This application claims the benefit of priority to Chinese patent application Ser. No. 20/242,0575072.8, filed on Mar. 22, 2024, in the China National Intellectual Property Administration. The entire contents of the above-identified application are hereby incorporated by reference.
The present disclosure relates to the field of card storage, particularly relates to a portable card holder.
In daily life, people typically carry some bank cards, ID cards and other card documents when they go out. These cards may be stored in wallets, but the wallet may be too large and inconvenient to carry. Existing technology uses card boxes or card clips to store card documents. For example, a common card box on the market includes two card clamping plates, and a connecting device is arranged between the two card clamping plates. The connecting device enables the two card clamping plates to generate relative displacement in the vertical direction so as to form an internal space capable of freely stretching out and drawing back, and therefore the cards can be contained. The connecting device comprises two connecting pieces rotationally connected through a shaft and first elastic pieces connected with the connecting pieces respectively, and the first elastic pieces provide elastic restoring force for the two card clamping plates to restore to the initial position.
In the above-described device, the card box may replace the traditional wallet, the device has complex structure, cumbersome production process and high cost. In the prior art, metal wallets or elastic bands are also used to control the capacity of the card holder. However, because the elastic band interface is connected by stitching, it can be easily broken after long-term use, and the elastic band may also loss its elasticity due to age. In addition, in use, the elastic band may also tilt to one side, which is inconvenience when picking up and placing the card.
The present disclosure provides a portable card holder to solve the problems of the existing card box proposed in the above-mentioned background art, such as complex structure, high cost, easy aging of the elastic band, and inconvenience in picking up and placing the card.
The technical solutions of the present disclosure are implemented as below:
A portable card holder, including two supporting plates which are arranged facing each other symmetrically, a plurality of elastic member arranged on a middle part of outside of the two supporting plates, a pull cord connected with an end of the plurality of elastic members of one of the two supporting plates, wherein the pull cord wraps around an upper end and a lower end of the two supporting plates and is connected to a corresponding elastic member of the plurality of elastic members on the outside of the other supporting plate. The pull cord is stretched by the elastic member to maintain the two supporting plates in contact with each other when the two supporting plates are not being pulled.
Preferably, the portable card holder further includes a panel, the panel is arranged on the outside of the two supporting plates, and a plurality of mounting holes are provided on the panel.
Preferably, the panel further includes a limiting slot opened at a middle part of the panel, an installation groove at the middle part of the outside of the supporting panel, a block protruding outwardly at a middle position of the installation groove, the panel is placed inside the installation groove and the block extends to the liming slot.
Preferably, the portable card holder further includes a decoration panel arranged outside the supporting plate.
Preferably, the portable card holder further includes a recess provided on one side of the supporting plate and on one side of the decoration panel.
Preferably, the portable card holder further includes a plurality of limiting grooves on an outer wall, the upper end and the lower end of the supporting plate, the plurality of limiting grooves embodying the pull cord.
Preferably, the elastic member is a spring, and the pull cord is a nylon tape or an iron wire.
Preferably, a clip plate is arranged on the supporting plate.
The present disclosure includes the following benefits when using the technical solutions above:
The present disclosure adopts a structure in which multiple elastic members are connected to the pull cords, which can ensure the balance of the clip during use, so that the multiple pull cords can form a mutually assisting effect without interfering with each other, that is, even though any one of the pull cords is damaged, it will not affect the use of the overall card holder, and it also avoids the problem of short service life caused by using rubber elastic bands. At the same time, it simplifies the design process and has the advantages of simple workmanship, low cost and greater practicality.

Specifically, panels 2 are arranged on the outside of the two supporting plates 1, and a plurality of mounting holes 21 are provided on the panels 2. The panels 2 are fixed on the outside of the supporting plates 1 as a fastener to connect a tension spring 4. More specifically, there are two panels 2 arranged on each side of the supporting plate 1. A limiting slot 22 is opened at a middle part of the panel 2, an installation groove 11 is provided at the middle part of the outside of the supporting panel 1, a block 12 is provided to be protruding outwardly at a middle position of the installation groove 11, the panel 2 is placed inside the installation groove 11 and the block 12 extends to the liming slot 22, which can prevent the panel 2 from shaking in up, down, left and right directions. In addition, to prevent the panel 2 from being displaced in front and rear directions, a decoration panel 5 is arranged outside the supporting plate 1 and is fixed on the supporting plate 1 by screws. When the decoration panel 5 is installed in place, the panel 2 is restricted from falling outward.
In this embodiment, there are two mounting holes 21 opened on each panel 2, and the two mounting holes 21 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a center line of the panel 2. Totally, four mounting holes 21 are provided on two panels 2 on one side of the supporting plate 1. That is, there are four tension springs 4 on one side of the supporting plate 1, two on the top and two at the bottom, so that the forces on the two supporting plates 1 can be balanced. When one of the tension springs 4 or the pull cords 3 is damaged, it will not affect the use of the other tension springs 4 or the pull cords 3, which prevents the cards from falling or losing due to the overall damage to the card holder. In other embodiment, the number of the mounting holes 21 provided on the panel 2 can be three, four or even more to meet the use in different scenarios and different needs.
Specifically, a recess 7 is provided on one side of the supporting plate 1 and the decoration panel 5. The purpose of providing the recess 7 is to enable the card to be partially positioned at the recess 7 when the card is stored. When taking the card, the hand can directly contact the card, and the card can be easily taken out by pushing the card from the recess 7.
Specifically, a plurality of limiting grooves 13 are provided on an outer wall, the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the supporting plate 1 to embody the pull cords 13. The plurality of limit grooves 13 corresponds to the position of the pull cords 3 and are mainly used to guide and limit the pull cords 3 to avoid the problem of tilting of the pull cords 3, so as to prevent multiple pull cords 3 from interfering with each other. The upper and lower end surfaces of the support plate 1 are also provided with limiting grooves 13, which can not only achieve a limiting effect, but also avoid the unsightly problem caused by the exposure of the pull cords 3.
Specifically, the pull cords are nylon tapes or iron wires. The iron wires are soft metal strings, which are facilitating to go around the upper and lower end of the supporting plate 1 and to achieve a tension effect. The purpose of using the nylon tapes or iron wires as pull cords 3 is to avoid the problem of short service life of traditional rubber strings.
Specifically, a clip plate 6 is arranged on the supporting plate 1. More specifically, one end of the supporting plate 1 is provided with a concaved groove 14. An upper end of the clip plate 6 is bended inwardly to form a bracket 61 that matches the groove 14. The bracket 61 is able to be arranged in the groove 14. When the decoration panel 5 is installed in place, it can limit the position of the bracket 61 so as to prevent the bracket 61 from falling out from the groove 14, and the installation of the clip plate 6 is achieved. The clip plate 6 can be used to fix the card holder on objects such as belts or straps, and clamp paper banknotes for easy portability.
When the portable card holder provided by the present disclosure is in use, the two supporting plates 1 can be separated to store cards inside the space between the two supporting plates 1. Due to the tension springs 4 arranged on the outside of the supporting plates 1 and connected with each other by pull cords 3, when the two supporting plates 1 are not being pulled, the two supporting plates 1 are closely contact with each other, so as to prevents the cards from falling out.
