Claims
- 1. A personal wireless network, comprising:
a wireless server (the server); a wireless transmitter (the transmitter) coupled to the server; and a wireless client (the client) capable of wireless communication with the transmitter.
- 2. The network of claim 1 wherein the wireless communication is implementable through a Bluetooth protocol.
- 3. The net work of claim 1 wherein the wireless communication is implementable through an IEEE 802.11 protocol.
- 4. The network of claim 1 wherein the wireless communication is implementable at approximately 2.4 GHz.
- 5. The network of claim 1 wherein the wireless communication is implementable at approximately 5.2 GHz.
- 6. The network of claim 1 wherein the wireless communication is implementable through a Home RF protocol.
- 7. The network of claim 1 wherein the wireless communication is implemented through a plurality of wireless protocols.
- 8. A network of claim 1 further comprising a wireless router (the router) capable of being wirelessly coupled between the transmitter and the client via a wireless protocol.
- 9. The network of claim 1 wherein the client is a wireless smart client.
- 10. The network of claim 1 wherein the client is a wireless tablet.
- 11. The network of claim 1 further comprising a second wireless client (the second client) capable of communication with the wireless transmitter.
- 12. The network of claim 10 wherein the client is capable of operation using a first wireless protocol and the second client is capable of operation using a second wireless protocol.
- 13. The network of claim 1 wherein the server is in communication with a Local Area Network.
- 14. The network of claim 1 wherein the server is an Internet-enabled device.
- 15. The network of claim 1 wherein the server is an Internet appliance.
- 16. The network of claim 7 wherein the router is capable of wirelessly routing a Bluetooth packet.
- 17. The network of claim 7 wherein the router is capable of wireles sly routing a packet via a IEEE 802.11 protocol.
- 18. The network of claim 7 wherein the router is capable of wirelessly routing a packet via a Home RFprotocol.
- 19. The network of claim 7 wherein the router is capable of wirelessly routing a pack et via a plurality of wire less protocols.
- 20. The network of claim 1 wherein the wireless client is capable of reading a magnetic strip.
- 21. A personal wireless network, comprising:
a wireless serving means; a wireless transmission means coupled to the serving means; and a wireless client means capable of wireless communication with the wireless transmission means.
- 22. The network of claim 17 further comprising a wireless routing means capable of being coupled between the wireless transmission means and the wireless client means.
- 23. A personal wireless system, comprising:
a server subsystem; a transmitter subsystem coupled to the server subsystem; and a client subsystem capable of wireless communication with the transmitter subsystem.
- 24. The system of claim 19 further comprising a router subsystem capable of being wirelessly coupled between the transmitter subsystem and the client subsystem.
