- 3. The compound of claim 2 wherein:

- 11. The compound of claim 9 wherein R2 is 4-fluoro and R3 is phenyl substituted at the 4-position with chloro and at the 2-position by aminocarbonyl, ureido, or glycinamido; namely, the compound selected from the group consisting of the following compounds:

(trans)-1-((4-chlorophenylamino)methyl)carbonyl-2,5-dimethyl-4-(4-fluorobenzyl)piperazine; 1-((4-chloro-2-(aminocarbonyl)phenylamino)methyl)carbonyl-2-methyl-4-(4-fluorobenzyl)piperazine; and 1-((4-chlorophenylamino)methyl)carbonyl-2-methyl-4-(4-fluorobenzyl)piperazine.
- 18. The compound of claim 3 wherein:
