The pot body 1 has an inside formed with a receiving space 14. The pot body 1 has a peripheral wall provided with a mounting portion 11 for mounting the handle 4 and a connecting portion 10 located opposite to the mounting portion 11 for mounting a grip portion 100. The mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1 is substantially inverted L-shaped and is formed with a through hole 13. The connecting portion 10 of the pot body 1 has a shape the same as that of the mounting portion 11.
The lid 2 has a top provided with a protruding plate 21 having a side provided with a mounting section 25 for mounting the handle 4. The mounting section 25 of the lid 2 is inclined upward relative to the protruding plate 21 and is formed with a through hole 251.
The handle 4 includes a locking device 45 detachably mounted on the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1 or the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, a handle body 48 mounted on the locking device 45, and a fastening member 47 mounted between the handle body 48 and the locking device 45 to fasten the handle body 48 and the locking device 45.
The locking device 45 of the handle 4 includes a base 42 having a first end provided with a protruding snapping portion 43 detachably snapped into the through hole 13 of the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1 or the through hole 251 of the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, a locking member 40 movably mounted on the base 42 and having a lower end provided with a locking hook 401 hooked on a bottom of the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1 or a bottom of the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, and an elastic member 404 biased between the base 42 and the locking member 40 to push the locking member 40 toward the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1 or the mounting section 25 of the lid 2.
The base 42 of the locking device 45 has a stepped shape and is rested on a top of the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1 or a top of the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, so that the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1 or the mounting section 25 of the lid 2 is clamped between the base 42 and the locking member 40. The base 42 of the locking device 45 has an inside formed with a slideway 41 in which the locking member 40 slides. The slideway 41 of the base 42 has two opposite sides provided with two guide rails 44 respectively. The base 42 of the locking device 45 has a second end formed with a receiving recess 49 to receive a locking nut 471. The snapping portion 43 of the base 42 is substantially arc-shaped.
The locking member 40 of the locking device 45 has a mediate portion formed with two guide channels 400 slidably mounted on the guide rails 44 of the base 42 to guide movement of the locking member 40 on the base 42. The locking member 40 of the locking device 45 has an upper end provided with a control knob 402 slidably mounted on the base 42 and protruded outwardly from a top of the slideway 41 of the base 42. The locking hook 401 of the locking member 40 is protruded outwardly from a bottom of the slideway 41 of the base 42.
The handle body 48 of the handle 4 has a first end provided with an metallic sleeve 480 mounted on the base 42 of the locking device 45 and a second end formed with a hanging hole 482.
The fastening member 47 of the handle 4 is extended through the handle body 48 and the base 42 of the locking device 45 and has a threaded end 470 screwed into the locking nut 471 to fasten the handle body 48 and the locking device 45.

On the contrary, the locking member 40 is moved backward by moving the control knob 402 to detach the locking hook 401 of the locking member 40 from the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1, thereby detaching the locking device 45 of the handle 4 from the mounting portion 11 of the pot body 1.
Alternatively, when the locking device 45 of the handle 4 is mounted on the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, the snapping portion 43 of the base 42 is initially snapped into the through hole 251 of the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, and the locking hook 401 of the locking member 40 is hooked on the bottom of the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, so that the locking device 45 of the handle 4 is attached to the mounting section 25 of the lid 2 by the snapping portion 43 of the base 42 and the locking hook 401 of the locking member 40.
On the contrary, the locking member 40 is moved backward by moving the control knob 402 to detach the locking hook 401 of the locking member 40 from the mounting section 25 of the lid 2, thereby detaching the locking device 45 of the handle 4 from the mounting section 25 of the lid 2.
Accordingly, the handle 4 can be used to hold the pot body 1 or the lid 2, so that the handle 4 has double functions. In addition, the handle 4 is detachably mounted on the pot body 1 or the lid 2, so that a user can hold the pot body 1 or the lid 2 by the handle 4, thereby facilitating the user taking the pot body 1 or the lid 2. Further, the handle 4 is mounted on and detached from the pot body 1 or the lid 2 easily and quickly by moving the control knob 402, thereby facilitating the user carrying the pot body 1 or the lid 2.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
