Positioning structure for golf clubs

Abstract

A positioning structure for golf clubs comprises a partition frame and a holder mounted on a golf bag. The holder has several holding parts. Each holding part comprises a reception chamber, a tongue, a holding trench, and an outlet opening. If the golf club is inserted downward into the holder, the tongue is against a club body of the golf club so as to position the golf club. In addition, a club head of the golf club can be fixedly positioned in the holding trench. As a result, the golf club can be properly positioned to avoid rock and shake. The outlet opening is formed on the holding part so that the golf club can be taken out via the outlet opening conveniently.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a positioning structure for golf clubs, and more particularly to a positioning structure that facilitates the steps for positioning and taking out the golf clubs.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

To play golf in different golf courses, the golf players always carry several different types of gold clubs. These golf clubs are usually placed in golf bags and carried on the backs for easy carriage.

The existing golf bags, which are available in the markets, have holding structures for holding the golf clubs. The golf bags, which are carried either on the backs of the users or on the cars, are shaken or rocked unavoidably. As a result, the club heads and golf surfaces of the golf clubs, which are placed together in the golf bags, are damaged easily by collisions therebetween. In addition, the golf clubs are mixedly arranged so it is not easy for the user to pick, place, or position them. Furthermore, the golf clubs are inserted into the golf bags along the direction from top to bottom so it is inconvenient to position the golf clubs in the optimum positions and pick out the golf clubs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A first object of the present invention is to provide a positioning structure for golf clubs. If the golf club is inserted downward into the holder, the tongue is against a club body of the golf club so as to position the golf club. In addition, a club head of the golf club can be fixed and positioned into the holding trench. As a result, the golf club can be positioned properly to avoid rock and shake.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a positioning structure for golf clubs, wherein an outlet opening is formed on the holding part so that the golf club can be taken out via the outlet opening conveniently.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a positioning structure for golf clubs of the present invention comprises a partition frame 1 and a holder 2 mounted on a golf bag 10 for forming several chambers therebetween. The holder 2 is designed for holding and positioning several golf clubs 3. The holder 2 is made of a soft, resilient material to protect the golf clubs 3 from attrition.

The holder 2 has several holding parts 21. Each holding part 21 comprises a reception chamber 22, a tongue 23, a holding trench 24, and an outlet opening 25, wherein the holding trench 24 is formed on the outside of one end of the holding part 21. The tongue 23 is integrally extended from the holding trench 24. The outlet opening 25 is formed on the inside of another end of the holding part 21, and communicated with a chamber between the holder 2 and the partition frame 1.

Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 5, if there is a need to place the golf club 3 into the holder 2, a club body 31, which is at the rear end of the golf club 3, touches the tongue 23 first so that the tongue 23 is bent downward by a club head 32. After complete insertion of the golf club 3, the tongue 23 is against a support neck 33 of the golf club 3 so as to position the golf club 3 properly.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, after inserting the golf club 3 into the holding part 21 of the holder 2, the club head 32 of the golf club 3 can be fixedly positioned in the holding trench 24 so that the tongue 23 can position the support neck 33 and the holding trench 24 can double position the club head 32 for further positioning the golf club 3.

Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, the statuses of taking out the golf club 3 are shown. The golf club 3 can be taken out via the outlet opening 25. The golf club 3 is first shifted toward the outlet opening 25 so as to allow a guide slot 251 to guide the golf club 3 into the outlet opening 25. After departure from the outlet opening 25, the golf club 3 is shifted into the chamber between the holder 2 and the partition frame 1 such that the golf club 3 can be taken out easily.

Claims

1. A positioning structure for a plurality of golf clubs comprising: a partition frame and a holder mounted on a golf bag, said holder being designed for holding and positioning said golf clubs;said holder having a plurality of holding parts, each holding part comprising a reception chamber, a tongue, a holding trench, and an outlet opening, wherein said holding trench is formed on the outside of one end of said holding part, said tongue is integrally extended from said holding trench, and said outlet opening is formed on the inside of another end of said holding part and communicated with a chamber between said holder and said partition frame.

2. A positioning structure for a plurality of golf clubs of claim 1, wherein a guide slot is formed on the inside of said outlet opening.
