Abstract
A portable straw, including the limiting component, the adjusting component and the straw body. The said limiting component includes first limiting disc and second limiting disc which are mutually symmetrical and kept at a given gap. Both limiting discs are connected through a cylinder, and the first limiting disc, the second limiting disc and the cylinder are in a same axis, which eliminates the weakness of the prior straws of the environmental contamination, inconvenient carrying and fixed shape.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This utility model belongs to the technological field of straw, and especially it involves with a type of repeated-usable portable straw.


The straw is a cylindrical hollow product and its main functions are for in-taking the beverage or water from the drinking cup or sucking the marrow from the cooked animal's long bone.


Usually, the common-used straws are the disposable straws or the straws made of other materials and they are widely used in the catering industry or daily life. For example, the patent (patent number 2018219813619) discloses a type of convenient folded straw, including the straw, straw barrel, magnet and suction nozzle, and the said straw is consisted with several sections of straw barrel. One end of the first section and the tail section of the said straw barrel are fixed with the suction nozzle, and the inner walls of another end of the first section and the tail section of the said straw barrel are provided with the fixing grooves. The said fixing groove is provided with its-matched annual magnet, and the positive pole of the magnet of the first barrel section and negative pole of the tail barrel section are erected outwards. The inner walls of the both ends of straw barrels fixed at middle of the straw are provided with the fixing groove, the said fixing groove is provided with the magnet, the nozzle at one end of the said straw barrel is provided with an oblique face inclined from the inner wall towards the outer wall, and the nozzle at another end of the said straw barrel is provided with an oblique face inclined from the outer wall towards the inner wall. After further research, the applicant finds that the following defects exist in the said patent:


1. When being used, the shape of the said straw is fixed, in some special cases it is inconvenient (extremely inconvenient in drinking of water for a patient lying on the bed due to insufficient bending-folding angle of the straw), especially when the straw is bent or folded, leakage usually occurs, and thus the application conditions are rather restricted.


2. For carrying, each straw barrel of the straw shall be detached before storage, the parts are liable to lose, and thus the next use is impaired.


3. For use, each barrel of the straw shall be individually fixed through the cumbersome steps, and after use, each barrel of the straw shall be detached before storage. During the use, it is liable to drop off and the troublesome operation is disadvantageous to the use.


BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome the prior technical weakness, this utility model provides a type of portable straw and it eliminates the weakness of the prior straws such as the fixed-shape, inconvenient carrying and cumbersome operation.


The technical scheme used in this utility model to solve the above-mentioned technical problems is a type of portable straw, including the limiting component, the adjusting component and the straw body. The said limiting component includes the first limiting disc and the second limiting disc, which are mutually symmetrical and kept at a given gap. The said first limiting disc and the said second limiting disc are connected through a cylinder.


The said adjusting component includes the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc, which are mutually symmetrical and able to relatively rotate. The said cylinder passes the center of the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc, and the said first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc are separately provided with the first connecting tube and the second connecting tube. The said first connecting tube and the second connecting tube are sited by sides of the cylinder, the tops of the said first connecting tube and the second connecting tube are connected through a foldable hose and the bottom ends of the said first connecting tube and the second connecting tube are separately inserted into the straw body.


Optionally, one side of the said first adjusting disc close to the second adjusting disc is provided with an annular groove, the inside of the said annular groove is fixed with a spring, the opening of the said annular groove is provided with the annular fixing disc to fix the groove, and the said fixing disc is provided with several clamping pillars which pass the said fixing disc and are evenly arranged. The said clamping pillars can axially move, one end of the said clamping pillar sited in the clamping groove is connected with the spring, the side of the said second adjusting disc close to the first adjusting disc is provided with several clamping grooves, and the end of the said clamping pillar close to the second adjusting disc is spherically matched with the said clamping groove.


Optionally, the said cylinder includes the key extending from the center of the first limiting disc towards the second limiting disc, and also includes the plug. The end of the said plug close to the first limiting disc can pass the center of the second limiting disc and insert into the key, and another end of the plug is clamped with the second limiting disc.


Optionally, the outer wall of the connection end of the said foldable hose is provided with several annular projections, and the said foldable hose can insert into the first connecting tube and the second connecting tube.


Optionally, the outer walls of the bottom ends of the said first connecting tube and the second connecting tube are provided with several annular grooves, and the inside of the said annular groove is provided with water-sealing rings.


Optionally, slides are fixed between the said first limiting disc and the first adjusting disc and between the second adjusting disc and the second limiting disc.


Optionally, the outer sides of the said first limiting disc and the second limiting disc are provided with cover plates.


Optionally, the said foldable hose is made of silicone.


Optionally, the said water-sealing ring is made of silicone.


Optionally, the said straw body is made of metallic material.


The beneficial effects of this utility model include the followings:


1. Since both the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc are set in a cylindrical key, the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc can relatively rotate, and the bottom ends of the first connecting tube and the second connecting tube are separately inserted into the straw body, the product has the extensible and foldable configuration, which is advantageous to the user's application and storage, especially for different use environments (for patient lying on bed, the extension angle may be adjusted to facilitate his water-drinking at the flat-lying state), and the extension angle may be freely adjusted for the convenient use.


2. The straw body is made of metallic material, the foldable hose is made of silicone, and the straw body, and the foldable hose and the adjusting component are connected with a detachable mode, which facilitates the carrying, prevents the straw from the damage resulted from compression or bending-folding during the carrying process. The straw may be washed after use, which facilitates the repeated uses. The product substitutes the prior disposable straw, and reduces contamination of ecological environment. Since the straw is made of metallic material and the foldable hose is made of silicone, after washing, they may be subjected to high-temperature sterilization, which protects the human body from injury by the straw-carrying bacteria or hazardous substances.


3. The inside of the annular groove of the first adjusting disc is provided with the spring, the opening of the said annular groove is provided with the fixing disc, the said fixing disc is provided with several clamping pillars which pass the said fixing disc and are evenly arranged. One end of the said clamping pillar sited in the clamping groove is connected with the spring and it is able to axially move. When the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc rotate, the spring pushes the clamping pillar to make clamping pillar in the fixing disc insert into the clamping groove. Under the co-action of the clamping pillar and the clamping groove, it also plays the locking function (when the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc are relatively static, the co-action of the clamping pillar and the clamping groove makes the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc relatively locked), and eliminates the relative rotation between the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc after the adjustment.


4. This product is structurally simple, durable, convenient in carrying, and repeated usable, and may be cleaned and maintained after use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The optional implementation examples of this utility model are described in details in combination with the attached drawings. It should be understood that here the description of specific implementation mode is merely to describe and explain this utility model and it does not restrict this utility model.


In this utility model, the terms such as “Installation”, “Connection” and “Fixation” shall be understood from the broad sense. For example, “Connection” may be the stationary connection, detachable connection, or integral connection. For the common technicians in this field, they may understand the specific meaning in this utility model depending on the particular condition.


If no contrary note is made in this utility model, the orientation word such as “Upper, lower left and right” usually denotes “Upper, lower left and right” indicated on the reference attached drawing, and the word “inside, outside” denotes “inside, outside” of the outline of the part itself.


With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the implementation example provides a type of portable straw, including the limiting component, the adjusting component and the straw body 25. The said limiting component includes first limiting disc 19 and second limiting disc 20 which are mutually symmetrical and kept at a given gap, and first limiting disc 19 and second limiting disc 20 are connected through a cylinder.


With reference to FIG. 4, the said adjusting component includes first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 which are mutually symmetrical and able to relatively rotate, the said cylinder passes the center of first adjusting disc 11 and the second adjusting disc 12, and first connecting tube 13 and the second connecting tube 14 separately extends from one side of first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12. First connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14 are separately sited by 2 sides of the cylinder so as to ensure parallel axis of first connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 13 of the straw at the folded state, effectively reduce space volume and facilitate the carrying. The tops of first connecting tube 13 and connecting tube 14 are connected through foldable hose 15, and the bottom ends of first connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14 are separately inserted into straw body 25. With reference to FIG. 3, the cylinder passes the center of first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12, and is limited by first limiting disc 19 and second limiting disc 20 (first limiting disc 19 and second limiting disc 20 is separately set at the outer sides of first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 so as to adjust the distance between first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12) to ensure stable structure of the product. In this product, one end of first connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14 is respectively connected through foldable hose 15, and the other end is inserted into detachable straw body 25. When first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 relatively rotate, the straw may be extended or folded for easy carrying.


In addition, since straw body 25 and foldable hose 15 are connected with first connecting tube 11 and second connecting tube 12 at a detachable mode, straw body 25 is made of metallic material, and foldable hose 15 is made of silicone, the product is easy in carrying, eliminates the damage resulted from the compression or bending-folding during the carrying process and may be washed after use, which facilitates the repeated uses and saves the cost. Especially, due to the materials used in straw body 25 and foldable hose 15, after washing, they may be subjected to high-temperature sterilization, which protects the human body from injury by the straw-carrying bacteria or hazardous substances. Particularly, when the user intakes hot drinking or acidic drinking through this product, it protects the user's health from impairment by the harmful substances released from foldable hose 15.


Further, with reference to FIG. 4 to FIG. 5, the side of first adjusting disc 11 close to second adjusting disc 12 is provided with an annular groove, spring 17 is fixed inside the said annular groove, the opening of the said annular groove is provided with annular fixing disc 16 to fix the groove, fixing disc 16 is provided with several clamping pillars 18 which pass fixing disc 16 and are evenly arranged, clamping pillar 18 can axially move and the end of clamping pillar 18 which is sited in the groove is connected with spring 17, the end of second adjusting disc 12 close to first adjusting disc 11 is provided with several clamping grooves, and the end of clamping pillar 18 close to second adjusting disc 12 is spherically matched with the said clamping groove. When first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 relatively rotate, since the clamping pillar and the clamping groove are slightly spherically matched, clamping pillar 18 is able to move out from the previous clamping groove. When clamping pillars 18 gradually move out from the clamping groove, clamping pillar 18 may axially move towards first adjusting disc 11, clamping pillar 18 exerts a pressure onto spring 17 and in turn axially contracts to the groove of first adjusting disc 11. When clamping pillar 18 enters the next clamping groove, due to the action of the spring, clamping pillar 18 will fast extends and enter and clutch the next clamping groove, which stabilizes the structure of the adjusted straw, somewhat fix the rotation angle of the straw to make clamping pillar 18 well clutch the clamping groove during the rotation process, and effectively improves the product-user's hand feeling and qualitative feeling.


Further, the said cylinder includes the key 22 extending from the center of first limiting disc 19 towards second limiting disc 20, and also includes plug 21, the end of plug 21 close to first limiting disc 19 can pass the center of second limiting disc 20 and insert into key 22, and the other end of the plug 21 is clamped with second limiting disc 20 (the end of plug 21 apart from first limiting disc 19 is not allowed to pass the center of second limiting disc 20), which facilitates detaching and fixing of first limiting disc 19 and second limiting disc 20. First limiting disc 19, second limiting disc 20 and cylinder are on a same axis, which is advantageous to improve the structural stability of the product.


Further, the outer wall of the connection end of foldable hose 15 is provided with several annular projections 26, and foldable hose 15 can insert into first connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14, which effectively improves the sealing capacity of the connections between foldable hose 15 and first connecting tube 13/second connecting tube 14.


Further, the outer walls of the bottom of first connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14 are provided with several annular grooves (not shown in drawings), and the inside of the said annular groove is provided with water-sealing rings. When straw body 25 inserts into first connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14, the water-sealing ring made of silicone will effectively improve the sealing capacity of the connections between straw body 25 and first connecting tube 13/second connecting tube 14.


Further, slides 23 are provided between first limiting disc 19 and first adjusting disc 11 and between second adjusting disc 12 and second limiting disc 20, and they prevent the product from reduction of service life resulted from the relative friction between first limiting disc 19 and first adjusting disc 11 and between second adjusting disc 12 and second limiting disc 20, and make first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 rotate smoothly.


Further, the outer sides of first limiting disc 19 and second limiting disc 20 are provided with cover plate 24.


As per the above description, each part of the product is connected at the detachable mode, which facilitates the replacement of the damaged parts, washing and repeated use. In the product, the cylinder is used to in-series connect slide 23, first adjusting disc 11, spring 17, limiting disc and the second adjusting disc 12, and they are in a same axis so as to ensure the rotation of first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 on a same axis. First connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14 are connected with foldable hose 15, which may realize extension and folding of the straw when first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 relatively rotate with the cylinder as the shaft. The limiting component between first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 stabilizes the structure of the product after adjustment (after the extension angle of the product is adjusted, under the co-action of clamping pillar 18 and clamping groove, its structure keeps stable). Meanwhile, straw body 25, foldable hose 15 and adjusting component are connected at the detachable mode, which facilitates the carrying and washing. Since straw body 25 is connected with first connecting tube 13 and second connecting tube 14 at the detachable mode, the user may replace corresponding-sized straw body 25 depending on the size of his cup, which expands the use range and enhances users' satisfaction.


During the use, since the adjusting component is provided with first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12 which are mutually symmetrical and able to relatively rotate, the straw may be freely adjusted within 150-degree rotation range. The coordination of clamping pillar 18 and clamping groove makes the structure of the product stable after its adjustment. When the straw is at the folded state, it may be clamped at one side of the cup so as to avoid shaking or dropping. Through adjusting the folding angle, the straw will suit for more use conditions. For example, for a man holding the cup at standing state, the angle may be adjusted depending on his pose. When the cup is on the table, angle within 150-degree may suit for most persons' sucking pose, and the patient lying on the bed may suck drinking or fluid foods through the product.


In addition, the action of spring 17 makes clamping pillar 18 fast slide in or slide out during relative rotation of first adjusting disc 11 and second adjusting disc 12, renders close coordination between clamping pillar 18 and the clamping groove, and effectively improves the product-user's hand feeling and qualitative feeling.

  • 1: A type of portable straw, which is characterized to include the limiting component, adjusting component and the straw body, the said limiting component includes the first limiting disc and the second limiting disc, which are mutually symmetrical and kept at a given gap, and the said first limiting disc and second limiting disc are connected through a cylinder. The said adjusting component includes the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc which are mutually symmetrical and able to relatively rotate, the said cylinder passes the center of the first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc, the said first adjusting disc and the second adjusting disc are separately provided with the first connecting tube and the second connecting tube. The said first connecting tube and second connecting tube are sited by both sides of the cylinder, the tops of the said first connecting tube and the second connecting tube are connected through a foldable hose, and the bottom ends of the said first connecting tube and the second connecting tube separately insert into the straw body.
  • 2: The portable straw described in claim 1, which is characterized that the one side of the said first adjusting disc close to the second adjusting disc is provided with an annular groove, the inside of the said annular groove is fixed with a spring, the opening of the said annular groove is provided with the annular fixing disc to fix the groove, the said fixing disc is provided with several clamping pillars which pass the said fixing disc and are evenly arranged. The said clamping pillars can axially move, one end of the said clamping pillar sited in the clamping groove is connected with the spring, the side of the said second adjusting disc close to the first adjusting disc is provided with several clamping grooves, and the end of the said clamping pillar close to the second adjusting disc is spherically matched with the said clamping groove.
  • 3: The portable straw described in claim 1, which is characterized that the said cylinder includes the key extending from the center of the first limiting disc towards the second limiting disc, and also includes the plug, the end of the said plug close to the first limiting disc can pass the center of the second limiting disc and insert into the key, and another end of the plug is clamped with the second limiting disc.
  • 4: The portable straw described in claim 1, which is characterized that the outer wall of the connection end of the said foldable hose is provided with several annular projections, and the said foldable hose can insert into the first connecting tube and the second connecting tube.
  • 5: The portable straw described in claim 1, which is characterized that the outer walls of the bottom ends of the said first connecting tube and the second connecting tube are provided with several annular grooves, and the inside of the said annular groove is provided with water-sealing rings.
  • 6: The portable straw described in claim 1, which is characterized that slides are fixed between the said first limiting disc and the first adjusting disc and between the second adjusting disc and the second limiting disc.
  • 7: The portable straw described in claim 1, which is characterized that the outer sides of both the first limiting disc and the second limiting disc are provided with cover plates.
  • 8: The portable straw described in claim 1, which is characterized that the said foldable hose is made of silicone.
  • 9: The portable straw described in claim 5, which is characterized that said water-sealing ring is made of silicone.
