PACKING DEVICE

Abstract
A packing device comprises a sealing apparatus (100) for sealing film bags, a packing apparatus (300) for packing workpieces and film, and a driving apparatus (200) for pulling the film and driving the sealing apparatus. The sealing apparatus comprises a pair of sealing blocks (10) and (20), the sealing blocks respectively comprise two pressing portions each defining a receiving hole therein, and the receiving holes respectively receive a heating pole (122) therein to supply heat.

Claims
  • 1. A packing device, comprising: a sealing apparatus, for sealing film bags, the sealing apparatus comprising a pair of sealing blocks, the sealing blocks respectively comprising two pressing portions each defining a receiving hole therein, the receiving holes respectively receiving a heating pole therein to supply heat;a packing apparatus, for packing workpieces and film; anda driving apparatus, for pulling the film and driving the sealing apparatus.
  • 2. The packing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing portions of the same sealing blocks are vertically formed with each other.
  • 3. The packing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein two of the pressing portions of the two sealing blocks respectively define a groove therein, one of the grooves receives a knife-blade therein, and the other receives a cushion opposite to the knife-blade.
  • 4. The packing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the knife-blade is zigzag.
  • 5. The packing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pressing portion with the knife-blade therein defines a plurality of threaded holes communicating with the groove, a plurality of bolts are screwed in the threaded holes to fix the knife-blade in the groove.
  • 6. The packing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the packing apparatus comprises a packing portion which is a channel having a U-shaped cross-section, and an open side of the packing portion faces to the two sealing blocks.
  • 7. The packing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving apparatus comprises a controlling portion comprising a pair of mounting portions respectively fixed to the two sealing blocks, and a pair of clamp portions respectively integrally formed with the two mounting portions.
  • 8. The packing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein at least one spring is fixed between the two clamp portions.
  • 9. The packing device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the two clamp portions respectively comprise a wheel, and a cam is mounted between the two wheels.
  • 10. The packing device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cam defines a through hole surrounded by an inner wall, and a slot is defined in the inner wall, a shaft engaged with a driving spindle of a motor passes through the through hole, and a projecting portion projecting from a side of the shaft is received in the slot.
  • 11. The packing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving apparatus further comprises a pair of pulling wheels for pulling the film.
  • 12. The packing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opposite sides of the two sealing blocks each define a plurality of channels and ridges thereon.
  • 13. A sealing apparatus, for sealing film bags, comprises a pair of sealing blocks, the sealing blocks respectively comprising two pressing portions each defining a receiving hole therein, and the receiving holes respectively receive a heating pole therein to supply heat.
  • 14. The sealing apparatus as claimed in claim 13, wherein the pressing portions of the same sealing blocks are formed vertical to each other.
  • 15. The sealing apparatus as claimed in claim 14, wherein two of the pressing portions of the two sealing blocks respectively define a groove therein, one of the grooves receives a knife-blade therein, and the other receives a cushion opposite to the knife-blade.
  • 16. The sealing apparatus as claimed in claim 15, wherein the knife-blade is zigzag.
  • 17. The sealing apparatus as claimed in claim 15, wherein the pressing portion with the knife-blade therein defines a plurality of threaded holes communicating with the groove, a plurality of bolts are screwed in the threaded holes to fix the knife-blade in the groove.
  • 18. The sealing apparatus as claimed in claim 13, wherein the opposite sides of the two sealing blocks each define a plurality of channels and ridges thereon.
  • 19. A packing device comprising: a packing apparatus comprising a packing channel used to guide a spread packing film when the packing film passes through the packing channel, the packing channel comprising a receiving portion to place workpieces to be packed on the spread packing film, and a packing portion to guidably fold the spread packing film for wrapping around the placed workpieces when the spread packing film moves from the receiving portion toward the packing portion;a driving apparatus used to drive movement of the packing film from the receiving portion of the packing apparatus toward the packing portion thereof; anda sealing apparatus installable beside the packing portion of the packing apparatus, and comprising a pair of sealing blocks located at two opposite sides of the packing film passing through the packing portion of the packing apparatus, respectively, the pair of sealing blocks movably approachable to each other for sandwiching the passing packing film between the pair of sealing blocks so as to seal at least two open edges of the passing packing film to form a packing bag in order for packing the placed workpieces therein.
  • 20. The packing device as claimed in claim 19, further comprising a cam rotatable by driving of the driving apparatus to control approachable movement of the pair of sealing blocks of the sealing apparatus.
