- 12. The method of claim 11, further including the steps of comparing one or more viewable pixel frames, and generating a differentially computed higher resolution resulting image when the viewable pixel frames represent non-fast moving images, but otherwise generating a resulting image relating only to each individual pixel frame.
- 13. The method of claim 12, wherein the non-fast moving images include motion compensated pixel groups.
- 14. The method of claim 10, further including the step of displaying the reconstructed representation of the original image frame.
- 15. A method of processing image information comprising the steps of:
- (a) generating a plurality of pseudo-random pixel sets related to an image frame;

- 19. The method of claim 15, further including the step of comparing one or more consecutively received pixel frames and generating a differentially computed higher resolution reconstructed image when the pixel frames represent non-fast moving images, but otherwise generating a reconstructed image relating only to each individual pixel frame.
