Claims
- 1. An apparatus for producing pearlescent honeycomb material, the apparatus comprising
a dispensing roller adapted to dispense a fabric web having a first longitudinal half and a second longitudinal half; a first printing means adapted to selectably print a first color on at least one of the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web; a second printing means adapted to selectably print a second color on at least one of the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web on top of said first color; and a third printing means adapted to selectably print a pearlescent material on at least one of the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web on top of said second color.
- 2. An apparatus for producing pearlescent honeycomb material, the apparatus comprising
a dispensing roller adapted to dispense a fabric web having a first longitudinal half and a second longitudinal half; a first printing means adapted to print a first color on both the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web; a second printing means adapted to print a second color on the first longitudinal half of the fabric web on top of said first color; and a third printing means adapted to selectably print a pearlescent material on the first longitudinal half of the fabric web on top of said second color.
- 3. The apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein said first printing means comprises a first print roller, wherein the second printing means comprises a second print roller, and said third printing means comprises a gravure cylinder.
- 4. The apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a collecting roller adapted to collect the fabric web after the fabric web passes through said first print roller, said second print roller, and said gravure cylinder.
- 5. A method of producing pearlescent honeycomb material comprising the steps of dispensing a fabric web having a first longitudinal half and a second longitudinal half;
printing a first color on at least one of the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web; printing a second color on top of said first color on at least one of the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web; and printing a pearlescent material on top of said second color on at least one of the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web.
- 6. A method of producing pearlescent honeycomb material comprising the steps of dispensing a fabric web having a first longitudinal half and a second longitudinal half;
printing a first color on both the first longitudinal half and the second longitudinal half of the fabric web; printing a second color on the first longitudinal half of the fabric web and on top of said first color; and printing a pearlescent material on the first longitudinal half of the fabric web on top of said second color.
