Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 5 for a first preferable embodiment of the present invention. A paddle racket 1 of the present invention includes a frame body 10, a three-dimensional web core 20 and two striking surface portions 30.

The frame body 10 includes a frame wall 11 and a handle 12 connected with the frame wall 11, and the frame wall 11 defines a receiving space 13; the three-dimensional web core 20 is disposed in the receiving space 13 and circumferentially connected to the frame wall 11, and the three-dimensional web core 20 includes a plurality of channels 21 (may extend linearly, or may be defined by frames of the three-dimensional web core 20 and extend non-linearly) disposed through the three-dimensional web core 20 in a thickness direction of the three-dimensional web core 20; the two striking surface portions 30 is disposed on two opposing sides of the three-dimensional web core 20 and connected to the frame wall 11, each of the two striking surface portions 30 includes a plurality of through holes 31, the plurality of through holes 31 correspond to and are in communication with the plurality of channels 21. Whereby, the three-dimensional web core 20 has sufficient structural strength and light weight so that the paddle racket 1 can be operated swiftly.

Preferably, an inner side surface of the frame wall 11 is radially concave, and an outer circumferential surface of the three-dimensional web core 20 is radially convex and connected with the inner side surface of the frame wall 11 which is radially concave, so that the three-dimensional web core 20 can be firmly connected to the frame wall 11. In other embodiments, the inner side surface of the frame wall 11 and the outer circumferential surface of the three-dimensional web core 20 may be flat surfaces. Preferably, the outer circumferential surface of the three-dimensional web core 20 is continuously annular and enclosed, which increases connection area and combination with the frame wall 11.

In this embodiment, the frame body 10 is a reinforced fiber member, the three-dimensional web core 20 further includes two side layers 22 which are opposite to each other and a framework 23 which is integrally connected with and between the two side layers 22. The two striking surface portions 30 are reinforced fiber members and coated on the two side layers 22, respectively. Reinforced fiber, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber or the like, is of properties of light weight and strong structure. With the two side layers 22, the two striking surface portions 30 can be made to be more flat. The two side layers 22 may be made from fiber cloths pre-impregnated and coated on the two striking surface portions 30 after curing. Each of the two side layers 22 includes a plurality of openings 221, the framework 23 includes a plurality of communication holes 231, and the plurality of communication holes 231 correspond to and are in communication with the plurality of openings 221 of each of the two side layers 22, so that the resistance due to air during operation of the paddle racket is reduced. In other embodiments, the three-dimensional web core 20 and the two striking surface portions 30 may be made from the same material and integrally formed of one piece, and thus it is easy to manufacture.

Preferably, the three-dimensional web core 20 is made from light hardening resin (UV light hardening resin), which provides good support and sufficient elastic deformability. Light hardening resin is hardened by light projecting on predetermined regions, which is easy and quick to manufacture. For example, the light-hardening resin is contained in a container with a transparent bottom side; a platform is immersed into the light hardening resin in the container and close to the bottom side of the container; according to patterns of various cross-sections of the three-dimensional web core 20 the light is projected onto and hardens parts of the light hardening resin on the platform to form a part of the three-dimensional web core 20. The platform is moved away from the bottom side of the container step by step, and finally the three-dimensional web core 20 is grown. The manufacturing process is simple, fast and of lower manufacturing cost. The three-dimensional web core 20 may be formed by using any of other forms of 3D printing technology.

Preferably, the three-dimensional web core 20 further includes a first portion 24 and a second portion 25 which is farther from the handle than the first portion the handle 12, and the second portion 25 has a density per unit volume greater than a density per unit volume of the first portion 24. Whereby, it has better structural strength and swing inertia near the sweet center (near the second portion 25) of the paddle racket 1, which improves the swing effect and increases durability.
