Claims
- 1. A pharmaceutical composition consisting essentially of the following constituents in the specified relative range amounts:Range of AmountConstituent(g/100 mL)Nevirapine Hemihydrate0.1-50Carbomer 934P, NF0.17-0.22Polysorbate 80, NF0.01-0.2Sorbitol Solution, USP5-30Sucrose, NF5-30Methylparaben, NF0.15-0.2Propylpareben, NF0.02-0.24Sodium Hydroxide, N.F.*q.s. to pH 5.5-6.0Purified Water, USPq.s. ad 100.0 mL*20% solution prepared wherein the nevirapine particle size is between about 1 and 150 microns in diameter.

A pharmaceutical composition, in accordance with claim 1, consisting essentially of the following constituents in the specified relative amounts:AmountConstituent(g/100 mL)Nevirapine Hemihydrate1.035Carbomer 934P, NF0.1900Polysorbate 80, NF0.05000Sorbitol Solution, USP23.13Sucrose, NF15.00Methylparaben, NF0.1800Propylpareben, NF0.02400Sodium Hydroxide, N.F.*q.s. to pH 5.5-6.0Purified Water, USPq.s. ad 100.0 mL*20% solution prepared wherein the nevirapine particle size is between about 1 and 150 microns in diameter.
