The present disclosure relates to a pluggable locking-type electronic cigarette structure.
The statement herein provides only background information related to the present invention and does not necessarily constitute the prior art.
Some existing electronic cigarettes feature a threaded structure as a connection structure of a cigarette holder, which is time-consuming and laborious to assemble and disassemble; later on, some electronic cigarettes feature a pluggable structure as the connection structure of the cigarette holder. However, there are shortcomings with the cigarette holder structure, specifically, the existing cigarette holder structure adopts a production process that a snap fastener is fixed in a suction nozzle by means of ultrasonic welding, which is time-consuming, not sufficiently productive and prone to delaying the work schedule; meanwhile, the snap fastener of the existing pluggable cigarette holder structure is not sufficiently reasonable in design, with 2 claw buckles usually disposed thereon. When one of the claw buckles fails, the suction nozzle cannot be locked and needs to be replaced. Thus, the production of the snap fastener has high requirements for materials and high precision for the claw buckles, further increasing the cost of materials and manufacturing, which is not suitable for wide-scale popularization and use.
Therefore, it is required to develop a new technical solution to solve the problems mentioned above.
In order to solve the defects and deficiencies of the prior art mentioned above, the present invention provides a pluggable locking-type electronic cigarette structure, with a pluggable locking-type cigarette holder designed, which has the advantages of rapid assembly and low assembly difficulty compared to a threaded cigarette holder. Furthermore, the present invention adopts a plastic snap as a fastener, and the plastic snap is disposed in a suction nozzle by riveting or gluing, achieving the advantages of simple process, high efficiency of making effect, wear resistance and good anti-failure effect.
In order to realize the purposes mentioned above, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
a pluggable locking-type electronic cigarette structure, including a suction nozzle assembly, a center rod, an outer cylinder, and a base assembly, where the base assembly is connected to a lower end of the outer cylinder, the center rod is disposed in the outer cylinder, an upper end of the center rod is protruded on the outer cylinder, and the suction nozzle assembly is connected to the upper end of the center rod;
the suction nozzle assembly includes a suction nozzle, a plastic snap, and an elastic silica gel, where the suction nozzle is provided with a first through-cavity running up and down, the first through-cavity is provided with a first mounting position for mounting the plastic snap, the plastic snap is mounted at the first mounting position, and a second mounting position for mounting the elastic silica gel is maintained between the plastic snap and the suction nozzle, the elastic silica gel is mounted at the second mounting position;
further, an upper side of the plastic snap is extended with claw buckles, the center rod is provided with a claw groove adapted to the claw buckles.
In some embodiments, the plastic snap is bonded to the first mounting position by riveting or gluing.
In some embodiments, the plastic snap includes a base, the claw buckles are disposed on an upper side of the base, where four claw buckles are provided, and the claw groove is an annular groove.
In some embodiments, the center rod is provided with a mounting groove on a lower side of the claw groove, the mounting groove is mounted with a sealing rubber ring.
In some embodiments, the sealing rubber ring is cylindrical, and the sealing rubber ring is provided with more than 2 convex rings on a wall of a circumferential side thereof.
In some embodiments, the elastic silica gel extends outwards with a convex edge, where an upper end of the convex edge is in contact with a suction nozzle, and a lower end of the convex edge is in contact with an outer cylinder.
In some embodiments, an upper end of the center rod and a top wall of the first mounting position are maintained with a rebound gap.
In some embodiments, the outer cylinder is made of glass.
In some embodiments, the center rod is provided with a second through-cavity running up and down, a lower side of the second through-cavity is connected with a guide portion expanding downwards, the second through-cavity is provided with a heating wire below the guide portion 1.
In some embodiments, the base assembly includes a base, an insulating silica gel, and an electrode; the base is connected to a lower end of the outer cylinder, and the base is a hollow structure; the insulating silica gel is disposed at a hollow position of the base, the electrode is disposed at a position of the insulating silica gel, and the heating wire is electrically connected to the electrode.
The present invention has obvious advantages and beneficial effects compared to the prior art. Specifically, as can be seen from the above-mentioned technical solution, a pluggable locking-type cigarette holder is designed with the advantages of rapid assembly and low assembly difficulty compared to the threaded cigarette holder. Furthermore, the present invention adopts a plastic snap as a fastener and the plastic snap is disposed in the suction nozzle by riveting or gluing, which has the advantages of simple process, high efficiency of making effect, wear resistance and good anti-failure effect; in addition, the plastic snap is provided with four claw buckles, which is a good balance between the economy and durability of the product, and more in accordance with the standard and cost control of the manufacturer.

Referring to
the suction nozzle assembly 10 includes a suction nozzle 11, a plastic snap 12, and an elastic silica gel 13, where the suction nozzle 11 is provided with a first through-cavity 111 running up and down, the first through-cavity 111 is provided with a first mounting position for mounting a plastic snap 12, the plastic snap 12 is mounted at the first mounting position, and a second mounting position for mounting an elastic silica gel 13 is maintained between the plastic snap 12 and the suction nozzle 11, the elastic silica gel 13 is mounted at the second mounting position; further, an upper side of the plastic snap 12 is extended with claw buckles 121, the center rod 20 is provided with a claw groove 21 adapted to the claw buckles 121. When mounting, the claw buckles 121 are fastened to the claw groove 21, thus realizing the connection between the suction nozzle assembly 10 and the center rod 20. Compared to the threaded connection, the cigarette holder structure of the present application only needs users to align and insert the cigarette holder and the center rod 20 to complete mounting, which is more convenient.
Preferably, the plastic snap 12 is bonded to the first mounting position by riveting or gluing. In this way, the plastic snap 12 is disposed at the first mounting position by riveting or gluing, which has the advantages of easy assembly and simple process; meanwhile, manufacturing the snap from plastic has the advantages of lower cost and guarantee of locking requirements of the plastic snap 12, as well as the benefits of wear resistance and anti-failure effect.
Specifically, the plastic snap 12 includes a pedestal 122, the claw buckles 121 are disposed on the upper side of the pedestal 122; preferably, four claw buckles 121 are provided, and the claw groove 21 is an annular groove. In this way, compared to the design with two claw buckles 121 on the market, the design with four claw buckles 121 leads to a reduction of the material requirements for the snap and the precision requirements for the claw buckles 121, as well as a better anti-dulling effect; specifically, if two claw buckles 121 are provided, when one of the claw buckles 121 fails, the claw buckles 121 lose the locking function, resulting in the need of replacing the whole plastic snap, while the snaps of the existing products of this type are usually fixed in the suction nozzle 11, i.e., the whole suction nozzle 11 needs to be replaced, thus increasing the maintenance cost.
Further, the center rod 20 is provided with a mounting groove 22 on the lower side of the claw groove 21, the mounting groove 22 is mounted with a sealing rubber ring 23. Typically, the sealing rubber ring 23 is cylindrical. Preferably, the sealing rubber ring 23 is provided with more than 2 convex rings 231 on a wall of a circumferential side thereof.
The elastic silica gel 13 extends outwards with a convex edge 131, an upper end of the convex edge 131 is in contact with the suction nozzle 11, and a lower end of the convex edge 131 is in contact with the outer cylinder 30; in this way, with the convex edge 131 disposed on the elastic silica gel 13, the suction nozzle assembly 10 is thereby supported, and the resilience of the suction nozzle assembly 10 is guaranteed. Further, an upper end of the center rod 20 and a top wall of the first mounting position are maintained with a rebound gap 24 for maintaining the resilience and cushioning of the elastic silica gel 13 (and the suction nozzle assembly 10).
Preferably, the outer cylinder 30 is made of glass. In this way, in case of a maintained good smoothness, the present design further helps to control costs and improve the aesthetic appearance of the product.
Further, the center rod 20 is provided with a second through-cavity 25 running up and down, a lower side of the second through-cavity 25 is connected with a guide portion 251 expanding downwards, the second through-cavity 25 is provided with a heating wire 50 below the guide portion 251;
the base assembly 40 includes a base 41, an insulating silica gel 42, and an electrode 43; the base 41 is connected to a lower end of the outer cylinder 30, an outer side of the base 41 is provided with connection threads, and the base 41 is a hollow structure; the insulating silica gel 42 is disposed at a hollow position of the base 41, the electrode 43 is disposed at a position of the insulating silica gel 42, and the heating wire 50 is electrically connected to the electrode 43.
The design of the present invention focuses on the fact that, a pluggable locking-type cigarette holder is mainly designed with the advantages of rapid assembly and low assembly difficulty compared to the threaded cigarette holder. Furthermore, the present invention adopts a plastic snap as a fastener and the plastic snap is disposed in the suction nozzle by riveting or gluing, which has the advantages of simple process, high efficiency of making effect, wear resistance and good anti-failure effect; in addition, the plastic snap is provided with four claw buckles, which is a good balance between the economy and durability of the product, and more in accordance with the standard and cost control of the manufacturer.
