The present invention relates to a technology of packaging, and more particularly to a packaging device for a display module or the like.
Currently, the existing packaging protection for LED display module and other electronic devices having a liquid crystal display screen is simply as follow: deploying a static-proof film over a surface of the display panel, then disposing the display panel into a static-proof bag, and then the whole is put into a carton box. The static-proof film is not adhesive, and it needs additional adhesive tap or other material to properly attach it to the module. In an addition, once the module needs to be removed from the package, a reverse process is required. It is really inconvenient. On the other hand, both of the static-proof film and the static-proof bag are requested when packaging the LED display module. Specially, those packaging material are utilized only once and then throw away after the display module is removed from the box. This is a waste and inevitably increases the manufacturing cost. In addition, the material used for static-proof is not environmental-friendly.
The present invention to provide a packaging device to resolve the prior art issue. The packaging device can integrate both the protective film as well as the packaging bag. It is readily convenient to use. In addition, it can be repeatedly used.
In order to resolve the prior art issues, the present invention provides a technologic solution by providing a packaging device which comprises a static-proof film configured with a PE film and an EPE layer deployed over a surface of the PE film to shield the static. At least a Velcro hooks patch and Velcro loops patch are symmetrically arranged on borders of the static-proof film such that the hooks and loops are engaged with each when the static-proof film is wrapped over the electronic device.
Wherein additional Velcro hooks patches and Velcro loops patches are symmetrically arranged along the borders.
Wherein the static-proof film comprises a first layer of static-proof film, a second static-proof film, and a sponge layer. The second layer of static-proof film is sealed to the first static-proof film to as to create an air-tight compartment. And the layer of sponge layer is evenly deployed over the air-tight compartment for creating a buffer effect.
Wherein the static-proof film comprises a first layer of static-proof film, a layer of elastic film, and a sponge layer. The elastic film is sealed to the first static-proof film to as to create an air-tight compartment. The sponge layer is evenly deployed over the air-tight compartment for creating a buffer effect.
Wherein the elastic film is a PE film.
Wherein the PE film and the EVE static-proof film are sealed together by a heat press.
Wherein the Velcro hooks patch and the Velcro loops patch are symmetrically arranged.

The present invention can be concluded with the following advantages. As compared to the prior art, the packaging device provides an integration of both a protective film and a packaging bag. Specially, it is very easy and convenient to use. The working time on using the packaging device to wrap the electronic devices are reduced. Most importantly, the packaging device can be repeatedly used so as to avoid waste of material and thereby lowering the cost accordingly.

The static-proof film 10 is used to shield static. The film 10 can be coated with a layer of static-proof material or directly made from a material blended with static-proof material.
According to a preferred embodiment, the static-proof film 10 includes a PE (polyethylene) film and a static-proof EPE (expandable polyethylene) film deployed over the PE film. The PE film and the EPE film are attached together by a heat press so as to empower the static-proof film 10 with elastic property, while it is gentle to touch.
Alternatively, in other preferable embodiment, the static-proof film 10 can be made from a compound of polyanilime resin by blending with 6-10 percent by weight of polyanilime into resin. With the static-proof property of the polyanilime, the static-proof film 10 can be equipped with static-proof property.
The Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch are symmetrically arranged on borders of the static-proof film 10. In addition, the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 are arranged on a top surface of the static-proof film 10. In the current embodiment, the Velcro hooks patch 20 is arranged on a bottom surface of the static-proof film 10, while the Velcro loops patch 30 is arranged on a top surface of the static-proof film 10. In other preferred embodiment, the location of both the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 can exchange with each other. Alternatively, the Velcro hooks patch 20 and the Velcro loops patch 30 can be arranged on both the top and bottom surfaces of the static-proof film 10.
The overall length of the static-proof film 10 is longer than the length of the electronic device 40, preferable for two times. The width of the static-proof film 10 is larger. By this arrangement, the static-proof film 10 can comply cover the electronic device 40 in full.

In the second and third embodiment of the present invention, a layer of sponge is evenly deployed over the sealed compartment so as to provide an impact-absorb ion. This is an upgrade as compared from the first embodiment. Tn addition, in the above described embodiment, all the static-proof films are preferred to have elastic property and are stretchable. By this provision, the electronic device can be wrapped in perfect fashion.
By applying the Velcro hooks patch and the Velcro loops patch over the static-proof film, the static-proof film can be functioned as both a protective film, and a packaging bag. As a result, the protective film and the packaging bag can be integrated together. It is readily and conveniently to use, thereby expediting the packing process and no time is lost during packing. Since the packaging device made according to the present invention can be repeatedly used, not only is it environment friendly, but also it can reduce the waste of resource so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.
Embodiments of the present invention have been described, but not intending to impose any unduly constraint to the appended claims. Any modification of equivalent structure or equivalent process made according to the disclosure and drawings of the present invention, or any application thereof; directly or indirectly, to other related fields of technique, is considered encompassed in the scope of protection defined by the clams of the present invention.
