Claims
- 1. A photoconductive cell comprising a photodetector section which comprises an aggregate containing tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers each consisting of a core and four needle-shaped crystals extending in four different directions from the core and each having a diameter of from 0.7 to 14 .mu.m at a root portion of the crystal and a length from the root to a tip end of the crystal of from 3 to 200 .mu.m.
- 2. The photoconductor cell according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the root portion of the needle-shaped crystal is from 2 to 10 .mu.m, and the length from the root to the top end of the needle-shaped crystal is from 50 to 150 .mu.m.
