Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to display technical field, especially to a pallet and a packaging case.

2. Description of Related Art

With the appearance and development of all kinds of liquid crystal product, the liquid crystal displays are widely used in all trades and professions, and every corner of the modern life. In a liquid crystal display, a liquid crystal panel is its key component. When manufacturing the liquid crystal displays, due to division of work, a mass of the liquid crystal panels are transported to other place to be further processed modularly.

In prior art, packaging boxes made of foam materials are usually used to package and protect the liquid crystal panel. The packaging boxes with packaged liquid crystal panels are stacked on the pallets and are baled and fixed to be transported safely. Since the liquid crystal panels have different sizes for different liquid crystal displays, packaging boxes with different sizes are also required. However, the larger packaging boxes need larger pallets to be stacked thereon. The disadvantages are as follow: 1. the load bearing surface of the pallet is flat. The pallet is only used to stack the packaging boxes with packaged products so that cannot be used to package the products. 2. After the packaging boxes are stacked, the wrapping belts and friction between the pallet and the bottom surface of the bottommost packaging box stabilize the packaging box. When the packaging cases are transported, the packaging cases are vibrated and shaken within the trunk. When the shaking force is larger, the bottommost packaging box slides on the pallet so as to tilt the packaging case. Then the adjacent packaging cases may bump against each other or hit the inner wall of the trunk. Therefore, the packaging cases may suffer exceeding force in some parts to cause the liquid crystal panels inside the packaging boxes damage. 3. Packaging boxes with large size need to order corresponding pallets with large size. In particular, with the variation of the sizes of the liquid crystal panels, packaging cost is further increased while packaging boxes with corresponding large size are needed.
