Abstract
A paper-box handle structure includes a folding region having an opening and a handling region integrally formed with the folding region. The handling region comprises a cantilevered part passing through the opening of the folding region to form a handle.
Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The invention can be more fully understood by reading the subsequent detailed description and examples with references made to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a conventional handle structure;

FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the conventional handle structure disposed on a plate of a paper box;

FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a paper-box handle structure of the invention; and

FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the paper-box handle structure disposed on a plate of a paper box.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following description is of the best-contemplated mode of carrying out the invention. This description is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention and should not be taken in a limiting sense. The scope of the invention is best determined by reference to the appended claims.

In FIG. 3, a paper-box hand structure 100 comprises a handling region 30, a folding region 40 and a folding line 50 disposed next to the folding region 40. The folding region 40 comprises a longitudinal opening 41 formed along the X direction of an X-Y coordinate system. The handling region 30, integrally formed with folding region 40, comprises a first body 300 and a cantilevered part 30c cut from the first body 300 along a trim line 301. The cantilevered part 30c is centrally formed on the first body 300 When the cantilevered part 30c is formed and removed, a hole 301h is formed on the first body 300. The paper-box handle structure 100 comprises plastic or other flexible materials.

The cantilevered part 30c comprises a fixed end 33 securely connected to the first body 300, a free end 31 formed with an engaging portion 34, and a middle portion 32 formed between the free end 31 and the fixed end 33. With respect to Y direction of a coordinate system X-Y, the opening 41 of the folding region 40 comprises a first width d1 and the engaging portion 34 of the free end 31 comprises a second width d2 greater than the first width d1.

In FIG. 4, when the folding region 40 folded along the folding line 50 is attached to one side of the first body 300 of the handling region 30, the free end 31 of the cantilevered part 30c sequentially passes through the hole 301h of the first body 300 and the opening 41 of the folding region 40, thus, the engaging portion 34 of the free end 31 of the cantilevered part 30c is engaged to the opening 41 of the folding region 40 to form a handle 100′. When the paper-box handle structure 100 is disposed on a plate b20 of a paper box B, the middle portion 32 is pulled through a hole (not shown in Figs.) of the plate b20 of a paper box B.

Due to the size difference between the opening 41 of the folding region 40 and the engaging portion 34 of the cantilevered part 30c, the free end 31 of the cantilevered part 30c is limitedly engaged to the opening 41 of the folding region 40 when the free end 31 of the cantilevered part 30c passes through the opening 41 of the folding region 40. Thus, paper box B is carried by holding the middle portion 32 of the cantilevered part 30c.

Based on the described features, the paper-box handle structure 100 of the embodiment is directly formed by a single plate and capable of rapid assembly on a production line, thus, material costs are reduced, and the assembly process is simplified.

While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. To the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements (as would be apparent to those skilled in the art). Therefore, the scope of the appended claims should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements.

Claims
  • 1. A paper-box handle structure, comprising: a folding region comprising an opening; anda handling region integrally formed with the folding region, comprising a cantilevered part passing through the opening of the folding region to form a handle.
  • 2. The paper-box handle structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a folding line disposed next to the folding region, so that the folding line is folded along the folding line.
  • 3. The paper-box handle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the handling region further comprises a first body, and the cantilevered part comprises a fixed end securely connected to the first body and a free end formed with an engaging portion, so that the free end formed with the engaging portion is engaged to the opening of the folding region.
  • 4. The paper-box handle structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the opening of the folding region comprises a first width and the engaging portion of the free end comprises a second width greater than the first width, so that the free end of the cantilevered part is limitedly engaged to the opening of the folding region when the free end of the cantilevered part passes through the opening of the folding region.
