This physical activity machine is machine for fitness exercises and works on the principle of performing forced movements by the trainee, such as continuously alternating jumps and/or squats, from a place, in response to rotating obstacles constantly passing through the place of the training, such as a lower obstacle, obliging the trainee to perform a jump and the upper obstacle, obliging to perform a squat; the obstacles are diametrically disposed one to other; this fitness machine has a vertical column in the form of a cylinder, consisting of three tubular elements arranged one above the other from plastic material with the same form; the vertical column is nailed to the floor, for example in a gym, by means of the lower tubular element; the other two tubular elements are rotating and equipped by a slider in the shape of a parallelepiped; the sliders are located diametrically opposite each other and are able to attract the magnet provided on one end of each of the obstacles; the magnet connection between the cylindrical column and the obstacles allows this fitness machine to be able to work for training of squat only, or jump only, or for training the combination jump/squat.
