The broken lines shown in the figures are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the portable solar panel and form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash lines shown in the drawings define the boundary between the claimed design and the non-claimed design. The solar panel of the first embodiment comprises photovoltaic cells and a transparent main plate. The solar panel of the second embodiment comprises photovoltaic cells and a translucent main plate.

  • The ornamental design for a portable solar panel, as shown and described.
