The disclosure relates to clothes steaming device and more particularly pertains to a new clothes steaming device for steaming a plurality of clothes in an enclosure.
The prior art relates to clothes steaming devices. The prior art relates to a variety of clothes steaming devices configured for applying heated water vapor upon clothes wherein removing wrinkles. Known prior art lacks a clothes steaming device configured for positioning a plurality of clothes within an enclosure prior to applying heated water vapor via an external steamer wherein removing wrinkles upon the plurality of clothes simultaneously.
An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising an enclosure including a frame having a pair of bases. Each of the bases has a support having a top end where a top fixture is positioned. A rod is positioned in a center of the top fixture and is configured for holding a plurality of clothing hangers. A plurality of covers is positioned on the enclosure and defines a plurality of walls of the enclosure. Furthermore a roof is positioned on the top fixture of the frame of the enclosure and has a plurality of pressure release valves configured for removing excess heated water vapor from the enclosure. An input is positioned on a first wall of the plurality of walls of the enclosure is a connector for a steamer hose.
There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
As best illustrated in
A plurality of covers 28 is positioned on the enclosure 12. Each of the covers 28 is a transparent plastic material being lightweight and providing visibility within the enclosure 12. The plurality of covers 28 is positioned between the support 18 of each of the bases 16 of the frame 14 wherein the plurality of covers 28 defines a plurality of walls of the enclosure 12. Furthermore, a roof 30 is positioned on the top fixture 22 of the frame 14 of the enclosure 12. The roof 30 is the transparent plastic material like the plurality of covers 28 wherein the roof 30 and the plurality of covers 28 are connected. The roof 30 has a plurality of pressure release valves 32 being configured for removing excess heated water vapor from the enclosure 12. In-use, the heated water vapor beings to accumulate and each of the pressure release valves 32 maintains a stabilized pressure within the enclosure 12.
A mat 34 is positioned between each of the bases 16 of the frame 14 of the enclosure 12. The mat 34 has an interior 36 defining a conduit for heated water vapor to flow within. In addition, the mat 34 has a plurality of holes 38 wherein each of the holes 38 is an opening to the interior 36 of the mat 34 such that the plurality of holes 38 is configured for evenly distributing heated water vapor into the enclosure 12. Furthermore, an input 40 is positioned on a first wall 42 of the plurality of walls of the enclosure 12 and is in fluid communication with the interior 36 of the mat 34. The input 40 is a connector for a steamer hose 44 wherein the input 40 is configured for being a conduit for heated water vapor from a steamer hose 44 to the interior 36 of the mat 34. The steamer hose 44 receives heated water vapor from a portable steamer 46.
A flap 48 is integrated within the enclosure 12 as shown in
An alternative embodiment 58 includes the portable steaming enclosure assembly 10 configured for being positioned on a clothing rack 60 having the plurality of clothing hangers 26. The alternative embodiment 58 lacks the mat 34, the frame 14, and the flap 48. Alternately, the alternative embodiment 58 comprises the plurality of covers 28, the roof 30 with the plurality of pressure release valves 32, and the input 40 and is designed to encase the clothing rack and provide heated water vapor from the steamer hose 44 of the portable steamer 46 to the input 40. The alternative embodiment 58 is configured for enhancing the accessibility of the portable steaming enclosure assembly 10.
In use, the user disengages the flap 48 from the frame 14 of the enclosure 12 prior to inserting the plurality of clothing hangers 26 upon the rod 24 of the top fixture 22. Each of the clothing hangers 26 contains clothing needing to be enhanced by heated water vapor, such as for removing wrinkles. Subsequent to adding the clothing to the enclosure 12, the user secures the flap 48 to the frame 14 by the hook and loop fastener 52 wherein encasing the clothes within the enclosure 12. The steamer hose 44 from the portable steamer 46 is connected to the input 40 of the enclosure 12 prior to actuating the portable steamer 46 to supply heated water vapor to the enclosure 12. The plurality of holes 38 of the mat 34 evenly distributes the heat water vapor upon the clothes. The user can view the clothing within the enclosure 12 through the plurality of covers 28 to determine completion. Furthermore, the portable steaming enclosure assembly 10 is configured for being portable due to lightweight properties of the frame 14.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
