DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following description is of the best-contemplated mode of carrying out the invention. This description is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention and should not be taken in a limiting sense. The scope of the invention is best determined by reference to the appended claims.

In FIG. 2, a handle structure 100 comprises a body 60, a handling element 30 and at least one folding line 33. The handling element 30 is a simple supported beam structure integrally formed with the body 60. The handling element 30 comprises two fixed ends 32 securely connected to the body 60 and a holding portion 31 having two ends 311 connected to the fixed ends 32, respectively. The folding line 33 is disposed on the body 60 to increase the flexible deformability of the body 60. In this embodiment, the number of folding lines 33 is three, and the folding lines 33 are spaced from each other.

In FIG. 3, a packing container P of the embodiment comprises a paper box 51 having a top plate 510 and the handle structure 100 detachably connected to the paper box 51. In FIGS. 4A and 4B, an engaging portion 510H formed on the top plate 510 of the paper box 51 comprises a plurality of L-shaped openings 56 and a slit 53 linking the openings 56. Each L-shaped opening 56 comprises a first port 561 and a second port 562. In this embodiment, the number of L-shaped openings 56 is two, and the slit 53 is located between L-shaped openings 56. In comparison with the conventional slotted structure, the engaging portion 510H of the paper box 51 is provides a suitable functional design capable of receiving and accommodating the handle structure 100.

When the handle structure 100 is connected to the paper box 51, the curved holding portion 31 of the handle structure 100 passing through the openings 56 and the slit 53 extends from the outside of the top plate 510 of the paper box 51, and the fixed ends 32 of the handling element 30 are securely attached to the inside of the top plate 510 of the paper box 51 when the holding portion 31 of the handle structure 100 is lifted.

When the holding portion 31 of the handle structure 100 is lifted, the body 60 of the handle structure 100 is folded along the folding lines 33 to form a regularly and symmetrically corrugated deformation region 330, i.e., an irregular or asymmetric deformation at the middle of a conventional handle structure can be prevented.

Referring to FIGS. 2, 5A and 5B, when installing the handle structure 100 on the paper box 51, the upper part 52 of the top plate 510 is slightly lifted to allow the holding portion 31 to be inserted into the slit 53 of the top plate 510 and exposing on the lower part 54 of the top plate 510. Due to the distance between the fixed ends 32 of the handling element 30 equal to that between the L-shaped openings 56 of the top plate 510, the fixed ends 32 of the handling element 30 are respectively engaged to the first ports 561 of the L-shaped openings 56 of the top plate 510. When the handling element 30 is lifted, the body 60 of the handle structure 100 is curved and the fixed ends 32 of the handling element 30 are securely inserted into the second ports 562 of the L-shaped openings 56, respectively. Thus, by lifting the handle structure 100, the paper box 51 can be moved.

Based on the described features, the handle structure 100 of the embodiment is directly formed by a single plate and can be rapidly assembled on a production line, thus, material costs and time are reduced, and the assembly process is simplified.

While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. To the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements (as would be apparent to those skilled in the art). Therefore, the scope of the appended claims should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements.
