Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a packing material, and a packed product formed by packing an article with the packing material.

Description of the Invention

Known as a sheet-like packing material is, for example, a packing material including a body sheet for wrapping an article therein and a cutting tape attached to the body sheet (see Patent Literature 1). Such a packing material is used to wrap an article therein to form a packed product. Such a packed product is configured to allow the article to be taken out thereof by cutting the body sheet along the cutting tape.

However, the packing material has a difference in thickness between portions with and without the cutting tape. Therefore, when the packing material has a sheet shape, it is difficult to stack a plurality of the packing materials on each other and keep them stacked on each other. When the packing material is elongated in a longitudinal direction of the cutting tape, it is also difficult to wind the packing material around itself in the longitudinal direction (i.e., form the packing material in a roll shape) and keep the packing material wound around itself (i.e., in a roll shape).

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a packing material and a packed product according to the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 to 5. In the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference signs, and the description thereon will not be repeated. Further, in the description hereinafter, a first direction refers to a direction along the x-axis in the coordinate axes of each figure, and a second direction crossing the first direction refers to a direction along the y-axis in the coordinate axes of each figure.

First Embodiment

As shown in FIG. 1, a packing material 100a according to the first embodiment has a sheet shape. Specifically, the packing material 100a has a quadrangular shape (more preferably a rectangular shape). The packing material 100a includes a body sheet 1 for wrapping an article therein, at least one first tape 2 attached to the body sheet 1, and at least two second tapes 3 attached to the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the packing material 100a includes one first tape 2 and two second tapes 3. When a longitudinal direction of the first tape 2 is defined as a first direction, each of the two second tapes is disposed to have its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction. In this embodiment, when the longitudinal direction of the first tape 2 is defined as the first direction, each of the two second tapes 3 is disposed to have its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction. In this embodiment, the first tape 2 and the two second tapes 3 are attached to one side of the body sheet 1 (specifically, an inner side of the body sheet 1 when an article is packed therein).

In this embodiment, the body sheet 1 has a sheet shape. Specifically, the body sheet 1 has a quadrangular shape (more specifically, a rectangular shape with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction). In this embodiment, the body sheet 1 has two cut parts 1a formed by cutting an end part of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the two cut parts 1a are formed to reach an end edge of the body sheet 1. The two cut parts 1a are formed in at least one end part (both end parts in this embodiment) in the first direction of the body sheet 1. The two cut parts 1a are formed away in the second direction from each other. With this configuration, a pinching part 1b capable of being pinched by, for example, fingers can be formed between the two cut parts 1a. In this embodiment, the body sheet 1 includes the pinching part 1b in the at least one end part (specifically, at each of the both end parts) in the first direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the pinching part 1b is formed in a central portion in the second direction of the body sheet 1.

The body sheet 1 is configured to be capable of being cut in the first direction. In this embodiment, the body sheet 1 can be cut in the first direction from one ends respectively of the two cut parts 1a as starting points. Specifically, the body sheet 1 can be cut in the first direction from the one ends respectively of the two cut parts 1a as the starting points by pinching the pinching part 1b and pulling it in the first direction.

In this embodiment, the body sheet 1 is configured to have its both end parts in the second direction overlapped with each other to enable joining together. That is, the body sheet 1 of this embodiment includes two joining areas 1c configured to be joined together in a state of being overlapped with each other. Specifically, the body sheet 1 includes one of the two joining areas 1c at one end part in the second direction. The body sheet 1 of this embodiment includes the other one of the two joining areas 1c at the other end part in the second direction. In this embodiment, the two joining areas 1c each have a band shape extending in the first direction. Further, in this embodiment, the two joining areas 1c are continuously formed over the entire length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, at least one (both in this embodiment) of the two joining areas 1c includes an end edge in the second direction (specifically, an end edge in the first direction and an end edge in the second direction) of the body sheet 1. Then, the two joining areas 1c are made to be overlapped with each other and join together to thereby form a first joined part 5 of a packed product 100c to be described later.

The size of the body sheet 1 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, 100 cm2 to 1000 cm2. The thickness of the body sheet 1 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, 10 μm to 100 μm, or can be 15 μm to 50 μm. Further, the sheet material for forming the body sheet 1 is not particularly limited, and for example, an oriented film (direction-specified film), a cast film, or the like can be used. The material of the sheet material for forming the body sheet 1 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, and nylon. The sheet material for forming the body sheet 1 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, a monoaxially oriented polypropylene film, a cast polypropylene film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a polyethylene film, and a nylon film, among which the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is preferable. These sheet materials can be used individually, or a plurality of them can be layered (specifically, laminated) for use.

The first tape 2 is disposed with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction. In this embodiment, the first tape 2 is disposed over the entire length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the first tape 2 has a length equal to the length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the first tape 2 is disposed to overlap the central portion in the second direction of the body sheet 1. Further, in this embodiment, the first tape 2 has one end part disposed between the two cut parts 1a formed at the one end part in the first direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the first tape 2 has the other end part disposed between the two cut parts 1a formed at the other end part in the first direction of the body sheet 1.

Then, the first tape 2 is attached to the body sheet 1 to thereby allow the body sheet 1 to be cut in the first direction along the first tape 2. In this embodiment, the one end part of the first tape 2 is located between the two cut parts 1a to be thereby overlapped with the pinching part 1b. This configuration enables the body sheet 1 to be cut in the first direction along the first tape 2 by pinching the pinching part 1b and pulling it in the first direction.

The width of the first tape 2 can be the same as the width of each of the second tapes 3. or can be smaller than the width of each of the second tapes 3. Specifically, the width of the first tape 2 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, ×0.05 to ×1, can be ×0.05 to ×0.5, or can be ×0.05 to ×0.4, as large as the width of each of the second tapes 3. Further, the width of the first tape 2 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, 2 mm to 5 mm.

The sheet material for forming the first tape 2 is not particularly limited, and for example, an oriented film (direction-specified film), a cast film, or the like can be used. The material of the sheet material for forming the first tape 2 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, and nylon. The sheet material for forming the first tape 2 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, a monoaxially oriented polypropylene film, a cast polypropylene film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a polyethylene film, and a nylon film, among which the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is preferable. These sheet materials can be used individually, or a plurality of them can be layered (specifically, laminated) for use. These sheet materials can be coated with an adhesive or a coating agent.

A method for attaching the first tape 2 to the body sheet 1 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, use of the self-adsorption function of the first tape 2, heat scaling by melting the first tape 2, or heat sealing by application of a part coat agent. The first tape 2 can be entirely attached to the body sheet 1, or partially (e.g., only both end parts in the width direction) attached to the body sheet 1.

In this embodiment, the two second tapes 3 are each disposed with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction. In this embodiment, the two second tapes 3 are each disposed over the entire length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the two second tapes 3 each have a length equal to the length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1. Further, the two second tapes 3 are disposed away in the second direction from each other. The at least one first tape 2 is disposed between the two second tapes 3 in the second direction. That is, in this embodiment, one of the two second tapes 3 (hereinafter referred to also as “one second tape 3”) is disposed on one side in the second direction of the first tape 2. Further, the other one of the two second tapes 3 (hereinafter referred to also as “other second tape 3”) is disposed on the other side in the second direction of the first tape 2. In this embodiment, the two second tapes 3 are disposed away in the second direction from the first tape 2.

In this embodiment, the one second tape 3 is disposed closer to the one end in the second direction of the body sheet 1 than a middle portion between the first tape 2 and the one end in the second direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the other second tape 3 is disposed closer to the other end in the second direction of the body sheet 1 than a middle portion between the first tape 2 and the other end in the second direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the two second tapes 3 are disposed closer to the central portion in the second direction of the body sheet 1 than the respective both end parts (i.e., two joining areas) 1c in the second direction of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, the two second tapes 3 are disposed away in the second direction from the respective two joining areas 1c.

In this embodiment, the two second tapes 3 are disposed away in the second direction from the respective two cut parts 1a of the body sheet 1. In this embodiment, one of the two cut parts 1a is located between the one second tape 3 and the first tape 2 in the second direction. Further, in this embodiment, the other one of the two cut parts 1a is located between the other second tape 3 and the first tape 2 in the second direction.

The width of each of the second tapes 3 can be the same as the width of the first tape 2, or can be larger than the width of the first tape 2. Specifically, the width of each of the second tapes 3 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, ×1 to ×20, can be ×1 to ×10, or can be ×1 to ×5, as large as the width of the first tape 2. The specific width of each of the second tapes 3 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, 5 mm to 40 mm, or can be 10 mm to 40 mm. The thickness of each of the second tapes 3 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, the same as the thickness of the first tape 2, or can be larger than the first tape 2. The same thickness means that the ratio of the thickness of each of the second tapes 3 to the thickness of the first tape 2 is 0.9 to 1.1.

The sheet material for forming each of the second tapes 3 is not particularly limited, and for example, an oriented film (direction-specified film), a cast film, or the like can be used. Examples of the material of the sheet material for forming each of the second tapes 3 include polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, and nylon. Specifically, the sheet material for forming each of the second tapes 3 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, a monoaxially oriented polypropylene film, a cast polypropylene film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a polyethylene film, and a nylon film, among which the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is preferable. These sheet materials can be used individually, or a plurality of them can be layered (specifically, laminated) for use. These sheet materials can be coated with an adhesive or a coating agent.

A method for attaching each of the second tapes 3 to the body sheet 1 is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, use of the self-adsorption function of each of the second tapes, heat sealing by melting each of the second tapes 3, or heat sealing by application of a part coat agent. Each of the second tapes 3 can be entirely attached to the body sheet 1, or partially (e.g., only both end parts or only a central portion in the width direction) attached to the body sheet 1.

Second Embodiment

A packing material 100b according to a second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that it is elongated with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction, as shown in FIG. 2. Thus, a description will be hereinafter given on the configurations different from those of the first embodiment.

In the packing material 100b of this embodiment, the body sheet 1 of the first embodiment is elongated with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction. In the packing material 100b of this embodiment, the first tape 2 of the first embodiment is elongated with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction. In the packing material 100b of this embodiment, the first tape 2 of the first embodiment is elongated with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction. Further, in this embodiment, the packing material 100b can be formed into a roll shape by being wound around itself in the first direction.

The packing material 100b of this embodiment is cut in the second direction (specifically, in the width direction) to thereby form the sheet-like packing material 100a according to the first embodiment. Specifically, the packing material 100b is cut in the second direction (specifically, the width direction) and the pair of cut parts 1a are formed to thereby form the packing material 100a of the first embodiment. Further, the packing material 100b of this embodiment can be used to form a packed product 100c as will be described later.

Packed Product

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the packed product 100c can be formed by packing an article with the packing material 100a of the first embodiment or the packing material 100b of the second embodiment. In the packed product 100c, two sheet-like opposed parts 4 disposed to be opposed to each other are formed by the packing material 100a (or the packing material 100b). Then, a housing space R for housing an article X therein is formed between the two sheet-like opposed parts 4.

The packed product 100c (specifically, one of the two sheet-like opposed parts 4) includes a first joined part 5 formed of the two joining areas 1c of the body sheet 1 that are joined together. In this embodiment, the first joined part 5 is formed on one of the two sheet-like opposed parts 4 (hereinafter referred to also as “one sheet-like opposed part 4”), and is not formed on the other one of the two-sheet-like opposed parts 4 (hereinafter referred to also as “other sheet-like opposed part 4”). The first joined part 5 is formed in a band shape extending in the first direction. The first joined part 5 is formed over the entire length between both ends in the first direction of the packed product 100c. In this embodiment, the first joined part 5 is formed by having one side surfaces in the two joining areas 1c of the body sheet 1 to be opposed to each other and join together. A method for forming the first joined part 5 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a method in which the two joining areas 1c are made to be overlapped with each other and heat sealed.

The packed product 100c includes two second joined parts 6 formed of the two sheet-like opposed parts 4 joined together at positions away in the first direction from each other so as to close the housing space R. In this embodiment, the two second joined parts 6 are each formed in a band shape extending in the second direction. Further, the two second joined parts 6 are each formed over the entire length between both ends in the second direction of the packed product 100c. In this embodiment, the two second joined parts 6 are each formed away from the respective both ends in the first direction of the packed product 100c. A method for forming the two second joined parts 6 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a method in which the two sheet-like opposed parts 4 are subjected to heat sealing.

In this embodiment, the packed product 100c includes a non-joined part 7 in at least one end part (specifically on each of both end parts) in the first direction thereof in which the two sheet-like opposed parts 4 are not joined together. The two non-joined parts 7 are each formed in a band shape extending in the second direction. In this embodiment, the two non-joined parts 7 are each formed over the entire length between the both ends in the second direction of the packed product 100c.

The packed product 100c of this embodiment (specifically, the other sheet-like opposed part 4) has the two cut parts 1a (specifically the pinching part 1b) in at least one end part (specifically each of the both end parts) in the first direction thereof. In this embodiment, the packed product 100c has the two cut parts 1a (specifically the pinching part 1b) in at least one (specifically both) of the two non-joined parts 7. In this embodiment, one of the two pinching parts 1b is disposed to overlap one end part of the first joined part 5 in plan view in which the packed product 100c is viewed along a direction in which the two sheet-like opposed parts 4 are opposed to each other. Further, in this embodiment, the other one of the two pinching parts 1b is disposed to overlap the other end part of the first joined part 5 in plan view.

In the packed product 100c, all of the second tapes 3 are located on the one sheet-like opposed part 4. That is, the one sheet-like opposed part 4 includes all of the second tapes 3 but includes no first tape 2. In this embodiment, the one sheet-like opposed part 4 includes the two second tapes 3 located away in the second direction from each other, and the first joined part 5 disposed between the two second tapes 3 in the second direction. The two second tapes 3 are each disposed away from the first joined part 5. The two second tapes 3 are each disposed over the entire length in the first direction of the housing space R (in this embodiment, over the entire length in the first direction of the packed product 100c). The two second tapes 3 are each disposed away from the respective end parts in the second direction of the packed product 100c (specifically, the respective end parts in the second direction of the two sheet-like opposed parts 4) in plan view.

In this embodiment, the packed product 100c has the first tape 2 disposed on the other sheet-like opposed part 4. That is, in the packed product 100c, the other sheet-like opposed part 4 includes the first tape 2, and includes none of the two second tapes 3. In this embodiment, the first tape 2 is disposed in a central portion between the both ends in the second direction of the packed product 100c (specifically, the other sheet-like opposed part 4). The first tape 2 is disposed between the two second tapes 3 in the second direction in plan view. Further, the first tape 2 is disposed away from each of the two second tapes 3 in plan view. In this embodiment, the first tape 2 is disposed over the entire length in the first direction of the housing space R (specifically, over the entire length in the first direction of the packed product 100c).

When the article X is taken out of the packed product 100c, for example, the pinching part 1b formed in the one end part in the first direction of the packed product 100c is pulled toward the other end side in the first direction of the packed product 100c. This allows the body sheet 1 to be cut along the first tape 2, through which the article X can be taken out of the housing space R.

A method for forming the packed product 100c is not particularly limited. Examples thereof include a method including: a step of forming the packing material 100a according to the first embodiment by cutting off the packing material 100b according to the second embodiment in the width direction; a step of forming the first joined part 5 by having the two joining areas 1c of the packing material 100a overlapped with each other so as to form the housing space R with one side of the packing material 100a (i.e., one side of the body sheet 1) facing inward; and a step of forming the two joined parts 6 so as to close the housing space R. Alternatively, other examples include a method (so-called pillow packing) including: a step of forming the first joined part 5 by having the two joining areas 1c of the packing material 100b according to the second embodiment overlapped with each other while forming the housing space R with one side of the packing material 100b of the second embodiment (i.e., one side of the body sheet 1) facing inward; a step of forming the two joined parts 6 so as to close the housing space R; and a step of obtaining the packed product 100c by cutting off the packing material 100b in the with direction in the state where the first joined part 5 and the two second joined parts 6 are formed.

As described above, the packing material 100a, 100b according to this embodiment are configured to be capable of being stably stacked on each other or wound around itself and keeping them stably stacked on each other or wound around itself.

That is, since the first tape 2 is disposed between the two second tapes 3 in the second direction and disposed away from each of the two second tapes 3, the difference in thickness is relatively reduced between portions with the two second tapes 3 and a portion with the first tape 2 in the packing material 100a, 100b. This allows the packing material 100a, 100b to be stably stacked on each other or wound around itself and to be kept being stably stacked on each other or wound around itself.

The one second tape 3 is disposed closer to the one end in the second direction of the body sheet 1 than the middle portion between the first tape 2 and the one end in the second direction of the body sheet 1. The other second tape 3 is disposed closer to the other end in the second direction of the body sheet 1 than the middle portion between the first tape 2 and the other end in the second direction of the body sheet 1. The first tape 2 is disposed to overlap the central portion in the second direction of the body sheet 1. This allows the packing material 100a, 100b to be more stably stacked on each other or wound around itself and to be kept being more stably stacked on each other or wound around itself.

The configuration that the two second tapes 3 are disposed closer to the central portion in the second direction of the body sheet 1 than the respective both end parts in the second direction of the body sheet 1 can prevent each of the two second tapes 3 from blocking the joining of the both end parts in the second direction of the body sheet 1.

One end part of the first tape 2 is located between the two cut parts 1a. The one cut part 1a is located between the one second tape 3 and the first tape 2 in the second direction. The other cut part 1a is located between the other second tape 3 and the first tape 2 in the second direction. This configuration can prevent each of the two second tapes 3 from blocking the cutting of the body sheet 1.

In the packed product 100c, the configuration that the one sheet-like opposed part 4 includes the two second tapes 3 allows the one sheet-like opposed part 4 to have a higher rigidity than that of the other sheet-like opposed part 4. This can maintain the shape of the packed product 100c in a favorable manner. Further, the configuration that the other sheet-like opposed part 4 includes none of the two second tapes 3 can suppress the two second tapes 3 from affecting the design of the packed product 100 when the packed product 100c is viewed from a side of the other sheet-like opposed part 4 (i.e., the front side). Further, stepped portions formed between the body sheet 1 and the two second tapes 3 on a side of the housing space R can suppress the article from moving within the housing space R. The configuration that the one sheet-like opposed part 4 includes the two second tapes 3 allows the body sheet 1 to be folded near each of the two second tapes 3, and can thus easily form the one sheet-like opposed part 4.

The configuration of the packed product 100c that the first joined part 5 is located between the two second tapes 3 in the second direction allows the one sheet-like opposed part 4 to have a higher rigidity than that of the other sheet-like opposed part 4, and can thus retain the shape of the packed product 100c in a favorable manner.

The packing material and the packed product according to the present invention are not limited to the aforementioned embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. It is a matter of course that configurations, methods, or the like of the aforementioned plurality of embodiments can be arbitrarily employed in combination (a configuration, a method, or the like of one embodiment can be applied to a configuration, a method, or the like of another embodiment), and further a configuration, a method, or the like according to various modified examples to be described below can be arbitrarily selected to apply to a configuration, a method, or the like according to any of the aforementioned embodiments. Further, the operational advantages of the present invention are not limited to the operational advantages described in the foregoing embodiments.

For example, the aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the packing material 100a, 100b includes one first tape 2, without limitation thereto. The configuration can be such that the packing material 100a, 100b includes a plurality of the first tapes 2. In such a case, each of the plurality of first tapes 2 is disposed with its longitudinal side coinciding with the first direction.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the packing material 100a. 100b includes two second tapes 3, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the packing material 100a, 100b includes three or more second tapes 3. For example, the configuration can be such that the three or more second tapes 3 include four second tapes 3, two of which are disposed closer to the one end side in the second direction of the packing material 100a, 100b than the central portion thereof, and the remaining two of which are disposed closer to the other end side in the second direction of the packing material 100a, 100b than the central portion thereof.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the first tape 2 and the two second tapes 3 are all attached to the one side of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that at least one of the first tape 2 and the two second tapes 3 is attached to the one side of the body sheet 1, and at least one of them is attached to the other side of the body sheet 1. The configuration can alternatively be such that the first tape 2 and the two second tapes 3 are all attached to the other side of the body sheet 1.

The aforementioned embodiments have been taking, for example, the case where the body sheet 1 has two cut parts 1a extending to reach an end edge of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the body sheet 1 has only one cut part 1a. Further, the configuration can be such that at least one of the two cut parts 1a extends not to reach the end edge.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the two cut parts 1a (i.e., the pinching part 1b) are formed in each of the both end parts in the first direction of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the two cut parts 1a (i.e., the pinching part 1b) are formed in only one end part in the first direction of the body sheet 1.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where each of the both end parts of the first tape 2 is disposed between the two cut parts 1a, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that at least one of the end parts of the first tape 2 is disposed at a position not between the two cut parts 1a.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the first tape 2 is disposed to overlap the central portion in the second direction of the body sheet 1 or the packed product 100c, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the first tape 2 is disposed closer to the one end side or the other end side than the central portion in the second direction of the body sheet 1 or the packed product 100.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the pinching part 1b is disposed in the central portion in the second direction of the packing material 100a or the packed product 100c, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the pinching part 1b is located closer to the one end side or the other end side than the central portion in the second direction of the packing material 100a or the packed product 100b.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where each of the joining areas 1c includes the end edges of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that each of the joining areas 1c is formed away from an end edge (for example, at least one of the end edges in the first direction or end edges in the second direction) of the body sheet 1.

The first embodiment has been described by taking, for example, the case where the first tape 2 and the second tapes 3 are each disposed over the entire length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that at least one of the first tape 2 and the second tapes 3 is disposed away from the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1. That is, the configuration can be such that at least one of the first tape 2 and the second tapes 3 is formed to have a length shorter than the length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the two second tapes 3 are disposed away from the respective two joining areas 1c, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the one second tape 3 is disposed adjacent to the one joining area 1c, and that the other second tape 3 is disposed adjacent to the other joining area 1c. In such cases, the packed product 100c has the two second tapes 3 each disposed adjacent to the first joined part 5.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the first tape 2 and the second tapes 3 are each disposed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that at least one of the first tape 2 and the second tapes 3 is disposed intermittently in the longitudinal direction of the body sheet 1.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the two second tapes 3 are disposed outward of the respective middle portions between the first tape 2 and the respective ends in the second direction of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the two second tapes 3 are disposed closer to the first tape 2 than the respective middle portions between the first tape 2 and the respective ends in the second direction of the body sheet 1.

The first embodiment has been described by taking, for example, the case where each of the two second tapes 3 is disposed continuously over the entire length between the both ends in the first direction of the body sheet 1, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that a plurality of the second tapes 3 are disposed with a space(s) therebetween in the first direction.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the non-joined part 7 and the pinching part 1b are formed in each of the both end parts in the first direction of the packed product 100c, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the non-joined part 7 and the pinching part 1b are formed only in one of the both end parts in the first direction of the packed product 100c. Further, the configuration can be such that no non-joined part 7 is formed in each of the both end parts in the first direction of the packed product 100c.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the one of the pinching parts 1b is disposed to overlap the one end portion of the first joined part 5 in plan view, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the one of the pinching parts 1b is disposed not to overlap the one end part of the first joined part 5. Further, the aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the other one of the pinching parts 1b is disposed to overlap the other end part of the first joined part 5, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the other one of the pinching parts 1b is disposed not to overlap the other end part of the first joined part 5.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the first joined part 5 is formed by opposing the one side surfaces of the two joining areas 1c of the packing material 100a, 100b to each other, without limitation thereto. For example, the configuration can be such that the first joined part 5 is formed by opposing the one side surface to the other side surfaces of the two joining areas 1c of the packing material 100a, 100b.

The configuration can be such that the packing material 100a according to the first embodiment is formed by cutting off the packing material 100b according to the second embodiment in the width direction, or by attaching the first tape 2 and the two second tapes 3 to the body sheet 1 in a sheet shape.

The aforementioned embodiments have been described by taking, for example, the case where the packed product 100c including the two sheet-shaped opposed parts 4 is formed with the packing material 100a, 100b, without limitation thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the configuration can be such that a packed product 100d is formed by wrapping an article with the packing material 100a made to be deformed to conform to the shape of the article. The configuration can be such that the packing material 100a for forming the packed product 100d includes none of the two joining areas 1c. Further, the configuration can be such that the packing material 100a for forming the packed product 100d has a cut part 10a (specifically, a cut part 10a having a U-shape) formed by cutting an area (e.g., central portion) inside the outer peripheral edge part of the body sheet 1. In such a case, the configuration can be such that the packing material 100a includes a cover sheet 8 for covering the cut part 10a. The cover sheet 8 includes a covering area 8a to be attached to the body sheet 1 for covering the cut part 10a, and a covering sheet pinching part 8b that can be pinched by, for example, fingers. The covering area 8a is attached to an inner portion defined by the cut part 10a in the body sheet 1. The covering area 8a is removably attached to at least an area around the cut part 10a of the body sheet 1. This configuration allows the covering sheet pinching part 8b to be pinched and pulled to thereby enable the inner portion of the cut part 10a in the body sheet 1 to be pulled along with the covering sheet 8; thus, the body sheet 1 can be cut from ends of the cut part 10 as the starting points.

Further, the configuration can be such that, as shown in FIG. 7, the packed product 100c of the aforementioned embodiments has at least one gusset 9 (specifically, two gussets 9) formed between the two sheet-like opposed parts 4 by folding a part of the packing material 100a, 100b.
