Abstract
A portable water tape feeder is disclosed. A portable water tape feeder according to an embodiment of the present invention is a portable water tape feeder for supplying a user with tape which exhibits adhesive ability in contact with moisture on the sides thereof, and comprises: a main body; a water tape mounting part, located on one side of the main body, for mounting water tape; and a water supply part having a sponge mounted in a direction opposite to an adhesive surface of the water tape so as to moisten an adhesive component of the water tape released from the water tape mounting part with moisture so that the water tape can exhibit the adhesive ability, wherein the water supply part has a closed structure in which a sponge is filled, and includes, on an upper portion thereof, a sponge mounting part which is formed so as to protrude a portion of the sponge to a predetermined height.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention relates to a portable water tape feeder, and more specifically, to a portable water tape feeder capable of stably mounting and providing tape that has adhesive ability on one side thereof when in contact with moisture.


BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

A tape feeder that provides a user with a tape in a wound structure having adhesive ability on one side thereof is shown in FIG. 1.


Specifically, in the case of a tape feeder according to the prior art, a tape storage unit 10 is provided for accommodating a plurality of tapes T vertically from the top; an outlet 12 is formed at the front of the lower side of the tape storage unit 10 to unwind and withdraw the tape toward the front direction; a first guide groove 13 is formed on the side of the outlet 12 to guide the tip of the tape toward the outlet; a second guide groove 14 is formed at one side of the first guide groove 13 to support the bottom surface of the tape and withdraw it; a discharge port 15 is provided on the opposite side where the outlet 12 is formed for discharging the remaining paper tube T1 after the tape is exhausted; a tape support unit 20 having a long hole 21 is provided in front of the tape storage unit 10 to cut the tape T with supporting the adhesive side of the tape drawn toward the outlet 12; a housing assembly 30 provided with an operating hole 31 is installed on the side of the tape support part 20; a sliding lever 32 is provided in the operating hole 31 of the housing assembly 30; a cutting bar 33 is installed in an inclined shape at the upper side of the sliding lever 32 to cut the tape T and guide it to the long hole 21.


The tape feeder according to the prior art shown in FIG. 1 can supply the tapes sequentially and, also, can supply and cut the tapes such that the next user can conveniently use it.


A tape that has adhesive ability when in contact with moisture is called a water tape. The water tape is made of eco-friendly paper material and generates adhesive ability by immersing moisture in starch pre-coated on one side.


In general, it can be adhered to paper products such as paper boxes and is a proven eco-friendly tape that does not use vinyl, plastic, or synthetic high molecular compounds.


The tape feeder according to the prior art available in a domestic and foreign can mount a tape that has adhesive ability when in contact with moisture on one side, but it requires a separate device to supply moisture to the one side of the tape and in addition, has a poor portability and workability.


Therefore, there is a need for a technique capable of solving the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.


DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Technical Problem

As described above, there are kinds of water tape products around the world manufactured in a tabletop type that has adhesive ability by contacting with moisture on one side, but they have lower work efficiency and poor portability and moving workability since the water tape should be carried with both hands after cutting the water tape. In addition, the water tape requires water to use, but the water leakage must be prevented for portability and mobility. It is the portable water tape cutter device to solve these problems, and it is the portable water tape feeder to enable the portable water tape cutter device.


Technical Solution

A portable water tape feeder according to an aspect of the present invention for achieving this object provides a user with a tape that has adhesive ability in contact with moisture on one side, and may comprise a main body for mounting the water tape cutting part on one side thereof, mounting the water tape mounting part on the other side thereof, and mounting the water supply part between the water tape cutting part and the water tape mounting part; a water tape mounting part coupled to the inner surface of the paper tube of the water tape having a wound structure and mounted on one side of the main body so as to rotate the water tape; a water supply part mounted with a porous sponge in a direction opposite to the lower surface of the water tape so as to apply moisture to the lower surface of the water tape that is released from the water tape mounting part and discharged to the outside to exhibit the adhesive ability of the water tape; and a pressing roller in contact with a moisture-free upper surface of the water tape to press the water tape toward the surface of the object to be adhered at the same time as the water tape is supplied to the outside and a water tape cutting part equipped with a cutting blade for cutting the water tape.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the portable water tape feeder may further include a water tape upper surface cover which is mounted in a hinge structure adjacent to the water tape cutting part, extends in the direction of the water tape mounting part by a predetermined length, and surrounds a part of the space of the water tape mounting part.


In this embodiment, the water tape upper surface cover may further include, on the lower surface thereof, a guide part for guiding the positions of the upper and lower surfaces of the water tape released from the water tape mounting part to a specific position; and a pressing protrusion protruding toward the upper surface of the water tape so that the lower surface of the water tape drawn out from the guide part can contact the porous sponge of the water supply part.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the main body includes two plate-shaped side covers coupled to both sides of the water tape mounting part, the water supply part, and the water tape cutting part; and the plate-shaped side cover is attachablly and detachably coupled to the water tape mounting part, the water supply part and the water tape cutting part.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the water tape mounting part may further include a coupling shaft mounted on the other side of the main body in a structure extending by a length corresponding to the width of the water tape; and a paper tube coupling part coupled to the coupling shaft and coupled to an inner surface of the paper tube so that the center of the coupling shaft and the center of the paper tube are eccentric to each other.


In this case, the longitudinal section of the paper tube coupling part may have a closed curve structure which contacts with a part of the inner surface of the paper tube of the water tape.


In addition, the paper tube coupling part is made of a material having an elastic restoring force of a predetermined size, and may be coupled to the paper tube in a state of pressing the inner surface of the paper tube of the water tape.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the water supply part may include a sponge mounting part formed with a sealed or closed structure in which a sponge is filled therein, from which a part of the sponge protrudes at the top thereof by a predetermined height, and has a water supply container mounting part capable of supplying water thereinto on one side; and a water supply container having a structure capable of accommodating water therein and mounted on the water supply container mounting part to supply water to the inside of the sponge mounting part.


In this case, the sponge mounting part may have a structure capable of opening one side thereof to open the inside to the outside or seal.


In addition, a check valve can be mounted on the water supply container mounting part so that water can flow only from the water supply container toward the inside of the sponge mounting part, and an on-off valve (or, shut-off valve) may be installed to seal the water supply container mounting part when the water supply container is separated from the water supply container mounting part.


In one embodiment of the present invention, the water supply container mounting part may be equipped with a pivot joint capable of changing the mounting direction of the water supply container.


Advantageous Effects

As described above, according to the present invention, the portable water tape feeder includes a specific structure of the main body, a water tape mounting part, a water supply part and a water tape cutting part; and stably mounts the tape having adhesive ability by contacting moisture on one side thereof, stably supplies water to one side of the water tape; and can easily feed the water tape.


In addition, the portable water tape feeder according to the present invention can reduce air pollution caused by volatile organic compounds generated by using plastic since a 100% recyclable water tape is used and reduce removing costs for plastic (opp) tape attached to parcels and other boxes and waste disposal costs of the tape. Whereby you can participate in eco-friendly policy. However, generally, water tapes have less simplicity and convenience than existing plastic (opp) tapes and existing products for using water tapes are inconvenient to use and has poor portability, so there is a limit to popular distribution. The portable water tape feeder and the portable water tape cutting part, according to the present invention, which can be held in hand, is the world's first eco-friendly product that can be recycled 100% and can used easily and conveniently as the existing plastic (opp) tape products are. The inventors desire to widely publicize Korea's interest, effort, and will for eco-friendliness to the world by making the invented products widely available.

BEST MODE

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Prior to this, terms or words used in this specification and claims should not be construed as limited to ordinary or dictionary meanings but should be interpreted as meanings and concepts consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention.


Throughout this specification, when a member is said to be located “on” another member, this includes not only the case where a member is in contact with another member, but also the case where another member exists between the two members. When a part is said to “include” a certain component, it means that it may further include other components without excluding other components unless otherwise stated.



FIG. 2 shows a photograph showing a state in which a water tape is mounted on the portable water tape feeder according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 shows the portable water tape feeder shown in FIG. 2 from which the plate-shaped side cover is separated, and FIG. 4 shows a picture showing a state in which the water tape upper surface cover 150 of the portable water tape feeder shown in FIG. 3 is lifted around the hinge structure.


Referring to these drawings, the portable water tape feeder 100 according to the present embodiment is a device that provides a user with a water tape 10 that has adhesive ability in contact with moisture on one side thereof.


The portable water tape feeder 100 according to the present embodiment which includes a main body 110 having a specific structure, a water tape mounting part 120, a water supply part 130, a water tape cutting part 140, and a water tape upper surface cover 150, stably mounts a tape that has adhesive ability in contact with moisture on one side, stably supplies moisture to one side of the water tape, and feeds a water tape easily.


Hereinafter, each component constituting the portable water tape feeder 100 according to the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.



FIG. 5 shows a picture of the portable water tape feeder shown in FIG. 4 as viewed from another direction after assembling the plate-shaped side cover, and FIG. 6 shows a picture of the portable water tape feeder shown in FIG. 4 viewed from the opposite direction. In addition, FIG. 7 shows a photograph showing a state in which the water tape is separated from the portable water tape feeder shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 8 shows a photograph showing a sponge of the portable water tape feeder according to an embodiment of the present invention.


As shown in FIG. 3, the main body 110 according to this embodiment may be equipped with a water tape cutting part 140 on one side and a water tape mounting part 120 on the other side, and may mount the water supply part 130 between the water tape mounting part 120 and the water tape cutting part 140.


In detail, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the main body 110 may include two plate-shaped side covers (111, 112) coupled to both sides of the water tape mounting part 120, the water supply part 130, and the water tape cutting part 140.


Here, it is preferable that the plate-shaped side covers 111 and 112 are coupled in an attachable or detachable structure to the water tape mounting part 120, the water supply part 130, and the water tape cutting part 140.


As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the water tape mounting part 120 may be mounted on one side of the main body 110 with being coupled to the inner surface of the paper tube of the water tape in the wound structure so that the water tape can be rotated.


Specifically, the water tape mounting part 120 may include a coupling shaft 121 and a paper tube coupling part 122 having a specific structure.


The coupling shaft 121 may be mounted on the other side of the main body 110 in a structure extending by a length corresponding to the width of the water tape. In addition, the paper tube coupling part 122 is configured to be coupled to the coupling shaft 121, and may be coupled to the inner surface of the paper tube so that the center of the coupling shaft 121 and the center of the paper tube of the water tape are eccentric from each other.


As shown in FIG. 4, the paper tube coupling part 122 may have a closed curved structure in surface contact with a part of the inner surface of the paper tube of the water tape when it is viewed in a longitudinal cross-section.


Depending on the circumstances, the paper tube coupling part 122 may be made of a material having a predetermined amount of elastic restoring force. In this case, the paper tube coupling part 122 may be coupled to the paper tube in a state of pressing the inner surface of the paper tube of the water tape.


In this case, the portable water tape feeder can be flexibly applied to paper tubes having various inner diameters.


As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the water supply part 130 may mount a sponge 131 in a direction opposite to the lower surface of the water tape to apply moisture to the lower surface of the water tape discharged from the water tape mounting part 120 so that the water tape has the adhesive ability.


In detail, as shown in FIG. 6, the water supply part 130 may include a sponge mounting part 132 and a water supply container 134 having a specific structure.


The sponge mounting part 132 is an airtight structure in which the sponge 131 is filled therein, and a part of the sponge 131 protrudes from the top by a predetermined height, and water can be supplied to the inside from one side.


In addition, the water supply container 134 has a structure capable of accommodating water therein, and is mounted on a water supply container mounting part 133 to supply water to the inside of the sponge mounting part 132.


Preferably, as shown in FIG. 8, the sponge mounting part 132 may have a structure capable of opening one side to open or seal the inside to the outside. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, it is preferable that the sponge mounting part 132 is detachably mounted from the plate-shaped side covers 111 and 112 of the main body 110. The sponge mounting part 132 having such a configuration allows a user to easily replace or manage the sponge filled in the sponge mounting part 132.


It is preferable that the above-mentioned water supply container mounting part 133 has a check valve so that water can flow in one direction from the water supply container 134 toward the inside of the sponge mounting part 132. The check valve is a member that allows the flow of fluid only in one direction, and in this embodiment, it is preferable that the check valve has a simple membrane structure.


In some cases, the water supply part 130 is equipped with a water supply container mounting part 133 in one side thereof, which is capable of supplying water with dispersing the pressure in the water supply container by simultaneously introducing water and by applying various membrane structures, and the water supply part 130 may include a water supply container 134 for supplying a large amount of water therein.


In addition, a shut-off valve may be equipped in the water supply container 134 mounting part 133 to seal the water supply container 134 mounting part 133 when the water supply container 134 is separated from the water supply container 134 mounting part 133. In this case, various structures of valves may be applied as well, but the above-mentioned single membrane structure can be applied.


In some cases, the water supply container 134 mounting part 133 may have a pivot joint capable of changing the mounting direction of the water supply container 134 so that the mounting direction of the water supply container 134 can be changed in various directions according to the usage environment and the user's intention.


Meanwhile, it is possible to provide a water supply part 130 capable of preventing leakage of moisture-based liquids such as water by using the porous spongy tissue product ‘sponge’ 131 according to the present embodiment as a stopper for a water container even if the water container is tipped over or inverted, and capable of discharging water or moisture-based liquid by applying a certain pressure to the surface of the porous spongy tissue product 131.


The water supply part 130 according to the present embodiment has a closed structure in which the spongy 131 is filled therein, and a part of the spongy 131 protrudes from the top by a predetermined height and stores water therein.


In detail, the scientific principle of the water supply part 130 will be described.


When water or a moisture-based liquid is poured into the cylindrical container of which the top and bottom are penetrated and the lower entrance is blocked with a porous spongy tissue product (sponge, etc.) like a stopper, countless pores in the porous spongy tissue product act as thin tubes and absorb moisture-based liquids such as water through the ‘capillary action’ phenomenon. However, when it reaches the limit of absorption, the water-based liquids such as water absorbed out of the porous spongy tissue product is discharged out of the cylindrical container by the force of gravity.


However, when water or a moisture-based liquid is poured into the cylindrical container of which the top is closed and the lower entrance is blocked with a porous spongy tissue product like a stopper, the water-based liquids such as water is not discharged out of the cylindrical container because the pressure of the inside of the closed cylindrical container is lower than the pressure of the outside of the closed cylindrical container which is closed by the porous spongy tissue product.


Here, when a certain pressure is applied to the porous spongy tissue product, water-based liquids such as water can be discharged out of the container.


It is possible to make a portable water tape feeder by modifying and combining the water supply part 130 according to the present embodiment with existing tape cutters using plastic tape (OPP tape) as well as various types of cutters.


As shown in FIG. 3, the water tape cutting part 140 may mount a pressing roller 142 that comes into contact with the upper surface of the water tape to which the moisture is not applied and presses the water tape toward the surface of the object to be sticked at the same time as the water tape is discharged outside, and a cutting blade 141 for cutting the water tape.


In some cases, the cutting blade 141 of the water tape cutting part 140 configured to cut the water tape may have an arrow mark printed or mounted at the center thereof. The arrow mark according to this embodiment can be used as a means to confirm the position when applying the water tape to the paper box. In case of OPP tape, the tape can be applied in a straight line when applying to the paper box since the paper box can be seen through the OPP tape, but in case of the water tape, the box cannot be seen through the tape since it is opaque. So, referencing the arrow mark printed or mounted on the cutting blade makes it easy and accurate to apply the water tape.


As shown in FIG. 4, the water tape upper surface cover 150 may be mounted in a hinge structure 153 at a position adjacent to the water tape cutting part 140 with extending in the direction of the water tape mounting part 120 by a predetermined length and surround a part of the space of the water tape mounting part 120.


Specifically, the water tape upper surface cover 150 may have a structure including a guide part 151 and a pressing protrusion part 152 having a specific structure.


The guide part 151 may guide the positions of the upper and lower surfaces of the water tape released from the water tape mounting part 120 to specific positions.


The pressing protrusion part 152 may have a structure protruding toward the upper surface of the water tape so that the lower surface of the water tape drawn out from the guide part 151 can contact the sponge 131 of the water supply part 130.


When the water tape upper surface cover 150 is gripped by the user, the pressing protrusion part 152 of the water tape upper surface cover 150 naturally presses the upper surface of the water tape 10, and the lower surface of the water tape 10 comes into contact with the sponge 131 mounted on the sponge mounting part 132. At this time, moisture absorbed by the sponge 131 is transferred to the lower surface of the water tape 10. Subsequently, the water tape 10 is drawn out to one side by the user's movement, and at the same time, moisture is continuously applied to the lower surface of the water tape 10. The water tape 10 with moisture applied to the lower surface can be attached to the surface of the object to be taped while being closely adhered to the surface of the object using the pressing roller 142 of the water tape cutting part 140. After taping an appropriate amount of water tape on the surface of the object, the user can cut the water tape 10 using the water tape cutting part 140.


In some cases, the hinge structure 153 is mounted behind the guide part 151 of the water tape upper surface cover 150 to give resistance to the surface of the water tape being released from the water tape mounting part 120 to adjust the strength of unwinding.


As described above, the portable water tape feeder according to the present embodiment which includes a main body 110 having a specific structure, a water tape mounting part 120, a water supply part 130 and a water tape cutting part 140, stably mounts a tape that has adhesive ability when in contact with moisture on one side, stably supplies moisture to one side of the water tape, and feeds the water tape easily.


In the above detailed description of the present invention, only specific embodiments thereof have been described. However, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments mentioned in the detailed description, but rather is understood to include all modifications, equivalents and alternatives within the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.


That is, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments and descriptions described above, and anyone having ordinary skill in the technical field to which the present invention belongs can make various modifications without departing from the gist of the present invention claimed in the claims, and such variations fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The present invention relates to a portable water tape feeder, which has industrial applicability because it can provide a portable water tape feeder that can stably mount and provide a tape that exhibits adhesive ability in contact with moisture on one side.

Claims
  • 1. A portable water tape feeder comprising: a water supply part (130) provided with a sponge (131) of a portable water tape feeder (100);a sponge mounting part (132) having a closed structure in which the sponge (131) is filled and from which a part of the sponge (131) protrudes at a top by a predetermined height,wherein:the sponge (131) has a porous spongy tissue structure, blocks the protruding part of the sponge (131) of the sponge mounting part (132),a plurality of pores of the spongy absorb liquid by capillarity while sealing the protruding part of the sponge (131), andpressure inside the sponge mounting part (132) of the closed structure is maintained equal to or lower than the external atmospheric pressure, andwater or moisture-based liquid absorbed into the sponge (131) does not ooze out to an outside of the sponge mounting part (132) of the closed structure.
  • 2. A portable water tape feeder for providing a user with a water tape having adhesive ability when in contact with moisture on a side surface, comprising: a main body (110);a water tape mounting part (120) located on one side of the main body (110) and configured to mount the water tape; anda water supply part (130) configured to have the adhesive ability to the water tape by applying the moisture to an adhesive component of the water tape released from the water tape mounting part (120) and provided with a sponge (131) in a direction opposite to ab adhesive surface of the water tape,wherein the water supply part (130) includes a sponge mounting part (132) of a closed structure in which the sponge (131) is filled and from which a part of the sponge (131) protrudes at the top by a predetermined height.
  • 3. The portable water tape feeder according to claim 2, wherein the portable water tape feeder (100) further comprises: a water tape cutting part (140) including a pressing roller (142) that comes into contact with an upper surface of the water tape to which the moisture is not applied and presses the water tape toward a surface of an object to be packed as the water tape is discharged outside, and a cutting blade (141) for cutting the water tape; anda water tape upper surface cover (150) mounted in a hinge structure (153) adjacent to the water tape cutting part (140), extended by a predetermined length in the direction of the water tape mounting part (120), and surrounding a part of space of the water tape mounting part (120),wherein the main body (110) is provided with a water tape cutting part (140) on one side thereof, a water tape mounting part (120) on the other side thereof, and a water supply part (130) between the water tape cutting part (140) and the water tape mounting part (120), andwherein the water tape mounting part (120) is coupled to an inner surface of a paper tube of the water tape and mounted on one side of the main body (110) so that the water tape is rotatable.
  • 4. The portable water tape feeder according to claim 3 further comprises: a guide part (151) located on a lower surface of the water tape upper surface cover (150) for guiding positions of the upper and lower surfaces of the water tape released from the water tape mounting part (120) to a specific position; anda pressing protrusion part (152) protruding toward the upper surface of the water tape such that the lower surface of the water tape drawn out from the guide part (151) contacts the sponge (131) of the water supply part (130).
  • 5. The portable water tape feeder according to claim 2, wherein the water tape mounting part (120) comprises: a coupling shaft (121) mounted on the other side of the main body (110) and extending by a length corresponding to a width of the water tape; anda paper tube coupling part (122) coupled to the coupling shaft (121) and an inner surface of the paper tube such that a center of the coupling shaft (121) and a center of the paper tube of the water tape are eccentric to each other.
  • 6. The portable water tape feeder according to claim 2, wherein the water supply part (130) includes: the sponge mounting part (132) having a closed structure in which the sponge (131) is filled and from which a part of the sponge (131) protrudes at the top by the predetermined height, and having a water supply container mounting part (133) formed one side of the sponge mounting part and configured to supply water to the inside of the water supply container mounting part; anda water supply container (134) configured to accommodate water therein and being mounted on the water supply container mounting part (133) to supply water to an inside of the sponge mounting part (132).
