BACKGROUND
Bobble novelty items have been in existence for many years. Bobble novelties depict graphic items or symbols either realistically or in caricature that are of interest to the purchasers or recipient of a bobble novelty gift. These depictions cover a wide range of topics or objects that are representative of the wide range of interests that people possess.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In a following description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration a specific example in which the invention may be practiced. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
General Overview:
It should be noted that the descriptions that follow, for example, in terms of a human phallic bobble figure is described for illustrative purposes and the underlying system can apply to any number and multiple types of phallic symbols. In one embodiment of the present invention, the phallic symbol may be exaggerated human male genitalia. The phallic bobble is variable and can be little animals with large male genitalia or other forms, colors, shapes, sizes and depictions using the present invention.
Western cultures, in general, tend not to openly display phallic symbols. There are, however large segments within western cultures that do, in general, display privately phallic representations. World wide some cultures hold national festivals in which the phallus is publicly displayed and celebrated in song, sport and through the display of objects depicting the phallus.
FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of a general overview of a phallic bobble system of one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a phallic bobble 100 which has attached or incorporated in the fabrication a phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110. The phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110 is used to secure one end of an erection spring 120. The other end of the erection spring 120 is attached to an erection spring base attachment 130 which can be attached to a mounting pedestal 140. The erection spring 120 is for example of sufficient length and flexibility to allow the phallic bobble 100 to move in a shaking or bouncing manner for a period of time after being touched. The movement of the phallic bobble 100 figure may for example be activated by movement or vibrations of an object to which the mounting pedestal 140 has be attached such as an automobile dashboard of one embodiment of the present invention.
Adjustable Erection Spring:
FIG. 2 shows a block diagram of an overview of an adjustable erection spring base attachment of a phallic bobble of one embodiment of the present invention. The block diagram of FIG. 2 shows a phallic bobble figurine 200, which includes a spring base attachment 210 that can be an adjustable angular erection spring base attachment. Attached to the adjustable angular erection spring base attachment 210 is one end of the erection spring 120, which is attached to a phallic device 230. The adjustable angular erection spring base attachment 210 can for example be constructed to incorporate a swivel joint to allow the position of the phallic device 230 to be adjusted up and down to various angles to add to the mimicry of a male genitalia erection of one embodiment of the present invention.
Erection Spring Mounting Apparatus:
FIG. 3A shows for illustrative purposes only an example of a phallic bobble mounting apparatus of one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3A shows the phallic bobble figurine 200 with a full body figurine removed to show the mounting apparatus. The phallic bobble figurine 200 is attached to the phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110. One end of the erection spring 120 is attached to the phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110. The other end of the erection spring 120 is attached to an erection spring base attachment 130 which can be attached to a mounting pedestal 140. The phallic bobble figurine 200 can include a symbolic logo and/or country flag 310 and a message 320, such as a text message, attached to the mounting pedestal 140. The dashed ellipse 350 indicates the area shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3B of one embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 3B shows for illustrative purposes only an example of a phallic bobble erection spring mounted motion apparatus in an enlarged view of one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3B shows an enlarged view the section of FIG. 3A in the dashed ellipse 350. The base of the phallic bobble figurine 200 is attached to the phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110. One end of the erection spring 120 is attached to the phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110, which for example can be incorporated with the fabrication of the phallic bobble figurine 200. The other end of the erection spring 120 is attached to an erection spring base attachment 130 which is attached to a mounting pedestal 140 of one embodiment of the present invention.
Phallic Bobble Fabrication:
The fabrication of the phallic bobble figurine 200, phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110, erection spring base attachment 130 and mounting pedestal 140 of FIGS. 1-3 can be of various materials for example plastic or ceramic. The erection spring 120 can be constructed of for example steel wire of one embodiment of the present invention.
The phallic bobble figurine 200 can depict various ethnic groups and nationalities, shapes and sizes as well as any animals with a large phallus that can be attached to the phallic bobble system. Phallic bobble figurine 200 products can for example be distributed in adult novelty shops, souvenir shops and the internet throughout the world. Great gifts and novelty fun figures that will definitely provoke a conversation. The present invention provides a novel adaptation of the bobble format in various representations that can serve cultures or segments of cultures throughout the world of one embodiment of the present invention.
Phallic Bobble Animal Figurine:
FIG. 4 shows for illustrative purposes only an example of a phallic bobble animal figurine of one embodiment of the present invention. The phallic bobble as shown in FIG. 4 can include for example a phallic bobble animal figurine 400, which for instance can be mounted on the mounting pedestal 140. The animal phallic bobble figurine 400 includes a phallic device 130 that is attached to the phallic bobble erection spring attachment 110 (not shown in FIG. 4, but shown in FIGS. 1-3). Similar to the phallic bobble figurine 200 of FIGS. 3A and 3B, one end of an erection spring is attached to a phallic device 230. Another end of the erection spring is attached to the erection spring base attachment 130, which for example can be attached to the mounting pedestal 140. FIG. 4 shows the symbolic logo and/or text message 220 attached to the mounting pedestal 140. The phallic bobble animal figurine 400 can be any animal that for example can be the national symbol of a country or an animal that is closely associated with a particular region of one embodiment of the present invention.
Exemplary Configuration:
FIG. 5 shows for illustrative purposes only an example of a phallic bobble full body figurine of one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 illustrates as an example a full body figurine 500 attached to the base attachment 130. The full body figurine 500 can be mounted on the mounting pedestal 140 or stand alone. Similar to the phallic bobble figurine 200 of FIGS. 3A and 3B, one end of an erection spring is attached to a phallic device 230. Another end of the erection spring is attached to the erection spring base attachment 130, which for example can be attached to the mounting pedestal 140.
The phallic bobble can include for example a country flag and/or a symbolic logo 510 and a text message 520 on the figurine and/or mounting pedestal 140. The symbolic logo 510 can for example be a flag or company logo. The text message 520 can for example be a humorous phrase or other phrase such as a nationalized boast.
