Each notch 72 has two opposed downwardly extending portions that extend downwardly at an angle from the exterior surface of the center rib 68 to a base portion. The notches 72 create a spaced-apart void in a section of the center rib 68 because the no side portions bound the notch 72 on either side.

The seal 42 may be made of rubber, plastic, polymer, elastomer, or any combination of these materials.
