Claims
- 1. A vinyl chloride resin composition, comprising component (1) 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, component (2) 5 to 40 parts by weight of an unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic dialkyl ester represented by the formula I:
- R.sub.1 OCOCR.sub.3 .dbd.CR.sub.4 COOR.sub.2 (I)
- wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 independently denote an alkyl group having 4 to 10 carbon atoms and R3 and R4 independently denote a group represented by the formula II: --C.sub.n H.sub.2n+1 wherein n denotes an integer of the value of 0 to 6, and component (3) 0 to 200 parts by weight of a plasticizer which is not said component (2).
- 2. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the symbol n in the general formula II denotes 1 or 0.
- 3. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the symbols R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 in the general formula I each denote hydrogen atom.
- 4. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein either of the symbols R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 in the general formula I denotes methyl group and the other symbol denotes hydrogen atom.
- 5. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl groups of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 in the general formula I is from 3 to 15.
- 6. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein said unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic dialkyl ester is a maleic dialkyl ester or a fumaric dialkyl ester.
- 7. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 6, wherein said maleic dialkyl ester or fumaric dialkyl ester is in an amount of 0.5 to 40 parts by weight.
- 8. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein said unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic dialkyl ester is dibutyl maleate, dibutyl maleate, dioctyl
- 9. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 8, wherein said dibutyl maleate or dibutyl fumarate is in an amount of 5 to 20 parts by weight.
- 10. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein said plasticizer is a phthalic dialkyl ester, the alkyl groups of which each has 6 to 13 carbon atoms.
- 11. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein said plasticizer is an epoxy hexahydrophthalic dialkyl ester.
- 12. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 2, wherein R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are each a hydrogen atom and R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each an alkyl group having from 3 to 15 carbon atoms.
- 13. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 1, wherein one of R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 is the methyl group and the other is a hydrogen atom.
- 14. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 8, wherein said unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic dialkyl ester is a maleic dialkyl ester or a fumaric dialkyl ester.
- 15. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 14, wherein said unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic dialkyl ester is dioctyl maleate, dibutyl maleate, dioctyl fumarate or dibutyl fumarate.
- 16. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 15, wherein said dioctyl maleate or dioctyl fumarate is incorporated in an amount of 2 to 40 parts by weight.
- 17. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 15, wherein said dibutyl maleate or dibutyl fumarate is incorporated in an amount of 5 to 20 parts by weight.
- 18. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 14, wherein said plasticizer is a phthalic dialkyl ester the alkyl groups of which each has 6 to 13 carbon atoms.
- 19. The vinyl chloride resin composition according to claim 15, wherein said plasticizer is a phthalic dialkyl ester the alkyl groups of which each has 6 to 13 carbon atoms.
