The present application is based on, and claims priority from, China Patent Application No. 202022714321.1, filed Nov. 20, 2020, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
This invention relates to a paper separation structure, and more particularly to a paper separation structure which makes the load of a separating roller even.
Conventional scanners transmit documents inward with the cooperation of separating rollers and pick rollers. However, the separating rollers and the pick rollers are manufactured with different degrees of tolerance, which will cause the separating rollers and the pick rollers fail to fit with each other perfectly. Although the manufacturing tolerance is very small, but when the separating rollers and the pick rollers are used for a long time, the force between the separating rollers and the pick rollers will become uneven, and eventually the separating rollers and pick rollers are damaged.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a paper separating structure which makes the load of the separating rollers and the pick rollers even.
The objective of the present invention is to provide paper separation structure, and more particularly to paper separation structure which makes the load of the separating roller even.
A paper separation structure arranged in an office machine, comprising: a separating roller set having a separating roller and a shaft, and a pick roller arranged to correspond to the separating roller set and contacted with the separating roller set, wherein the separating roller has a roller frame, a shaft hole is formed in the roller frame for accommodating the shaft, and a rubber layer connected with the pick roller, the shaft hole has a narrow inner diameter at a middle of the shaft hole and a wide inner diameter at opposite ends of the shaft hole to form two swing spaces between the middle of the shaft hole and opposite ends of the shaft hole, the roller frame and the rubber layer are swung about a joint between the middle of the shaft hole and the shaft.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein the separation roller has two the roller frames, a connecting portion is connected between the roller frames, the shaft hole is formed in the connecting portion and penetrated through the roller frames.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein the shaft has a limiting ring which is larger than the wide inner diameter of the shaft hole for holding the roller frames and the connecting portion.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein the separating roller set has a frame which covers a top of the separating roller, a joint portion is extended downward from a lower surface of the frame and arranged in corresponding to the connecting portion for being contacted with the connecting portion, a tab is extended upward from an upper surface of the frame and arranged in corresponding to the joint portion, a spring is arranged on the tab, the spring applies a force to the frame to drive the separating roller to contact with the pick roller.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein a clamping block is extended outward and extended radially from the connecting portion of the separating roller, a clamping slot is recessed from the joint portion for holding the clamping block.

The pick rollers 2 are arranged below the separating roller set 1 and contacted with the separating roller set 1. The quantity of pick rollers 2 corresponds to the roller frames 111 of the separating roller set 1, and the pick rollers 2 are arranged in corresponding to the roller frames 111 of the separating roller set 1.

The separating roller set 1 is provided with a frame 14, which covers a top of the separating roller 11 and the shaft 12. A joint portion 141 is extended downward from a lower surface of the frame 14 and arranged in corresponding to the connecting portion 112, a bottom of the joint portion 141 is contacted with the connecting portion 112 along an up-to-down direction. A tab 142 is extending upward from an upper surface of the frame 14 and arranged in corresponding to the joint portion 141. A spring 15 is arranged on the tab 142, opposite ends of the spring 15 are mounted in the scanner and the frame 14 respectively. The spring 15 applies a downward force to the frame 14, to drive the separating roller 11 moving toward the pick rollers 2 and contacting with the pick rollers 2.
A clamping block 1121 is extended outward and extended radially from the connecting portion 112 of the separating roller 11. A clamping slot 1411 is recessed from the bottom of the joint portion 141 for holding the clamping block 1121. So that the joint portion 141 can be securely connected to the connecting portion 112.

In summary, the paper separation structure 100 in this invention generates deflection of the separating roller 11 with the swing space 114 formed in the shaft hole 113, and the deflection aligns the separating roller 11 to the pick roller 2. Therefore, the separating roller 11 can rotate appropriately with the pick roller 2 to prevent the separating roller 11 from being damaged due to uneven force.
