Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to supporting plates, and particularly to a pallet, wherein by using the pallet of the present invention formed assembling waterproof plate units and supporting units, the objects installed with the supporting plate units can be transferred, installed, and updated easily and freely without any pollution. Furthermore, the present invention can be stored with less space.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With the improvement of warehousing storage or transferring, it is more and more important to have convenient and simple process in the transformation and storage of the goods. Current supporting plates used in warehouse storage or transformation are formed integrally so as to have fix sizes which are not suitable for various kinds of goods. Furthermore, if a part of the pallet is destroyed, the whole assembly must be deserted. Furthermore, the fixed sized supporting plate assemblies sometimes are not suitable for the size of a cabinet or the special design of a warehouse.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a pallet, wherein by using the pallet of the present invention formed by assembling the waterproof plate units and supporting units, the object can be transferred, installed, and updated easily and freely without any pollution. Furthermore, the present invention can be stored with less space.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a pallet which comprises a supporting plate having at least one plate units; and at least one supporting unit which are detachable installed to at least one plate unit. Each plate unit is formed with at least one buckling hole; and each supporting unit has at least one buckling post which can be engaged to the buckling hole. The buckling hole is a stepped hole; and the buckling post has a buckle which is buckleable to the stepped hole. Each plate unit is a rectangular plate; four corners of the plate unit have at least one respective buckling hole; each supporting units have at least four buckling posts and one supporting unit can be connected to adjacent four plate units. A lateral surface of the at least one buckling post is formed with a plurality of protrusions.

Moreover, each plate unit is formed with at least one buckling post; and each supporting unit has at least one buckling hole which can be engaged to the buckling post. The buckling hole is a stepped hole; and the buckling post has a buckle which is buckleable to the stepped hole. Each plate unit is a rectangular plate. Four corners of the plate unit have at least one respective buckling post; each supporting units having at least four buckling holes and one supporting unit can be connected to adjacent four plate units. A lateral surface of each buckling post is formed with a plurality of protrusions.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the plate unit 2 is the basic unit for forming the supporting plate 10. That is, the supporting plate 10 is formed by a plurality of plate units 2. In this the present invention, the plate unit 2 has a rectangular shape. Each plate unit 2 has a plurality of buckling holes 21. Each buckling hole 21 is a stepped hole. Four buckling holes 21 are uniformly distributed at four corners of each plate unit 2. Thus, each plate unit 2 has 15 buckling holes 21. In the present invention, the number of the buckling holes 21 is not confined by four. Other number is permissible. The buckling holes 21 in one corner is arranged as a rectangular shape.

An upper end of the supporting unit 3 of the present invention is formed with a plurality of buckling posts 31 which are configured corresponding to the buckling holes 21 of the plate unit 2. In this embodiment, the number of the buckling posts 31 is four. A lateral surface of each buckling post 31 is formed with a plurality of protrusions 311. The function of the protrusions 311 serves to make the buckling post 31 being engaged to the buckling hole 21 firmly. To make the supporting unit 3 to firmly secure to the respective plate unit 2, each buckling post 31 is installed with a buckle 32 for buckling a respective one of the stepped buckling hole 21 of the plate unit 2 so that the supporting unit 3 is firmly secured to the plate unit 2 not to fall out easily.

The supporting unit 3 can be inserted into the four buckling holes 21 at any corner of the plate unit 2. Or the supporting unit 3 is inserted into four buckling holes 21 which are belonged to different adjacent plate units 2, for example two adjacent plate units 2 or four adjacent plate units 2. For example, the four buckling posts 31 of one supporting unit 3 are connected to four different plate units 2. Thereby any number of the plate units 2 can be connected by using the supporting units 3.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the supporting unit 3 can be formed with at least one buckling hole and the plate unit 2 is formed with at least one buckling post. The buckling post can be inserted into the buckling hole. Furthermore, each plate unit 2 is a rectangular plate; four corners of the plate unit 2 have at least one respective buckling post; each supporting units 3 have at least four buckling holes and one supporting unit 3 can be connected to adjacent four plate units 2. A lateral surface of each buckling post is formed with a plurality of protrusions. In the present invention, it is preferable that the supporting unit 3 and the plate unit 2 are made of waterproof plastics, for example, polypropylene.

Thereby by using the pallet of the present invention formed by assembling the waterproof plate units 2 and supporting units 3, the objects installed by the pallet can be transferred, installed, and updated easily and freely without any pollution. Furthermore, the present invention can be stored with less space.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
