Claims
- 1. A photographic film camera with an input device for inputting auxiliary information related to an image as a annotation comprising:a camera body; a first housing in the camera body for housing a photographic film cartridge; a second housing disposed in the camera body for housing a photographic film drawn from the photographic cartridge; a detector disposed between the first and the second housings for detecting a hole on a marginal area along one edge of the photographic film to generate a hole detecting signal; film drive means disposed in the camera body for driving the photographic film; control means disposed in the camera body and electrically connected to the detector and including a selector switch for controlling the film drive means to feed a constant length of the photographic film for each frame in accordance with the hole detecting signal and for receiving a selection signal from the selector for generating an aspect ratio signal; exposing means disposed between the first and the second housings for exposing an image of a subject on a frame on the photographic film, key input means connected to the control means for inputting the auxiliary information and for transferring the auxiliary information into the control means; display means connected to the control means for receiving and displaying information; and recording means disposed in the camera body for recording the aspect ratio signal, an exposure data signal and the inputted auxiliary information signal on another marginal area formed between a frame and another edge of the photographic film.
- 2. The photographic film camera system according to claim 1, wherein the key input means and the display means are integrally formed and electrically connected to the control means.
- 3. The photographic film camera system according to claim 2, wherein the key input means and the display means are located on an outer surface of a rear side of the camera body.
- 4. A photographic film camera system according to claim 1, wherein the display means displays information available for selectively inputting birthday information to print a birthday on a print.
- 5. A photographic film camera with an input device for inputting auxiliary information related to an image as an annotation comprising:key input means for inputting auxiliary information; display means for displaying the auxiliary information; control means connected to the key input means and the display means for receiving the auxiliary information from the key input means and for controlling the display means to display the auxiliary information; and recording means connected to the control means for recording binary information related to the auxiliary information on a marginal area of a photographic film, wherein the display means displays information available selectively inputting the auxiliary information to be coupled with an image exposed on the film in the camera by a user.
- 6. A photographic film camera according to claim 5, further comprising a detector for detecting a hole on a marginal area of the photographic film, wherein the control means controls the film drive means to feed a constant length of the photographic film for each frame in accordance with the detected hole, and the recording means further records on another marginal area of the photographic film the auxiliary information including the birthday information for printing the birthday information on a print.
- 7. A photographic film camera system comprising:an input device having a key pad and a display panel for inputting auxiliary information related to an image as an annotation and for displaying display information; a detector located on a body to detect a hole on a marginal area of a photographic film; a film driver located on the body to feed the photographic film between a first housing and a second housing; a controller located on the body to control the film driver to feed a constant length of the photographic film for each frame in accordance with the detected hole; and a recording head located on the body to record the auxiliary information as the annotation for a frame on another marginal area of the photographic film.
- 8. A photographic film camera system according to claim 7, wherein the input device transfers the inputted auxiliary information to the controller, and the controller controls the film driver and the recording head to record the inputted auxiliary information on the other marginal area of the photographic film.
- 9. A photographic film camera system according to claim 8, wherein the display panel displays the inputted auxiliary information available for selectively inputting a birthday information to print a birthday on a print.
- 10. The method for recording auxiliary information as an annotation on a photographic film, the method comprising the steps of:inputting the auxiliary information as the annotation; displaying the inputted auxiliary information available to selectively input a birthday; feeding the photographic film; and recording the inputted auxiliary information on photographic film.
- 11. The method of recording according to claim 10, further comprising a step of optically detecting a hole on a marginal area of the photographic film, wherein the step of feeding feeds a constant length of the photographic film for each frame in accordance with the detected hole and the step of recording magnetically records the auxiliary information on another marginal area of the photographic film.
- 12. The method of recording according to claim 11, wherein the other marginal area of the photographic film is devoid of holes.
- 13. A method of recording auxiliary information as an annotation on a photographic film, the method comprising the steps of:inputting the auxiliary information as the annotation; displaying the inputted auxiliary information available to selectively input user information; detecting a hole on a marginal area of the photographic film; generating the hole detecting signal; feeding a constant length of the photographic film for each frame in accordance with the hole detecting signal; and recording the inputted auxiliary information on another marginal area of the photographic film, the other marginal area being devoid of holes.
