Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present utility patent relates to the technical field of storage boxes for stackable tableware, and in particular, for a portable container storage box.

BACKGROUND

The main advantages of disposable containers are low cost, easy to use, disposable after use without washing, clean and hygienic, and can avoid bacterial cross-infection and disease transmission. At the same time, disposable containers are usually made of environmentally friendly materials and can be recycled after disposal. Thus, disposable containers are currently widely used. Currently, disposable containers are in stacked state to save space when idle from packing for sale to daily use. That is, a plurality of disposable containers, such as disposable dishes, are usually stacked together and placed directly on the table, and will be used separately when needed, which leads to a problem: the dishes on the top are usually exposed, and the edges of many dishes which are stacked together will inevitably be contaminated by dust due to the exposure. When the material of the dishes is paper, and stacked dishes are used for camping and dining, the dishes are easily blown off by the wind and stuck with dust, which may cause pollution for the dishes. This goes against the original design intention of disposable dishes. At the same time, because the purchased paper plates do not have a fixed storage device, they are often placed randomly and cannot be found when needed, which also make the desktop cluttered. Larger plate areas also take up limited tabletop or storage cabinet space.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT UTILITY PATENT

The purpose of this present utility patent is to solve at least one of the defects and shortcomings of the above-mentioned prior art, and provide a portable container storage box that can accommodate dishes in different specifications and shapes, protect the dishes in the shell, reduce the pollution of the dishes by dust and prevent the dishes from being blown away by the wind. The top of the storage box can be fixed under the bottom of the cabinet or hung on the wall, or stored vertically in the cabinet to save storage space. It can be used in a variety of scenarios. It has a simple structure and is easy to install. The material is stiff, lightweight, economical, and easy to clean.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution adopted by the present utility patent is: a portable container storage box, which includes a hard shell and a storage cavity arranged in the shell, wherein the storage cavity is used to place a plurality of stacked dishes. A separation slot is arranged on the side wall of the shell to connect with the outside and the storage cavity, and a pick-and-place slot intersecting with the separation slot is arranged on the side wall of the shell to connects with the outside and the storage cavity; the pick-and-place slot is used for putting the dishes into the storage cavity or for taking the dishes out of the storage cavity.

Optionally, at least a plurality of fixing holes are arranged on the top of the shell.

Optionally, the bottom of the shell is penetrated with a mounting hole for a user's hand to extend into the storage cavity.

Optionally, the shell includes a lower shell and an upper cover. The upper cover is arranged on the lower shell. The storage cavity is surrounded by the lower shell and the upper cover. The pick-and-place slot is located on the upper cover, and the separation slot is located on the lower shell.

Optionally, the lower shell includes: a bottom wall, the edge of the bottom wall is provided with a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall and a fourth side wall in sequence, and the separation slot penetrates the first side wall. The upper cover includes: a top wall. The surrounding edge of the top wall are provided with a fifth side wall, a sixth side wall and a seventh side, and the pick-and-place slot is surrounded by the fifth side wall, the sixth side wall and the seventh side wall. The fifth side wall, the sixth side wall and the seventh side wall are buckled and fixed with the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall one by one.

Optionally, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall are all provided with locking slots on the side away from the bottom wall, and the fifth side wall, the sixth side wall and the seventh side wall are all provided with locking buckles on the side away from the top wall to respectively buckle with the locking slots on the second side wall, the third side wall and the forth side wall.

Optionally, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall are all provided with positioning slots on the side away from the bottom wall, and the fifth side wall, the sixth side wall and the seventh side wall are all provided with positioning convex blocks on the side away from the top wall to insert into the positioning slots.

Optionally, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall are all provided with first mounting convex edges and the locking slot and the positioning slot are located on the first mounting convex edge. The fifth side wall, the sixth side wall and the seventh side wall are all provided with second mounting convex edges, and the locking buckle and the positioning convex block are located on the second mounting convex edge.

Optionally, a plurality of transversely and/or longitudinally extending reinforcement ribs are arranged on the inner side wall of the storage cavity on the shell.

Optionally, the shell is made of plastic.

Adopting the above technical solutions, the beneficial effect of the present utility patent is: a portable container storage box includes a hard shell, a storage cavity arranged in the shell for placing a plurality of stacked dishes, and a separation slot arranged on the side wall of the shell to connect with the outside and the storage cavity. The configuration of the separation slot facilitates the user to observe whether there are enough dishes in the storage cavity. The user can separate two adhering and stacked dishes through the separation slot. The side wall of the shell is provided with a pick-and-place slot to connect with the outside and the storage cavity, and to intersect with the separation slot. The pick-and-place slot is used for putting dishes into the storage cavity or for taking dishes out of the storage cavity. Placing the dishes in the storage box can prevent the dishes from being blown down by the wind during outdoor activities such as camping, outdoor weddings, picnics, barbecues, etc. The user can move the uppermost dish in the storage cavity upward through the separation slot, so that the dishes can be taken out from the pick-and-place slot. Because the dishes do not need to be taken out from the bottom of the storage box, it avoids deformation when taking out the dishes and the overweight of the dishes causing the dishes to fall from the bottom. It also prevents the dishes from shaking from the pick-and-place slot during the movement of the shell. The structure is simple and easy to use.

In some embodiments, a double-sided adhesive layer is pasted on the top or bottom wall of the shell 1 to achieve that the storage box is fixed to the external assembly through the double-sided adhesive layer. In some embodiments, hooks may be fixed on the top, side or bottom wall of the shell 1 to facilitate the storage box to be hung on the external assembly, or to facilitate the kitchen utensils to be hung outside the shell 1.

Optionally, in order to facilitate the fixing hole 16 of the shell 1 to be installed on the external assembly through screws, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the bottom of the shell 1 is penetrated with a mounting hole 17 for the user's hand to extend into the storage cavity 13, so that users can use tools to fix the screws on the external assembly through the mounting hole 17. The user can also use a rag to clean the inner side wall of the storage cavity 13 through the mounting hole 17. At the same time, the mounting hole 17 can serve as a handle to facilitate the user to carry it out.
