FIG. 2 is a top perspective view of the postural pillow inside for upright posture in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 3 is a left elevational view of the postural pillow in an ergonomic sitting posture in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. Throughout the description, similar reference numbers may be used to identify similar elements depicted in multiple embodiments. Although specific embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated, the invention is not to be limited to the specific forms or arrangements of parts so described and illustrated. The scope of the invention is to be defined by the claims appended hereto and their equivalents.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Reference will now be made to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings and specific language will be used herein to describe the same. It will nevertheless be understood that no limitation of the scope of the disclosure is thereby intended. Alterations and further modifications of the inventive features illustrated herein and additional applications of the principles of the inventions as illustrated herein, which would occur to one skilled in the relevant art and having possession of this disclosure, are to be considered within the scope of the invention.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the postural pillow outside for upright posture showing: a washable changeable cover referenced as A, Up-sitter inner bladder referenced as B, opening for power button referenced as C, zipper referenced as D, opening for charging port referenced as E, opening for pressurized air J and the expandable bellows EB in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. An opening for a pressurized air K into the expandable bellows EB are depicted. The height h1 inclusively spans the topside to the bottom side of the inner bladder which is cube shaped and the width W1 between the four lateral sides of the cube shaped inner bladder is depicted.

FIG. 2 is a top perspective view of the postural pillow inside for upright posture showing. Up-sitter inner device referenced as B, foam balls exemplary filler referenced as F implemented in filling and air pressure in further embodiments, power button referenced as G, charging port referenced as H, massage pad referenced as I, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. Other filler is disclosed including soft material filler leaving open spaces for the pressurized air. The inner bladder B occupies the area within the changeable outer cover with the exception of a thin foam layer in some embodiments of the disclosure.

FIG. 3 is a left perspective view of the postural pillow in an ergonomic sitting posture for upright posture showing. Up-sitter inner device referenced as B, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The height h of the postural pillow is indicated from a top of the sitter's thighs to the underside of the sitter's outstretched arms. The dimension h2 is expandable based on the pressure so in the expandable bellows in order to accommodate sitters of taller and shorter heights to sit ergonomically with a straight back. The width w2 matches the width w1 in some embodiments of the disclosure.

The present disclosed pillow for upright posture, also known as “The Up Sitter”, offers a modern accessory that helps users avoid such unnecessary sufferings, by ensuring they are able to maintain upright back posture when seated.
