Claims
- 1. A pet toy comprising:
an outer cover having an interior cavity; and an electronic sound device responsive to movement of the pet toy, the sound device emitting a sound in response to movement of the pet toy, the sound device being positioned within the outer cover interior cavity.
- 2. The pet toy according to claim 1, wherein the sound device includes at least one pre-recorded sound.
- 3. The pet toy according to claim 1, wherein the sound device includes the capability to record sounds.
- 4. The pet toy according to claim 1, wherein the outer cover interior cavity includes a resealable opening.
- 5. The pet toy according to claim 1, wherein the outer cover has an appearance simulating a natural pet prey and the sound emitted by the sound device simulates at least one sound emitted by the natural pet prey.
- 6. The pet toy according to claim 1, further comprising:
a pet attractive scent material positioned within the outer cover interior cavity.
- 7. The pet toy according to claim 6, wherein the pet attractive scent material is catnip.
- 8. The pet toy according to claim 1, wherein the electronic sound device includes a battery.
- 9. The pet toy according to claim 8, wherein the battery is replaceable.
- 10. A pet toy comprising:
an outer cover simulating a natural pet prey, the outer cover having an interior cavity; and an electronic sound device responsive to movement of the pet toy and including at least one pre-recorded sound, the sound device emitting a sound simulating at least one sound emitted by the natural pet prey, the sound being emitted in response to movement of the pet toy, the sound device being positioned within the outer cover interior cavity.
- 11. A pet toy comprising:
an outer cover having an interior cavity; and an electronic sound device responsive to movement of the pet toy and having the capability of recording sounds, the sound device emitting the recorded sound in response to movement of the pet toy. The sound device being positioned within the outer cover interior cavity.
- 12. The pet toy according to claim 11, wherein the outer cover interior cavity includes a resealable opening.
