box, comprising a box body and a box lid, the box lid comprising a lid body and a first bent portion provided along an edge of the lid body, the first bent portion being of an n-shape, the box body having a box opening, the box lid being provided at the box opening, wherein an inner wall surface of an outer side wall of the first bent portion is provided with a clamping block, the box opening is provided with a second bent portion of an n-shape, an outer side wall of the second bent portion is provided with a clamping groove cooperating with the clamping block, a bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion has a blocking rim extending outwards, and the bottom end of the outer side wall of the first bent portion is provided close to a top surface of the blocking rim;when the box body and the box lid are closed and looking up the packaging box, a bottom end face of an outer side wall of the first bent portion is invisible;the box lid is provided with a first locked portion, the box body is provided with a second locked portion corresponding to a lower side of the first locked portion, the first locked portion is provided with a first locked hole, and the second locked portion is provided with a second locked hole corresponding to the first locked hole; andthe lid body is provided with an inspection window.
  • 2. The packaging box according to claim 1, further comprising a locking member passing through the first and second locked holes to lock the box lid and the box body.
  • 3. The packaging box according to claim 2, wherein a drop is attached to the locking member.
  • 4. The packaging box according to claim 2, wherein the locking member is a band, a rope, or a lead sealing ring.
  • 5. The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein there are a plurality of clamping grooves that are divided into a plurality of clamping areas, at least one of the clamping areas comprises the plurality of clamping grooves, the second bent portion has a support rib connecting an outer side wall and an inner side wall of the second bent portion, and the support rib is provided between two adjacent clamping grooves in the clamping area.
  • 6. The packaging box according to claim 5, wherein the second bent portion has a polygonal frame shape as a whole, and each of the frames of the second bent portion is provided with the clamping area.
  • 7. The packaging box according to claim 6, wherein at least one of the frames has the plurality of clamping areas spaced apart.
  • 8. The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the box body is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs connecting the outer side wall of the second bent portion and the outer wall surface of the box body.
  • 9. The packaging box according to claim 8, further comprising a handle, both ends of the handle being connected to opposite sides of the box body, respectively.
  • 10. The packaging box according to claim 9, wherein the box body has a mounting plate for mounting the handle, the mounting plate is connected to the bottom end of the outer side wall of the second bent portion and two of the reinforcing ribs, the mounting plate, the outer wall surface of the box body and the two of the reinforcing ribs connected to the mounting plate enclose to form a mounting space, and a clip of the handle extends into the mounting space through the mounting plate.
