The broken line showing of a portion of a display screen forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of text and portions of the graphical user interface represents environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design. The portion of the claimed design appearing near the right end of the claimed oblong element of the graphic user interface in is a representation of a portion of a quick response (“QR”) code. The area inside the dotted line located within the representation of the QR code forms no part of the claimed design.

  • The ornamental design for a portion of a display screen with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
