FIG. 1 is a front view of the first image in a sequence for a portion of a display with an animated icon showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is the second view thereof;

FIG. 3 is the third view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is the fourth view thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. No ornamental aspects are associated with the process or period in which one image transitions to another image. The broken lines represent a portion of the display that forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a portion of a display with an animated new domain icon, as shown and described.
