Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a portable card holder, including: a first plate member, a second plate member, and at least two elastic cords, where at least two non-adjacent edges of the first plate member are provided with a plurality of first through holes, and the second plate member arranged opposite the first plate member is provided with a plurality of second through holes at corresponding positions of the first through holes; at least one edge and an opposite edge of the first plate member are respectively fixed to one edge and an opposite edge of the second plate member by threading the elastic cords through both the first through holes and the second through holes multiple times, and the first plate member, the second plate member, and the stretched elastic cords form a space for holding at least one card. The card holder of the present disclosure employs a minimalist design. The most basic structure has only two plate members and two elastic cords, which solves the problem of the card holder having a complex, cumbersome structure and being inconvenient to carry. In addition, different threading manners of the elastic cords can create a certain aesthetic appealing and enhance the fun of using the card holder.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a card holder, and in particular to a portable card holder.


BACKGROUND

Many wallets, in addition to being designed with a large space for storing money, also have multiple compartments for storing cards, including bank cards, membership cards, shopping cards, business cards, etc. The relatively complete functions are the advantages of the wallet, but the disadvantages are also becoming increasingly prominent: The internal structure of the wallet is becoming more and more complex, and its size is getting bigger and bigger, making it inconvenient to carry.


In order to solve the above problems, a technical solution of Patent No. CN 202020841317.9 and entitled “Card wallet” discloses a card wallet, including a first splint, a second splint, a clamping arm, and an elastic band. A first relief channel corresponding to a lengthwise direction of the first splint is provided in the first splint, and a second relief channel corresponding to a lengthwise direction of the second splint is provided in the second splint. Two ends of the elastic band pass through the first relief channel and the second relief channel, respectively, to form an annular shape connecting the first splint and the second splint together. A storage space is formed between the first splint and the second splint. Edges of outer walls of the first splint and the second splint are all surrounded by outwardly extending coaming plates. An area surrounded by the coaming plate forms a mounting recess, and a cover plate is mounted in the mounting recess through gluing. The clamping arm includes a connecting portion and a pressing portion.


The technical solution of the above patent can basically solve the problem of the wallet being too large and make it convenient to carry. However, the solution also has the following defects:

    • 1. Different users have different usage habits. The elasticity of the elastic band cannot be adjusted and thus cannot satisfy the users well.
    • 2. When it is necessary to replace the elastic band (for example, after a long time of use, the elastic force of the elastic band has weakened to the extent that it affects use), the replacement is inconvenient. First, the old elastic band needs to be damaged. Second, a new elastic band needs to be threaded through the thin first relief channel and second relief channel in sequence, which is time-consuming and laborious. Finally, after the new elastic band is threaded, it needs to be edge-sealed, for which users often lack the corresponding tools.
    • 3. Its structure is much simpler than that of a wallet, but it is still complex and there is room for a simplified design.


SUMMARY

The objective of the present disclosure is to provide a portable card holder to overcome the disadvantages and deficiencies of the prior art.


The objective of the present disclosure is achieved by means of the following technical solution:


A portable card holder includes a first plate member, a second plate member, and at least two elastic cords. At least two non-adjacent edges of the first plate member are provided with a plurality of first through holes, and the second plate member arranged opposite the first plate member is provided with a plurality of second through holes at corresponding positions of the first through holes. At least one edge and an opposite edge of the first plate member are respectively fixed to one edge and an opposite edge of the second plate member by threading the elastic cords through both the first through holes and the second through holes multiple times, and the first plate member, the second plate member, and the stretched elastic cords form a space for holding at least one card.


A first groove is provided between adjacent first through holes, and a second groove is provided between adjacent second through holes. When the elastic cord is threaded through two adjacent first through holes or second through holes, the elastic cord itself can be placed in the first groove or the second groove, which facilitates the flatness of an outer surface of the first plate member or the second plate member and can also reduce the wear and tear caused by the elastic cord itself being exposed.


An edge A of the first plate member is provided with an arc-shaped gap, and no elastic cord is threaded through the edge A or no elastic cord is threaded through an opposite edge of the edge A. The arc-shaped gap is provided to facilitate the use of cards: When there is no elastic cord threaded through the edge A of the first plate member, a plurality of cards enter the card holder from the edge A. In this case, the arc-shaped gap can help the cards reach a holding position of the card holder better and faster. When a card needs to be used, the card can be extracted from the arc-shaped gap on the edge A more conveniently and with less effort. When there is no elastic cord threaded through the opposite side of the edge A of the first plate member, a plurality of cards enter the card holder from the side of the opposite edge of the edge A. When a card needs to be used, the card can be pushed out from the arc-shaped gap on the edge A, making it more convenient to use.


Either end of the elastic cord is provided with a straight-shaped crosspiece. The straight-shaped crosspiece can not only allow the elastic cord to pass through the first through holes and the second through holes freely and unimpeded, but can also fix either end of the elastic cord onto the first plate member or the second plate member after the elastic cord has finished threading, thereby completing the assembly of the first plate member and the second plate member on the same edge. After the assembly on the remaining edge is completed, the card holder is ready to use.


The card holder further includes a third plate member provided with a plurality of third through holes at corresponding positions of the plurality of second through holes of the second plate member. The elastic cords are threaded through all of the first through holes, the second through holes, and the third through holes multiple times. An independent space is formed between the third plate member and the second plate member to hold an important card or credential.


The card holder further includes a third plate member. The third plate member and the second plate member are fixed with multiple sets of screws.


The third plate member is made of a transparent material. When an important credential such as a work badge is placed between the third plate member and the second plate member, the credential can directly be shown, as needed, without being taken out from the card holder.


The third plate member is provided with a hollow portion. The hollow portion may be annular, oval, or circular, or may be of other shapes. The hollow portion is provided to make it convenient to take out the important credential held between the third plate member and the second plate member.


The card holder further includes an elastic band sleeved on the outer side of an entirety formed by the first plate member, the second plate member, and the third plate member.


The card holder further includes a clip provided on the outer side of the first plate member or the second plate member. The clip is made of an elastic metal piece, and has one end fixed to the outer side of the first plate member or the second plate member, and the other end pressed against the outer side of the first plate member or the second plate member under an elastic force of the elastic metal piece. The provision of the clip allows the entire card holder to be fixed onto another object (a trouser pocket, an inner layer of a backpack, etc.) to avoid being lost or difficult to find. In addition, the card holder can also be easily removed from the another object for use.


The card holder further includes an elastic band sleeved on the outer side of an entirety formed by the first plate member and the second plate member. The provision of the elastic band allows paper money and bills to be conveniently temporarily placed in a space between the first plate member, the second plate member, and the elastic band.


The one edge of the first plate member or the second plate member is provided with at least one fixing claw, and the opposite edge thereof is provided with at least one fixing claw. The design of the plurality of fixing claws is to create an additional space for holding a card separately, without the need for an additional plate member.


Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has following advantages and beneficial effects:

    • 1. The card holder of the present disclosure employs a minimalist design. The most basic structure has only two plate members and two elastic cords, which solves the problem of the card holder having a complex, cumbersome structure and being inconvenient to carry.
    • 2. In the present disclosure, the elastic cords and the through holes are used to cooperate as a means of fixing the plate members, which is simple to operate and easy to use. In addition, different threading manners can create a certain aesthetic appealing and enhance the fun of using the card holder.
    • 3. Either end of the elastic cord of the present disclosure employs the straight-shaped crosspiece. When it is necessary to replace or adjust the tightness of the elastic cord, it is convenient, and no damage can be caused to other components.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure is further described in detail below in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings, but the implementations of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.


Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, a portable card holder includes a first plate member 1, a second plate member 2, and three elastic cords 3. Two longer edges and one shorter edge of the first plate member 1 are each provided with a plurality of first through holes 4 that are arranged at equal intervals, and the second plate member 2 arranged opposite the first plate member 1 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 5 at corresponding positions of the first through holes 4. The two longer edges and the one shorter edge of the first plate member 1 are respectively fixed to the two longer edges and the one shorter edge of the second plate member 2 by threading the elastic cords 3 through both the first through holes 4 and the second through holes 5 multiple times, and the first plate member 1, the second plate member 2, and the stretched elastic cords 3 form a space for holding at least one card 14.


An arc-shaped gap 6 is provided on one shorter edge of the first plate member 1 that is not provided with the first through holes 4, and the second plate member 2 is also provided with an arc-shaped gap 6 at a corresponding position.


Either end of the elastic cord 3 is provided with a straight-shaped crosspiece 7.


A first groove is provided between adjacent first through holes 4, and a second groove is provided between adjacent second through holes 5 (the first groove and the second groove are not shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4).


Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, compared with Embodiment 1, a portable card holder of this embodiment has the same features except that the following features are different from Embodiment 1:


Two shorter edges and one longer edge of the first plate member 1 are each provided with a plurality of first through holes 4, and the second plate member 2 arranged opposite the first plate member 1 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 5 at corresponding positions of the first through holes 4.


An arc-shaped gap 6 is provided on the longer edge of the first plate member 1 that is provided with the first through holes 4, and the second plate member 2 is also provided with an arc-shaped gap 6 at a corresponding position. The first through holes 4 and the second through holes 5 are provided on both sides of the arc-shaped gap 6.


There are four elastic cords 3. Two longer elastic cords 3 are respectively used on the two shorter edges of the first plate member 1, and two shorter elastic cords 3 are used on the first through holes 4 on both sides of the arc-shaped gap 6, respectively.


Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 12, compared with Embodiment 1, a portable card holder of this embodiment has the same features except that the following features are different from Embodiment 1:


The card holder further includes a third plate member 8 provided with a plurality of third through holes 9 at corresponding positions of the plurality of second through holes 5 of the second plate member 2. The elastic cords 3 are threaded through all of the first through holes 4, the second through holes 5, and the third through holes 9 multiple times.


The third plate member 8 is made of a transparent material.


The third plate member 8 is provided with an oval hollow portion 11.


An arc-shaped gap 6 is provided on the shorter edge of the first plate member 1 that is provided with the first through holes 4, and the second plate member 2 is not provided with an arc-shaped gap 6 at a corresponding position.


The card holder further includes a clip 15 provided on the outer side of the first plate member 1.


Embodiment 4

As shown in FIG. 13 to FIG. 16, compared with Embodiment 1, a portable card holder of this embodiment has the same features except that the following features are different from Embodiment 1:


The card holder further includes an elastic band 12 sleeved on the outer side of an entirety formed by the first plate member 1 and the second plate member 2.


Embodiment 5

As shown in FIG. 17 to FIG. 22, compared with Embodiment 1, a portable card holder of this embodiment has the same features except that the following features are different from Embodiment 1:


The one edge of the second plate member 2 is provided with two fixing claws 13, and the opposite edge thereof is provided with two fixing claws 13.


An arc-shaped gap 6 is provided on the shorter edge of the first plate member 1 that is provided with the first through holes 4, and the second plate member 2 is not provided with an arc-shaped gap 6 at a corresponding position.


The card holder further includes a clip 15 provided on the outer side of the first plate member 1.


Embodiment 6

As shown in FIG. 23 to FIG. 26, compared with Embodiment 1, a portable card holder of this embodiment has the same features except that the following features are different from Embodiment 1:


The card holder further includes a third plate member 8. The third plate member 8 and the second plate member 2 are fixed with multiple sets of screws 10.


The third plate member 8 is made of a transparent material.


The third plate member 8 is provided with an oval hollow portion 11.


An arc-shaped gap 6 is provided on the shorter edge of the first plate member 1 that is provided with the first through holes 4, and the second plate member 2 is not provided with an arc-shaped gap 6 at a corresponding position.


The card holder further includes a clip 15 provided on the outer side of the first plate member 1.


The above embodiments are preferred implementations of the present disclosure. However, the implementations of the present disclosure are not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should all be equivalent replacement methods and should all fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A portable card holder, comprising: a first plate member, a second plate member, and at least two elastic cords, wherein at least two non-adjacent edges of the first plate member are provided with a plurality of first through holes, and the second plate member arranged opposite the first plate member is provided with a plurality of second through holes at corresponding positions of the first through holes; at least one edge and an opposite edge of the first plate member are respectively fixed to one edge and an opposite edge of the second plate member by threading the elastic cords through both the first through holes and the second through holes multiple times, and the first plate member, the second plate member, and the stretched elastic cords form a space for holding at least one card.
  • 2. The portable card holder according to claim 1, wherein a first groove is provided between adjacent first through holes, and a second groove is provided between adjacent second through holes.
  • 3. The portable card holder according to claim 1, wherein an edge A of the first plate member is provided with an arc-shaped gap, and no elastic cord is threaded through the edge A or no elastic cord is threaded through an opposite edge of the edge A.
  • 4. The portable card holder according to claim 1, wherein either end of the elastic cord is provided with a straight-shaped crosspiece.
  • 5. The portable card holder according to claim 1, further comprising a third plate member provided with a plurality of third through holes at corresponding positions of the plurality of second through holes of the second plate member, wherein the elastic cords are threaded through all of the first through holes, the second through holes, and the third through holes multiple times.
  • 6. The portable card holder according to claim 1, further comprising a third plate member, wherein the third plate member and the second plate member are fixed with multiple sets of screws.
  • 7. The portable card holder according to claim 5 wherein the third plate member is made of a transparent material.
  • 8. The portable card holder according to claim 5 wherein the third plate member is provided with a hollow portion.
  • 9. The portable card holder according to claim 5 further comprising an elastic band sleeved on the outer side of an entirety formed by the first plate member, the second plate member, and the third plate member.
  • 10. The portable card holder according to claim 1, further comprising a clip provided on the outer side of the first plate member or the second plate member.
  • 11. The portable card holder according to claim 1, further comprising an elastic band sleeved on the outer side of an entirety formed by the first plate member and the second plate member.
  • 12. The portable card holder according to claim 1, wherein the one edge of the first plate member or the second plate member is provided with at least one fixing claw, and the opposite edge thereof is provided with at least one fixing claw.
  • 13. The portable card holder according to claim 6 wherein the third plate member is made of a transparent material.
  • 14. The portable card holder according to claim 6 wherein the third plate member is provided with a hollow portion.
  • 15. The portable card holder according to claim 6 further comprising an elastic band sleeved on the outer side of an entirety formed by the first plate member, the second plate member, and the third plate member.
