Abstract
The Invention provides a method of reducing friction and water pressure when an ocean going Vessel moves trough water by a device consisting of a sub-water container that is supplied and continuously pressurized with air that is then released through outlets at the top of the container, thus creating a mixture of air and water that provides less friction and pressure to the bow of the Vessel, resulting in greater speed and less fuel consumption.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to means and methods of reducing friction and water pressure to a vessel moving through water.

Since the power required are approximately squared*, in order to double the speed of a vessel moving through water. This device will reduce the factors involved in resisting a vessel's motion through water.
*it takes four times the power

DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING

The above object, together with its described features of the invention, will be apparent in light of details of construction and use of the “Pneumatic-Aquatic”, Friction and water pressure reducing device.

FIG. 1 in the drawing shows a side elevation view of the device.

FIG. 2 in the drawing shows a front elevation view of the device.

FIG. 3 in the drawing, represents a cross-section view, taken along the line “A-A” of FIG. 2.

DESCRIPTION OF THE “PNEUMATIC-AQUATIC”, FRICTION AND WATER PRESSURE REDUCING DEVICE

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 of the drawing, the device can be made of sheet steel materials.

The container is supported by structural steel members, as shown, and an air supply pipe in the middle.
