PREFERRED EXAMPLES FOR IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION
Preferred Embodiments of the Present Invention

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are structure diagrams of a first example of the present invention, in the figures, a front paper feeding roller set (3) is arranged behind a paper guide stick (1), a lower conveyer belt (7), an upper conveyer belt (8), a conveyer belt position adjusting mechanism (9) and a heating device (15) are arranged on the paper receiving-folding mechanism, and a paper placing platform (13) is arranged at the back, The paper feeding rollers and the conveyer belts can be driven by separate motors.

During work, filter paper passes through the front paper feeding roller set (3) at a specified position by the paper guide stick (1), and then enters the paper receiving-folding mechanism formed by the intersection of protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8), the intersection height of the protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8) is adjusted to conform to an order, and a paper feeding speed is also adjusted to conform to a paper receiving speed. Meanwhile, paper folding is heated and sized by using the heating device (15). In this way, the circumference of the paper feeding roller and the protruding parallel sheets of the conveyer belts all conduct linear motion, and their speeds can be adjusted to be very high, so that the paper folding efficiency can be very high. in addition, as the filter paper folding height can be controlled only by adjusting the intersection height of the protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8), the operation is convenient.

Examples of the Invention
Embodiments of the Present Invention

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are structure diagrams of a second example of the present invention. A method of gripping filter paper to move alternately by two groups of protruding parallel sheets with conveyer belts provided with a plurality of protruding parallel sheets is adopted for achieving paper receiving and folding. In the figures, a paper pressing grooved roller set (2) is arranged behind the paper guide stick (1), and consists of two shafts which can be matched with each other, the section of the paper pressing grooved roller set (2) passing through the axis is provided with a number of S-shaped grooves, and two sets of paper feeding rollers: a front paper feeding roller set (3) and a middle paper feeding roller set (4), followed by a crease pressing roller set (5) and a rear paper feeding roller set (6), a crease pressing mechanism of the paper feeding mechanism is provided with two shafts which can be matched with each other, and the circumference of the two shafts is provided with a plurality of groups of protruding knives and knife backs. A lower conveyer belt (7), an upper conveyer belt (8) and a conveyer belt position adjusting mechanism (9) are arranged on a paper receiving-folding mechanism, and paper baking devices are arranged at the back: a lower paper baking plate (10), an upper paper baking plate (11) and a paper baking plate position adjusting, mechanism (12). Each set of paper feeding roller, paper pressing grooved roller, crease pressing roller and conveyer belt can be driven by separate motors. These motors can be controlled by a PLC, thus facilitating the adjustment for folding height.

During work, filter paper is pressed out of a paper groove at a specified position by the paper pressing grooved roller set (2) through the paper guide stick (I), then creases are pressed by the front paper feeding, roller set (3), the middle paper feeding roller set (4), the crease pressing roller set (5) and the rear paper feeding roller set (6), afterwards the filter paper enters the paper receiving-folding mechanism formed by the intersection of protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8), and the intersection height of the protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8) is adjusted to conform to the pressed creases. Meanwhile, paper folding can be pre-heated by using the heating device (15). In this way, the circumference of the paper feeding roller, the crease pressing roller and the paper pressing grooved roller and the protruding parallel sheets of the conveyer belts all conduct linear motion, and their speeds can be adjusted to be very high, so that the paper folding efficiency can be very high.

FIG. 5 is an installation structure diagram of conveyer belts in a paper receiving-folding mechanism of a second example of the present invention. In the figure, the protruding parallel sheets of the lower conveyer belt (7) and the upper conveyer belt (8) are installed in an intersected manner, and motors drive driving wheels on sides of the upper conveyer belt and the lower conveyer belt simultaneously, so that the protruding parallel sheets of the upper conveyer belt and the lower conveyer belt can receive and fold the paper alternately. To ensure that the protruding parallel sheets are kept parallel during motion, a plurality of conveyer belt middle fixing blocks (14) are arranged below the two groups of conveyer belts. Therefore, it can be ensured that the conveyer belts are straight, and the protruding parallel sheets are parallel to one another.

FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are structure diagrams of a first kind of conveyer belt of the present invention. In the figures, the protruding parallel sheets of the conveyer belts are fixed on chains at two ends. The parallel sheets can be driven to move by driving the chains so as to achieve paper receiving and folding.
