Claims
- 1. A polyether polyol obtainable by addition-polymerization of an alkylene oxide to an N-aminoethylpiperazine-ethylene oxide adduct as an initiator, said polyether polyol and having a molecular weight of about 2000 to 7000.
- 2. A polyether polyol according to claim 1 which has a hydroxyl value of 23 to 100 mg KOH/g.
- 3. A polyether polyol according to claim 1 wherein the alkylene oxide addition-polymerized is ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide.
- 4. A polyether polyol according to claim 1 wherein the ethylene oxide addition-polymerized accounts for not more than 20% of the polyether polyol.
- 5. A polyether polyol according to claim 1 wherein the ethylene oxide directly bound to terminal hydrogen accounts for not more than 15% of the polyether polyol.
- 6. A polyol consisting of a polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer and the polyether polyol of claim 1.
