Abstract
A portable toothbrush is provided with a deployed toothbrush member with a thin thickness in a support plate to be carried conveniently and includes a toothbrush head and a toothbrush bar by a configuration in which a deployed toothbrush member is bent and assembled. The portable toothbrush includes: a toothbrush head assembly in which toothbrush head portions facing each other at a specific interval are formed on opposite sides of a surface of a lengthwise upper end of the support plate to be divided and first coupling holes are formed on sides of the toothbrush head portions; and a toothbrush bar assembly in which support bosses facing opposite side ends of a lower end of the support plate are formed at opposite side ends of a surface of the support plate contacting the toothbrush head portions and second coupling holes are formed on sides of the support bosses.
Description
BACKGROUND

The present invention relates to a portable toothbrush, and more particularly to a portable toothbrush that is provided with a deployed toothbrush member with a thin thickness in a support plate to be carried conveniently and provided as a sales hook or the like and includes a toothbrush head and a toothbrush bar by a configuration in which a deployed toothbrush member is bent and assembled.


In general, a toothbrush is an oral sanitary tool that is commonly used to restrain germ diseases such as dental caries and periodontal diseases and prevent a user from making other persons uncomfortable by maintaining the oral cavity cleanly.


A configuration that is mainly used as a conventional portable toothbrush has a configuration in which a toothbrush bar hinge-coupled to a toothbrush head in which toothbrush bristles are implanted and which is separated into divided bodies is provided such that the divided toothbrush bar surrounds the toothbrush head and is coupled to the toothbrush head, and the toothbrush bristles may be carried, and the toothbrush bar is coupled after the toothbrush bar surrounding the toothbrush head is separated to an opposite side to open the toothbrush head and the toothbrush bar may be used as a knob.


However, because the entire length of the toothbrush decreases but the volume of the toothbrush increases as the portable tooth brush is coupled in a form the toothbrush head surround the divided toothbrush bar, it cannot be carried in a purse or the like and cannot be used as a sales hook such as a business card as it cannot be attached to the sales hook.


Further, because the conventional portable toothbrush is separated from the toothpaste, there is an inconvenience of having to be preserved together with the toothpaste, and a toothbrush in which toothpaste is embedded in the interior of the body of the toothbrush is disclosed on consideration of the situation.


However, the existing toothpaste embedded toothbrush is configured such that a hole is formed on one side of the toothbrush head and the hole is accommodated with a toothpaste accommodating chamber and a moving piece presses the toothpaste accommodating chamber with a knob integrally formed with an inner screw at a rear end of the toothpaste accommodating chamber, and the toothpaste in the toothpaste tube is filled in the toothpaste accommodating chamber and the toothpaste in the accommodation chamber is pressed with the moving piece by rotating the knob if necessary to be supplied to the holes of the bristles, and the configuration is complex and expensive, and in particular, is very non-sanitary because the supply hole of the toothpaste is always exposed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides a portable toothbrush that includes a toothbrush member including a toothbrush head assembly having a toothbrush head divided to face each other at a specific interval at opposite side ends of a surface of a lengthwise upper end of a support plate, and a toothbrush member assembly having support bosses facing each other at a specific interval at opposite ends of a lower end at opposite side ends of a surface of a support plate contacting the toothbrush head to be conveniently used and be used as a sales hook by easily attaching the portable brush to the sales hook and is assembled by bringing the toothbrush head portions and the support bosses into contact with each other that are divided by being the support plate when the toothbrush is used.


Further, the tooth paste may be conveniently and sanitarily used by forming a toothpaste accommodating space between divided opposite toothpaste head portions, providing a toothpaste embedded toothbrush in which toothpaste discharging grooves are formed such that the toothpaste accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space pass pass through the toothbrush bristles on surfaces of the toothbrush head portions, assembling the toothbrush head portions when the toothbrush is used, and discharging the toothpaste with the toothbrush bristles by a unit for pressing the support located on the rear surface of the toothpaste accommodating space forwards.


In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a portable toothbrush wherein a toothbrush member is deployed in a support plate, the portable toothbrush comprising: a toothbrush head assembly in which toothbrush head portions facing each other at a specific interval are formed on opposite sides of a surface of a lengthwise upper end of the support plate to be divided and first coupling holes are formed on sides of the toothbrush head portions; and a toothbrush bar assembly in which support bosses facing opposite side ends of a lower end of the support plate are formed at opposite side ends of a surface of the support plate contacting the toothbrush head portions and second coupling holes are formed on sides of the support bosses.


The toothbrush head portions may be divided while protruding from opposite sides of a surface of an upper end of the support plate in a divided form, and the toothbrush bristles implanted on outer surfaces of the opposite toothbrush head portions are disposed in one row or two rows.


Toothpaste discharging grooves may be formed on surfaces of the toothpaste head portions such that the toothpaste accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space passé through toothbrush bristles.


A toothpaste accommodating space may be formed in an inside of upper and lower partitions protruding from a surface of the support plate to transversely connect upper and lower ends of the toothpaste head portions between the opposite toothbrush head portions.


A cover member for preserving the toothpaste accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space in a closed state may have a downward side wall at a circumference of the cover having a flat plate shape.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Further, a detailed description of known technologies related to the present invention will be omitted to avoid making the technical spirit of the present invention rather unclear.


The portable toothbrush according to the present invention is configured to be received in a purse or the like to be conveniently carried by using a deployed toothbrush member 100 including a toothbrush head assembly 120 having divided toothbrush head portions 122 and a toothbrush bar assembly 130 having divided support bosses 132, which are provided on a surface of the support plate 110.


Further, the portable toothbrush according to the present invention may be provided as a sales hook as it is preserved in various forms to be easily carried. For example, it may be carried and preserved by attaching the toothbrush member 100 to a rear surface of the business card A as in the embodiment of



FIG. 13 or is may be preserved after attaching a bonding agent B-1 to an inner periphery of the printed cover plate B that is bent to a half as in FIG. 14, embedding the toothbrush member 100 inside the bonding agent B-1, and bonding the bent printed cover plate B such that the bonding agent B-1 contacts the printed cover plate B. When the portable toothbrush is used for tooth brushing, the toothbrush 200 including the toothbrush head 210 and the toothbrush bar 220 by bending and assembling the support plate 110 including the deployed toothbrush member 100.


That is, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention assembles and uses the deployed toothbrush member 100 in the support plate 110 by an assembling unit including the toothbrush head assembly 120 in which the toothbrush head portion 122 facing each other at a specific interval is divided on opposite sides of a surface of a lengthwise upper end of the support plate 110 and a first coupling hole 124 is formed on one side of the toothbrush head portion 122, and the toothbrush bar assembly 130 in which support bosses 132 facing each other at a specific interval are formed at opposite side ends of a lower end of the support plate 110 contacting the toothbrush head portion 122 at the opposite ends of the surface of the support plate 110 and second coupling holes 134 are formed on sides of the support bosses 132.


The support plate 110 is a rectangular plate body having a length and a width for constituting the toothbrush 200 including the toothbrush head 210 and the toothbrush bar 220 by using a synthetic resin that may be bent, and a bending guide groove (not illustrated) may be formed at a bent portion of the support plate 110 such that the support plate 110 may be easily bent.


The toothbrush head assembly 120 constitutes the toothbrush head as a unit for bringing the divided toothbrush head portions 122 into contact with each other by providing the divided toothbrush head portions 122 and the first coupling hole 124 for coupling the toothbrush head portions 122 in the support plate 110.


The toothbrush head portions 122 are divided while protruding from opposite sides of a surface of an upper end of the support plate 110 in a divided form, and the toothbrush bristles 126 implanted in the divided toothbrush head portions 122 are disposed in one row or two rows.


Further, the toothbrush bristles 126 are implanted on outer surfaces of the divided toothbrush head portions 122, and two rows or four rows of toothbrush bristles 126 are grouped in the toothbrush head 210 when the divided toothbrush head portions 122 are assembled.


First coupling holes 124 are formed on sides of the surfaces of the divided opposite toothbrush head portions 122 to be correspondingly coupled to each other, the opposite support bosses 132 are correspondingly coupled to each other by the second coupling holes 134, and the first and second coupling holes 124 and 134 are coupling recess and coupling bosses to be fitted with each other and also may be provided in various forms of coupling units.


The toothbrush bar assembly 130 constitutes the toothbrush bar as a unit for bringing the support protrusions 132 into contact with each other by providing the support bosses 132 formed on lengthwise opposite sides of the support plate 110 and the second coupling holes 134 for coupling the support bosses 132.


The support bosses 132 protrude on opposite sides of the surface of the support plate 110 contacting the toothbrush head portions 122 to have a band shape with a specific thickness, and if the support bosses 132 are assembled while contacting each other when the support plate 110 is bent, the toothbrush bar 220 having a knob by which the toothbrush bar 220 may be easily gripped at a specific thickness is provided.


Further, one or more second coupling holes 134 are provided on sides of the surfaces of the opposite support bosses 132 so that the toothbrush bar 220 formed by correspondingly coupling the opposite support bosses 132 may be maintained in a stably assembled state.


When the toothbrush 200 is used by using the toothbrush member 100 in the support plate 110, the toothbrush 200 having the toothbrush head 210 and the toothbrush bar 220 may be constituted by bending the support plate 110 in which the toothbrush member 100 is bent as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 8 to assemble the toothbrush head assembly 120 and the toothbrush bar assembly 130.


Meanwhile, as another embodiment of the present invention, a toothbrush in which toothpaste is embedded in a toothbrush accommodating space provided in the toothbrush will be described as follows.


As illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, a toothpaste accommodating space 140 is formed between the opposite tooth head portions 122 formed on the surfaces of the lengthwise upper end of the support plate 110 such that the toothpaste 300 is accommodated, and toothpaste discharging grooves 128 formed such that the toothpaste 300 accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space 140 may pass through the toothbrush bristles is formed on the surfaces of the toothbrush head portions 122.


The toothpaste accommodating space 140 connects the upper and lower ends of the opposite toothbrush head portions 122 transversely and is formed in the inside of upper and lower partitions 142 protruding on the surface of the support plate 110 such that the toothpaste 300 may be accommodated, and a cover member 150 for preserving the toothpaste 300 accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space 140 is preferably provided.


The cover member 150 has a configuration in which a downward side wall 154 is formed at a circumference of a cover 152 of a flat plate and has a configuration in which the cover member 150 contacts the support plate 110 as if it surrounded the toothpaste accommodating space 140, and it is preferable that the toothpaste accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space 140 is prevented from being dried and the toothpaste is prevented from being discharged through the toothpaste discharging groove 128 arbitrarily by the side wall 154.


When the toothbrush provided with the toothpaste accommodating space 140 is used, the toothpaste in the toothpaste accommodating space 140 is discharged through a passage formed by the toothpaste discharging grooves 128 so that toothbrush may be allowed, by forming a passage, through which the toothpaste may be discharged at opposite locations by the opposite toothpaste discharging grooves 128 and pressing the support plate 110 on a rear surface of the toothpaste accommodating space 140 to the front side to discharge the toothpaste accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space 140 located on the rear side of the toothbrush head 210 toward the toothbrush bristles 126.


According to the present invention, because the toothbrush 200 having the toothbrush head 210 and the toothbrush bar 220 is provided such that the toothbrush member 100 is deployed in the support plate 110 to have a thin thickness, it may be conveniently carried in a purse or the like and may be provided as a sales hook as it may be attached to a printed object for promotion, and tooth brushing may be conveniently made with a unit for discharging the toothpaste 300 by using the toothbrush bristles 200 provided with the toothpaste accommodating space 140 and in which the toothpaste is embedded.


The portable toothbrush according to the present invention may be easily applied to a sales hook while being conveniently carried because it includes a toothbrush member of a thin thickness while being deployed in the support plate, and the toothbrush including the toothbrush head and the toothbrush bars that are common is provided to be used conveniently by the configuration in which the support plate is bent and assembled.


Further, according to the present invention, the toothpaste may be accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space provided in the deployed toothbrush member and is assembled as a toothbrush by folding the support plate, and the accommodated toothpaste may be conveniently discharged to the toothbrush bristles to be used.


Although the embodiments have been described to described the present invention, various modifications may be made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.

Claims
  • 1. A portable toothbrush wherein a toothbrush member is deployed in a support plate, the portable toothbrush comprising: a toothbrush head assembly in which toothbrush head portions facing each other at a specific interval are formed on opposite sides of a surface of a lengthwise upper end of the support plate to be divided and first coupling holes are formed on sides of the toothbrush head portions; anda toothbrush bar assembly in which support bosses facing opposite side ends of a lower end of the support plate are formed at opposite side ends of a surface of the support plate contacting the toothbrush head portions and second coupling holes are formed on sides of the support bosses,wherein a toothpaste accommodating space is formed in an inside of upper and lower partitions protruding from a surface of the support plate to transversely connect upper and lower ends of the toothpaste head portions between the opposite toothbrush head portions, a cover member for preserving the toothpaste accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space in a closed state has a downward side wall at a circumference of the cover having a flat plate shape, and toothpaste discharging grooves are formed on surfaces of the toothpaste head portions such that the toothpaste accommodated in the toothpaste accommodating space passé through toothbrush bristles.
  • 2. The portable toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the toothbrush head portions are divided while protruding from opposite sides of a surface of an upper end of the support plate in a divided form, and the toothbrush bristles implanted on outer surfaces of the opposite toothbrush head portions are disposed in one row or two rows.
  • 3. The portable toothbrush of claim 1, wherein the protrusion bosses protrude in a band shape having a specific thickness from opposite sides of a surface of the support plate contacting the toothbrush head portions.
