- 2. A pipe liner bag according to claim 1, wherein said seam protection tape is an unwoven fabric.
- 3. A pipe liner bag according to claim 1, wherein said sealing ribbon tape is made of a film of the same material as said plastic film.
- 4. A pipe liner bag according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing ribbon tape is disposed on an inner surface of said sheet, and the reinforcing ribbon tape is seamed together with said opposing ends of said sheet.
- 5. A pipe liner bag according to claim 1, wherein another ribbon tape is disposed between said seam protection tape and said sealing ribbon tape.
- 6. A pipe liner bag according to claim 5, wherein said another ribbon tape is made of a film of the same material as said plastic film.
- 7. A pipe liner bag comprising a tubular resin absorbent material being made from a generally rectangular sheet, a pair of opposing ends of the sheet being seamed with each other so as to form the tubular shape, a hardenable resin impregnated in the resin absorbent material, an air-tight plastic film covering an outer surface of the sheet, the plastic film being smaller than said sheet to define an uncovered margin of the sheet between opposing ends of the plastic film, a seam protection tape covering at least a portion of the margin of the sheet, and a sealing ribbon tape having a size that is larger than the seam protection tape, the sealing ribbon tape being affixed over the seam protection tape to seal the opposing ends of the sheet that are seamed together.
- 8. A pipe liner bag according to claim 7, wherein the seam protection tape has a size that is the same a size of the margin.
- 9. A pipe liner bag according to claim 7, wherein the seam protection tape has a size that is larger than a size of the margin so that at least one of the opposing ends of the plastic film is interposed between the sheet and the seam protection tape.
