Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of packaging technology, in particular to a part packaging device.

BACKGROUND

The part needs to be packaged and transported after being manufactured. The commonly packaged part is easy to damage due to shaking during part transportation. The damping effect is poor, so that the part cannot be well protected. Moreover, the part is inconvenient to place and take, and the part cannot be lifted and taken.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure aims to provide a part packaging device so as to solve the disadvantage that a part is inconvenient to take in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present disclosure adopts the following technical scheme. A part packaging device comprises a machine body, wherein a sliding groove and a groove are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the machine body, a placing plate is installed in the machine body, a sliding block and a lifting block are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the placing plate, the sliding block is slidably installed in the sliding groove, the lifting block is installed in the groove, a threaded rod is installed at the bottom of the interior of the groove, a lifting plate is installed in the machine body, and springs are installed between the bottom of the interior of the machine body and the lifting plate.

Preferably, the tail end of the threaded rod penetrates through the machine body and is provided with a rotating block, and the lifting block is in threaded connection with the threaded rod in a sleeving mode.

Preferably, a placing groove is formed in the top of the placing plate, and fixed blocks are symmetrically installed at the positions, located on the two sides of the placing groove, of the top of the placing plate.

Preferably, a pressing plate is hinged to the tops of the fixed blocks, a clamping block is connected to the tail end of the pressing plate, and the clamping block is installed on the top of the placing plate.

Preferably, supporting legs are installed at the bottom of the machine body.

Compared with the prior art, the part packaging device has the following beneficial effects. When the device is used, the threaded rod can be driven to rotate by rotating the rotating block. The threaded rod drives the placing plate to ascend and descend through the lifting block. A part is placed in the placing groove in the top of the placing plate, and the pressing plate is rotated to cover the top of the placing groove. When the device is used, the lifting plate can be pushed through elasticity of the spring, so that the placing plate is subjected to shock absorption, the part can be well protected during use, and meanwhile the part is convenient to take and place.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The following clearly and completely describes the technical scheme in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the attached FIGURES in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1, a part packaging device comprises a machine body 1. A sliding groove 3 and a groove 5 are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the machine body 1. A placing plate 2 is installed in the machine body 1. A sliding block 4 and a lifting block 6 are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the placing plate 2. The sliding block 4 is slidably installed in the sliding groove 3. The lifting block 6 is installed in the groove 5. A threaded rod 7 is installed at the bottom of the interior of the groove 5. A lifting plate 13 is installed in the machine body 1. Springs 14 are installed between the bottom of the interior of the machine body 1 and the lifting plate 13. The tail end of the threaded rod 7 penetrates through the machine body 1 and is provided with a rotating block 12. The lifting block 6 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 7 in a sleeving mode. A placing groove 8 is formed in the top of the placing plate 2. Fixed blocks 9 are symmetrically installed at the positions, located on the two sides of the placing groove 8, of the top of the placing plate 8. A pressing plate 10 is hinged to the tops of the fixed blocks 9. A clamping block 11 is connected to the tail end of the pressing plate 10. The clamping block 11 is installed on the top of the placing plate 2. The supporting legs 15 are installed at the bottom of the machine body 1.

When the device is used, the threaded rod 7 can be driven to rotate by rotating the rotating block 12. The threaded rod 7 drives the placing plate 2 to ascend and descend through the lifting block 7. A part is placed in the placing groove 8 in the top of the placing plate 2, and the pressing plate 10 is rotated to cover the top of the placing groove 8. When the device is used, the lifting plate 13 can be pushed through elasticity of the spring 14, so that the placing plate 2 is subjected to shock absorption, the part can be well protected during use, and meanwhile the part is convenient to take and place.

The above mentioned are only preferred specific embodiments of the present disclosure. However, the scope of protection of the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described herein. Any technicians skilled in the technical field are within the technical scope disclosed by the present disclosure; and any replacements or modifications according to the technical schemes of the present disclosure and ideas thereof all shall be included in the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
