This invention relates to a combustion device and, more particularly to a pellet fuel combustion device.
Pellet fuel combustion device is a device for burning biomass pellet fuels. It can burn biomass product made of crop stalks, straws and leave after being ground and pressed, which makes full use of all kinds of biomass waste as well as saves conventional energy. As it were, pellet fuel points a new way for energy saving and environmental protection.
The working principle of the pellet fuel combustion device is that the ignition ignites pellet fuels, and a blower supplys the combustion chamber with oxygen by blasting air to burn the fuels. Conventional ignitions heat up pellet fuels to their combustion temperature and ignite them by the heat produced by resistance wire. In this way, the power consumption of conventional ignitions is comparatively large with long ignition time and a lot of smeek.
To solve the problems above, the invention presents a pellet fuel combustion device with low ignition power, fast ignition speed but no smeek.
The technical solution of the invention is a pellet fuel combustion device comprising
a combustion chamber, which is used to burn pellet fuels equipped with a feeding mouth on the sidewall;
a fuel delivery system, which is used to feed pellet fuels into the combustion chamber, the output of which connects to the feeding mouth.
an electric arc ignition system, which is used to produce electric arc to burn the pellet fuels delivered into the combustion chamber through the fuel delivery system.
Further, the said electric arc ignition system comprises:
an electric arc ignition pin, which is used to produce electric arc by electric energy;
a power supplying equipment, which is used to supply the electric arc ignition pin with power.
The said fuel delivery system further comprises:
a fuel storage chamber, which is used to store pellet fuels;
a fuel feeding pipeline, which connects the fuel storage chamber with the feeding mouth of combustion chamber to transport the pellet fuels stored in the fuel storage chamber to the combustion chamber.
Further, the said electric arc ignition pin is installed in the combustion chamber.
Further, a blowing mouth connected with blowing system is installed on the sidewall of the said combustion chamber. The said electric arc ignition pin is installed nearby in front of the blowing mouth. Electric arc generated by the electric arc ignition pin is stretched by the wind produced by the blowing system, and then reaches and ignites the pellet fuels.
Further, the said blowing mouth is installed beneath the feeding mouth; a striker plate is arranged between the blowing mouth and feeding mouth; the said electric arc ignition pin is installed beneath the striker plate so that the pellet fuels transported from the feeding mouth to the combustion chamber can avoid falling onto the electric arc ignition pin directly.
Wherein the said power supply equipment comprises high-frequency oscillating circuits and a transformer. The input of the said high-frequency oscillating circuits connects power source and the output connects transformer. The output of the said transformer connects to the electric arc ignition pin.
Further, the said power supply equipment is arranged on printed board in an insulating box.
The advantages of the invention are that it ignites by electric arc ignition pin which produces high-voltage electric arc, and the pellet fuels transported through the feeding mouth burn as soon as they touch the electric arc; electric arc ignition pin produces high-voltage electric arc the moment the pellet fuel combustion device starts up, which accelerates igniting speed greatly and reduces power consumption; furthermore, the fuel pellets can achieve full burning without bring on smeek. Hence, this invention has great advantages over conventional ignitions which produce heat and fire by resistance wire.
